Okay guys check it out Metro PCS at 12th and Imperial trolley station has always been a nightmare for me poor customer service slow customer service all of the above you dont ever want to encounter. But recently theyve hired a manager name to Daisy check this out again she is amazing she help me with complex problems that made me nuts in my head and she did a quickly and politely and with these this is some kind of lady that should be put in for good models for customer service relations. My hats off to Daisy!

My name is David this morning I went to metro PCs I asked Daisy to help me out with my phone and she was very busy at the time and she right away acknowledge me and helped me as she helped other costumers she has perfect pr skill. If we had more people like Daisy everybody will be leaving with a smile she knows what you need and how to get to done. As a matter of fact there is a closer metro to my house but I rather come here to deal with Daisy.

Metro is just fine I mean almost perfect the only problem with Metro is T-Mobile. If MetroPCS could be its own service they would be a five-star Perfection but since they have to run off the T-Mobile T-Mobile causes them to lose one star. Im sorry but I have experience with T-Mobile and they are not great they far from good.

I purchased a glass protector and it broke. Came back to the store to replace it, but didnt have my receipt. Daisy was very helpful and gave exceptional services. She provided great customer service.😁

Last week I was in town from Canada for a conference and my phone fell victim to a spilled margarita. Daisy was able to fix me up with a replacement with an unlocked phone she had available. Im not even a MetroPCS customer – but I was back in business in less than 20 minutes with my own SIM card! Saved me a lot of time, aggravation and money. Thank you Daisy! Highly recommended!

Im here at the Metro kiosk at 12th and Imperial and Sandra took care of me my phone stopped working Im on vacation she got them to switch everything over and I didnt have to pay extra she fought for me to be able to just leave it as it was cuz I had just made mt payment I love Metro and Sandra is a rock star she handles 2 and 3 people at a time she is truly unbelievable. I told the boy that I had problems with my screen, she helped me stay with my phone all day and well, the problem was not fixed, but she sent me where I could follow up on the problem. You cant always fix things but the way she cared and did everything to fix it and then directing me to what follows made me feel like she really cares about her clients. The girls name is Daisy she is there every morning I highly recommend her.
