Based on my one and only experience at this store to simply help a fellow acquaintance of mine get a new phone, it seemed neat tidy and organized in the store. The gentleman who helped with the purchase and set up of the phone was polite professional and knowledgeable about the devices we looked at. The salesperson was not pushy and it was a very comfortable transaction. They seemed to have something for most budgets. Took my Iphone in to have the battery replaced. Evan was very professional. He replaced my battery quickly and gave me some tips regarding charging. The cost was far less than other places that I had called. Hes located in the strip mall and next to another phone repair place...so go to the one on the right. Great experience!!!

Evan and Angelo both helped me after I had visited a Verizon store and a Go-Wireless store. Ive had a Verizon account for years but no longer. Im still on the Verizon network under Total Wireless. The deceptions from the previous stores kept me looking for a more honest solution. This place simply explained what the other places were determined to keep confusing. As a result Im paying half what Verizon would charge and I get a lot more. I also got $85 for turning in my old phone and Evan copied everything from my old phone onto the new phone. A mirror image. I won all the way around by using this place. I would recommend this location of Total Wireless over others because I know these are good guys. Either way, Ive got everything done and Im on the best network for half the price.

Wow! This place is awesome! They offer cell service on multiple carrier networks at great prices, not just Verizon! If you need a great deal on service, go in. They also sell phones, do repairs and have lots of accessories. I am writing this review on an iPhone that I purchased there at a great price! I’m super happy and will be back. Go see them!

First, I scrutinize for good value, what my daughter refers to as frugal but in the end she always appreciates my involvement and is content with the result (she extra appreciates when I pay :-)Purchased 2 refurbished iPhones here for upgrade purposes (from staff Evan and Angelo). Both phones were as described, fully functioning/unlocked, aesthetically near perfect, good remaining battery - I searched and could not find better on Craigslist, ebay, AmazonRenewed, Groupon, etc. Further, Evan provided some future assurances at nominal future price if I encountered down the road the unexpected. For his attention to my questions and concerns, I give him an A for Customer Service. All staff here I encountered were polite, not pushy, not shady and embraced that passing on their knowledge of their competitive plans and phones are what will drive the customers to purchase and become return customers. They offer plans on both Verizon and T-Mobile network and they were amongst the most competitive plans Ive seen available over considerable time of searching. Ive been back here and Ill start here on my next need for a smartphone or plan.

The guys at MD Wireless were FANTASTIC!! I dumped my iPhone in my pool & they were able to resurrect it enough to decide whether or not we wanted to purchase a new phone entirely. No pressure, but they gave us every possible option and price for repair vs replace. SO helpful!!

Stopped in for a simple IPhone 6 car charger but they didnt have a single one. The salesman was nice enough though when he recommended that I get a one from Target.

Enter a stranger leave a friend. That was posted on the wall as you leave and its true i mention fries and he got me some while on his lunch break. Great deal on the phone got me there but the service will have me recommeding this place to everyone i know

Ive been going here for many years. Recently staff went the EXTRA MILE to repair my I phone 6 screen. They are extremely knowledgeable and make customer service a priority.
