I want to like it. I just cant use it. It would appear the case made for the iPhone 6/6s was not fully quality checked. The 6s has a smaller gap from the nearest edge of the headphone jack to the farthest edge of the microphone compared to the 6. Aprox 3.3mm. The case has a seal that covers the microphone at that distance, just short of the membrane/diaphragm . This measures aprox 4.6mm inside the case from the edge of the headphone jack to the membrane/diaphragm. Its a shame that 1.3mm makes this product near worthless for the 6s. Better luck next time.

An amazing case yeah it does muffle a little bit but I really think thats not a big deal I can still hear pretty clearly thats why Im giving it a four star but most of the time its awesome I was in swim lessons and I drop my phone into the water and it was 12 feet and nothing happened!!!! I highly recommend it if youre willing to spend 100 bucks on the case

Got a person on the line within 1 minute of being on hold. Associate was friendly, conversational, and very helpful. The entire call for a warranty claim (including hold time) only took 5 minutes. Definitely satisfied!

I purchased a life proof phone case for $90 through Verizon for my brand new Motorola droid turbo 2. The day I put the case on my phone I noticed that I had to shot and yell into my phone in order for people to hear me on the other end of the phone call. I also received a low toned hum type of feedback in my ear as I was on a phone call. During this humming feedback, the other person on the phone could not hear what I was saying because the humming feedback was cutting my voice in and out of the phone call. Yesterday was the 15th day I had the case on my phone. My phone dropped in the pool and water instantly was with in the case. Prior to putting the case on my phone 2 weeks ago, I had done a water test per the tiny 8pt font manual that came with the case. I did the test in a pan of water with a cup sitting on top of the case as shown in the manual; I even added an extra 15 minutes to the test. There was no water leakage, so I put the case on my phone without a second thought. I am so disappointed with the quality of the seal along the face plate. The way the plastic screen piece is adhered seems to be a very cheap glue / sticky substance method. I would assume that with quality name of otter box and life proof that the product would be quality as well. I am so frustrated with the products shoddy build and terrible phone call quality. I wasted over $700 on a brand new phone and what I thought was a quality case. I will never recommend life proof to anyone I know because of the cheaply made sub par products.

These cases are not worth the money they do not protect your phone from 6 feet thats a lie my daughters phone dropped out of her pocket and it cracked not to mention it muffled your calls so you cant hear clearly and Sprint endorsed this product and got me to buy it at it high price but now that my phone is broke no one wants to help my advise to everyone is to buy online Amazon $10.00 bucks you will get the same results and I also urge everyone to tell everyone to not puchase these cases also life proof customer service are rude and one of thier numbers is disconected I wonder why humm .

I have the Galaxy 4S Lifeproof case and it did not protect my phone from a simple drop. Why bother spending so much money on a case that is supposed to protect your phone from dropping it if it cant. I could have bought a cheap case, but I was under the impression that this case guaranteed your phone would be protected. I feel their advertising is very misleading. They DONT guarantee the protection of your phone. I called customer support and they were no help. They do not cover the damage of the phone. I will NEVER buy a lifeproof case again. I will stick to ottorbox. My last phone never broke in their case and I dropped it frequently. Thats why I invest in the good cases. I should have stuck with ottorbox instead of buying this case because it was on sale. Now I know why it was on sale! I am totally disappointed! Dont waste your money on lifeproof cases. They are not Lifeproof.

Lifeproof used to have great products. I have purchased three iphone cases, and one ipad case. Two of the iphone cases had major problems. Their quality has dropped significantly recently. They also have ZERO customer service. You will not be able to return your product when there is a problem. Their website looks like they will help you with any warranty issue however they NEVER respond to emails, and NEVER pick up the phone. It is a crap shoot when you buy their products. You might get something that works as designed and you might not. If you dont get a case that works correctly you will have wasted your money because like I said they do not bother to answer any customer inquiries. I wish another company would actually make a similar case that works correctly, I would buy it.

POS! No one can here me talking after the case gets about three months old. The thing wares out in less than a year and the warranty sucks. On my second case, the button delaminates, they sent me a new one but I cant register the new one under warranty. Not worth the $$ on the case!
