I was having problems changing my plan on the website and could not get anyone on the phone. So I made a trip to the local store. Joseph was knowledgeable and helped me fix the issue right away. He simply made a quick call, processed my payment, and I was on my way out the door in less than 10 minutes.

Joe, is most excellent! Kind, patient and thoughtful about my needs. 10 star rating for this guy! Im a return customer as of my time w/ Joe today. In the past I had less than happy experiences w/ professionally young, pushy, unable to listen and only saw their sales numbers while half talking with me. Not the story with Joe, he listened and made special effort to find service that matched my needs.

Joseph was awesome. He spent an inordinate amount of time trying to find the issue with my iPhone 11Pro with all calls not ringing through. The end result was that it was a manufacturer problem. We decided my best option was to get a new phone (iPhone 12Pro). I was so pleased with Joseph’s patience in checking the entire phone for all possibilities as to the problem was amazing.

We had a great experience with Joe as he provided great customer service and he addressed all of our needs. We were very happy with our upgrades with the exception that he did not have one of our phones in the color we wanted though we understand that wasn’t his fault. The only problem was that he was by himself so we waited over 30/40 min to be helped and so did all the ppl that came in after us. He was so busy that he forgot to tell us we needed usb-c adapters because they don’t come with the phones and it was pretty inconvenient being that we were visiting San Diego and we needed to charge our phones. We realized it too late to go back into the Verizon store and then we were scrambling to find a target that was open and close enough to the gas lamp. Also, the contacts were not transferred correctly but again this happened because he was by himself and was very busy with customers.

Had a great time at verizon today. i actually had fun at the verizon store. ashley was kind, funny and helpful. not to mention she had the most beautiful eyes. if my phone breaks and i have to go in again i wont even be upset

It is Sunday and I have been waiting in the store for close to on hour. There is just one associate who hasn’t even greeted me. Terrible! I spent 18 years of my career in the wireless industry (mostly at Verizon) and this is unacceptable!I’ll continue to wait!

My iPhone was stolen while on business so I stopped in the try and get it replaced. My phone was still under a payment plan so I had to pay it off to get a new phone. I knew I’d have to do that no matter what so I went ahead and paid it before they told me what phones they had. Come to find out they only had X’s in stock and I really didn’t want to upgrade that much so I turned it down. Gentleman helping was kind enough to direct me to another Verizon that may have been able to help me, but I decided to wait until I got home to get a new phone. When I checked my credit card bill, they had charged me twice for paying off my phone. Almost $1000 in total. I immediately called Verizon but they refused to speak to me. I initiated a charge back through my bank hoping they would realize their mistake and give me back my money. It’s been almost a month and they still haven’t refunded me.I cant comment back to the owner so Ill just have to put this here. I called the phone number yesterday and was told they dont have any record of my transaction. I never got a receipt because their printer as down so it looks like Ill never get my $500 back. Terrible service. Ill only ever go to actual Verizon stores from now on.

Excellent service. Such a gentleman who showed a lot of care for my situation. The wait for customer service 9n the phone was rediculous. Small selection of phones, spent a few minutes browsing around. None of the employees even bothered to greet us. On a warm day it was 90 degrees inside. Guess Ill get my upgrade somewhere else.

Started off with a great experience, very personable customer service. However we ran into multiple issues and throughout the transaction that were resolved in the end, it just took a while. But when I got home after being assured of price breakdowns and reviewing the products, I reviewed my account and saw that the salesperson added device protection on the accounts for a reoccurring charge of 23$ per month. I removed them but know that they got credit for more products sold without disclosing or my permission to do so. Go to an actual Verizon store in the future. Nice interaction, shady business practices.

Literally the WORST Verizon store. DO NOT GO! Unless you would like to be quoted for one price and be paying exponentially more when the bill arrives. At first they seemed very helpful and offering to beat ATT prices. However they did not disclose specific details about the plan we had signed up for. Very unprofessional and not willing to help customers.

I was waiting in the car for my daughter to run in and get a new iPhone, as there was no parking. Got charged 150.00 for phone case and glass, which we first were informed was free. I called them while she was in there and I asked what the 150 was for, or does it at least apply to the phone for over $750.00? They told me no, and really have yet to have received an straight answer. I called Verizon itself who issued me a 40.00 credit for another fee, activation. This store manager also promised me another 50.00 credit. Ive called on at least 3 occasions and keep being promised a phone call, text and credit. I have not heard a word. To say the least it is very disappointing as Ive been a loyal customer for over 25 years. Hopefully they will stand by their word and issue me a credit as promised. Uodate 3 months later and still havent received my 50.00 credit. Come one Gerardo, whats going on over there where Ive been promised over 5 months of my eefund for being overcharged for a phone?

DONT GO HERE! Sketchy sales tactics with prices that kept changing. Terrible experience. I just wanted to get a new iPhone - it seemed like this should be simple. The salesperson kept changing the price of the plans without disclosing other costs. In the end, he told me he could not sell me the iPhone because I wouldnt sign for a plan I had not agreed to. I walked out of the store extremely frustrated.

Went in here to change my plan to a biz plan and they tried to sell me 3 hums and service charges. After I said I didn’t need them, he said he will put me on the phone with a rep to change the plan. I don’t think the reps here want to do any work or have proper training.

I’m not one to write reviews, but my experience here was worthy of explaining.I went in here a few months back to get the new iPhone. Sat down with Jason and realized I hadn’t backed up my phone in months which looked like it would take about 2 hours.Long story short, Jason was already 3 hours overtime not getting paid while simultaneously helping me and two other people because one of the employees didn’t show up. He figured out a way to download another app and transfer all of my info to the new phone. The stores WiFi also went out, so he used his own phone to act as a hotspot for me.The entire time he didn’t complain once, and handled everything extremely professionally. If I were Verizon I would make sure someone like this becomes a manager of any location because this kind of leadership in arguably the most difficult situation (new iPhone release, lack of employees, etc) showed true character.If you go to this store and Jason is there, you’re in good hands.

Went to cancel one of my phone lines. Sales rep just called the 1800 number and kept talking on his phone. I wish I could knew the 1800 number to do it at home. Hope I can cancel my lines on the app.
