This guys were the only ones who managed to fix my 51 year old oven, since no other fits my cabinet

I called seven deferent repair companies they could not fix my fridge they didnt know what they talking about.I called premier appliance and they sent me technician name Vlad he fix it in two days. He modified the part that we need because no one have that part.I was out of fridge sence 8/15Thanks for premier appliance and Mr Vlad. They fixed it in two days after I called them. He mad the dam part that not even the factory has. I recommend them to everyone needs appliances repair.

Great service and selection, wonderful delivery and installment experience. Owners are terrific! I know this store like the back of my hand. The staff here is always nice and courteous. The store is always well kept and cleaned. I never see any trash or debris laying around from the pallets. Recommend to all my friends and relatives!

What a great store and repair service Premier Appliance! Daniel is ethical, prompt, skilled and lightening fast! I bought a new LG refrigerator and he fixed my washer/dryer, and my oven, and was clear from the initial call what the costs would be. I highly recommend him, he is great! He also gave me some great tips about laundry that have changed the way I wash! Hes a repair wizard!

We had a great experience with this place and highly recommend it! Had a washer that had leaked water from the bottom and a dryer that had quit getting heat. They scheduled an appointment for us with Arman. He called ahead of time to let us know his eta, was here on time, and was very courteous and knowledgeable. He gave us a decent quote to fix the dryer and told us the cost to fix the washer would have been prohibitive. We appreciated his honesty. He ordered the part and the company called us back to let us know when it came in and scheduled another appointment. Arman came back and made the repair in no time. We would happily use them again!

Great service from Premier Appliance today on our French door refrigerator that was not cooling.Unfortunately it was not cost effective to repair, tech determined that compressor has failed. Armen,suggested their store website, gave us a lot of information on different brands, prices, size that we need it for our opening etc.. Very helpful...We visited the store and we were pleasantly surprised on appliances they had in showroom,prices are much lower than we expected. We purchased our new refrigerator from the store and they scheduled delivery for tomorrow-very happy with their service.

Great service by the entire staff. Easy parking in back and front, great prices on cool appliances, everything in stock, and very large selection. Delivery was flawless and my new refrigerator is the major conversation piece of my home! What else can you ask for?

I purchase Lg double Oven. It is expensive Oven and Premier appliance has good price. The Oven had few dents on side, not noticeable after installed and one deep scratch on one of the handle. Overall it was as listed, no surprised. I was bit worried before purchase, but whole transaction went smooth. It has been one year, my oven works like new. no issue. I think, if you choose your appliance carefully, this place gives fair deal and nothing hidden.

I cannot say enough good things about the good people at Premier Appliance Store and the service they provide. Weve used them several times and in each experience has solidified them as the premiere appliance store in the San Diego area.We replaced all of our kitchen appliances in the summer of 2017. Their installer noticed a minor visual defect in our new refrigerator and a was repaired without us having to do anything. I am not even sure I would have noticed the defect without him pointing it out.Another time we had a very complicated installation of a new washer and dryer and Daniel helped us from start to finish. His installation team was completely professional and helped us plan the installation.

Beware of this dishonest store!I contacted the store about a range for sale and was told to come down and look at it. When I made the trip down, I was shown the range as if it was available and when I said that I would like to buy it, I was informed that it was promised to someone else who would be coming in the morning. I was then informed that I could come back tomorrow if the other person didn’t want it. This is not a way to run a business. Even if you promise something to someone else, that should be communicated in advance. It would be nice to know before you make the trip, not say “come down and look at it”, “ here it is”, “ oh, you want it?”, “it’s unavailable!”.I’m a small-business owner too and I would never treat my customers like this.

My husband and I recently bought a home and needed all new appliances. Went down there with the intentions of purchasing. Before we even stepped in the door we had a female employee give us attitude bc of a parking spot! Had another purchase to make in the same shopping center, so we made our purchase and decided to take our business elsewhere and drive down the street to the Home Depot Design center for our appliances. Where the staff were courteous and werent standing outside giving us dirty looks bc we parked in a certain spot. I understand if the staff wants to make sure that those parking spots are used by actual customers, but the way the employee reacted was unprofessional and just flat out rude. Customer service, it goes a long way.

We purchased LG dryer from Premier and it was delivered and installed today. Delivery people were on time and very careful with our floors,walls and did a great job since we have very limited space and staircase.We also had Arman scheduled for our Kitchenaid refrigerator that was not cooling, he was also very professional, overall very happy with their professionalism and pinctuality.
