Awesome store, great inventory (grilles, firepits, outdoor ovens, charcoals, spices, and even meats), helpful staffs.

Ordered a very upscale Hestan grill, power burner, outdoor refrigerator and access doors 17 WEEKS AGO! 15,000 dollars worth. Paid in full. Nothing delivered. No correspondence from the store. No calls. No hey we’re sorry. What can we do to make it right. I’ve called them twice over the past 4 months and no answers. Bad customer service in my opinion.

Has a very good selection of bbq grills both portable and permanent outdoor. Dont sell masterbuilt and other brands of smokers other than weber. Great and friendly customer service and staff.

Very happy with the service here and the product. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. They even had a demo on the pellet grill that I was interested in. I try and purchase all my wood pellets here even though its a bit of a drive for me. They have an awesome selection of seasonings too!

Big selection of ready to go barbecues. They can deliver. Make sure you get a barbecue cover or your barbecue will rust. Generally knowledgeable and friendly staff. Theyll answer questions over the phone as well.

I went here to get chips for my smoker and they had a good selection of chips. I needed mesquite, but they also had apple, cherry, and lots more. I will return to get parts for the grill and pretty much anything else needed to bbq. Parking can be a real challenge here at lunch so try to avoid that time. Great store with a very helpful staff.

Lousy service, they took $7,500 in advance for a BBQ Island, with a promise to deliver in 6-7 weeks, 9 weeks later they said that their delivery company can not deliver it, since the corridor to the yard is narrow, then they visited the place and said, it is doable but I have to cut the trees!, so I cut the trees, then they said it is still too narrow, so they will cut the frame into 2 pieces and unite them at the site, then said we do not do finishing at the side, you should bring a crane on my expense to deliver it!!!Now I am struggling to have my money back, can you believe it, its true, I am not kidding.

I owned a BBQ Galore BBQ for 15 years and had no issues not even a spec of rust on it. I just upgraded in 2/19 to the Elite series BBQ and now less than a year later its breaking apart on the top and its already rusting. BTY BBQ galore does not warranty their Stainless Steel from rusting. And obviously they are using lower grade SS since its rusting already in less than a year. Customer service asked me if I have enough ventilation in the island and I do, that was their reasoning for the rust on top. What a joke.

Just stopped in to see if they had smoking woods... They do! And for a reasonable price for woods not local to san diego. Definitely coming back to get what i need from this place.(Guys were trying to help but phones were ringing off the hook so i dont blame them.)

I bought a 12 foot custom built BBQ island from BBQ Galore in 2007 at their White Marsh, Maryland store. I also purchased doors,gas burner, bbq, sink, drawers, umbrella, bbq cover etc from them.The bbq island started leaking within the first year I ownedit. When I contacted BBQ Galore to repair it, I discovered they were in chapter 11 and would not help me.I also learned they sub contracted the building of the bbq island and was told by BBQ Galore to contact the sub contractor. When I reached out tothat sub contractor, he would not help me because BBQ Galore owes him money and he has no contract with me.So now Im stuck with this bbq island that is basically falling apart and Im out $8000.00. I tracked down BBQ Galore this year, 2013, and learnedthey were purchased by another company and are still doing business as BBQ Galore selling the same products. I told them of mysituation and they told me they could not help me because when I purchased my bbq island from them, that was the old BBQ Galorethat went chapter 11. Well, so much for customer loyalty. I would advise everyone to stay away from BBQ Galore. They owe their sub contractors money, and they have NO customer loyalty. They are a disgrace.
