Brought in my phone to CPR thinking the battery needed replacing as the phone completely died. After checking it out, they determined that the MB had a defective chip on it and thus would need a new or refurbished phone. I intitially put a deposit down for a refurbished phone, but later decided after a couple days had gone by that I would rather buy a new phone thru my carrier. CPR promptly refunded my deposit. I felt that was very professional of them and truly appreciated that!

Great service and quick turnaround. If you go, ask for Atlas and he will take care of you. Had my screened repaired in 30 minutes. Also, they do not require you to leave your phone unlocked while they work on it. Thats a plus!

My phone was damaged in progress of fixing.The pixle3xl I hear is rough to work with, Anyhow Kyle at this location is having a new one ordered for me sux,But Im understanding of mistakes and making it right is 💯 of CPR. Will update on new phone when arrives. Phone is awesome its not new and has a scratch on the top other than that Im good.

This place was incredible! I had what I thought to be an unfixable phone (shattered screen and there was water damage) but the kind gentlemen (wishing I remembered his name) fixed my phone in less than 20 minutes and for a low cost! Had it for three months now and it feels good as new again!

Do not use this business. They DO NOT honor warranty period. Paid $80 to fix a cracked screen on 7/15. Less than two weeks later the screen was no longer functioning. Just took it in and the owner wouldnt honor the warranty, told me I must have dropped the phone. I explained I had not, and that it looked to me like the glue they used didnt work bc the screen was popping up. He refused to help me..offered me a discount to fix it at $50 (Why would I use them again when their work clearly doesnt work and they dont honor warranties?).Dont go to this company simply for the convenience of it being in the mall. I have gone to AtoZ Wireless in Mission Valley in the past and their customer service is excellent and their work is solid.

Fantastic technical and customer service from Mike. Dropped and obliterated a iPhone 6s screen and got to their kiosk 12 minutes before they closed but he was still willing to help. Stayed after closing time to help replace the screen and even offered to install the extra glass screen protector we bought after the screen replacement! Thanks Mike!

Do Not Repair Your Phone at malls. They are overpriced, often because their rent is higher. They have no glue what they are doing.Technicians are not professional. I have lots of problem with them. Will never go there.

My motherboard was messed up during screen replacement but the phone was replaced not with a new one, A refurbished one, But Im happy was fast as possible.Thank you Kyle.
