When I needed a different refrigerator handle, they ordered it for me, notified me when it came in and then - when I asked if it could be transferred to a location closer to my home so I wouldn’t have to drive as far to pick it up, Josh worked with Enrique at the Morena store to make that happen the very next day. Great place to go when looking for upgrading your home. I was a bit aprehensive at first given the industrial location and my covid sensitivity, and to my wonderful surprise I found the place to be clean, big, uncluttered, everyone wearing a mask, and the attention was very professional. I was able to secure a built-in fridge at a time when most models are back ordered. Yacob was very thorough and able to find a good product for us. They offered the Best Buy credit card for a 10% refund, and were not at all pushy about it. Great experience for me today. Thank you!
We bought an $18,000.00 package from Pacific Sales and our sales person was Yacob Mengesha! We could not be happier with our experience. It was a complex process because of our kitchen configuration and the high end appliances like a built in refrigerator, dual fuel gas range, top line dishwasher and range hood with a 1000 cfm blower and all the installation details that come with these appliances. We had to exchange a few items with refrigerator and the range venting and yacob was on top of everything even delivering something to our house by himself on his own time to make sure our installation date was on time! When you do a kitchen remodel with appliances like these, there will be issues and that is why you want Pacific Sales and Yacob to be there. They took care of every detail and worked with installers to make sure things were right and when they were not, that they were corrected and made right. Yacob was there to make sure that we did not to have to deal with anything and stepped in every time to correct things. He and pacific Sales are a 10 out of 10 and we will not be going anywhere else!!!!!!!

The customer service at this location is top notch. So knowledgeable, friendly and willing to troubleshoot even in the face of a lack of inventory due to Covid. I stopped in to the Escondido store after I had been to the La Jolla location, and their customer service came no where near the La Jolla store. I will never purchase another appliance anywhere else. We ordered a Bosch 18 dishwasher in August and delivery was rescheduled five times through no fault of Pacific Sales. The store manager, Jacob, through it all, was supportive and went above and beyond to keep us informed. When a upgraded model became available in Los Angeles, Jacob made sure that it became available to us, and for the inconvenience of the long delay, made sure that it would be installed at no additional charge. I cannot recommend the sales and service to Pacific Sales higly enough
Recently our old washing machine stopped working and we bought a new LG front loader from Best Buy. The matching dryer was not in stock. We ended up finding a floor model at Pacific Sales and worked with Jordan Hartz to make the purchase. After giving Jordan the wrong model number (our mistake) over the phone, Jordan helped us find the right one. Ordered a new kitchen faucet. Price of $450.00 was steep, but a nice faucet. Waited a week because of the finish we wanted. Wife picked up the faucet, noticed it was taped shut. Plumber came to install ($85.00). OPened box and faucet was clearly used. The finish on the faucet parts was scratched, and there was a half-eaten nutella-for-one and someone elses Home Depot receipt in the box. See pictures. So this place isnt close, and it was third trip there to return the obviously used or pre-opened faucet that the did not check before letting it go out, with trash in the box, and they acted like it was my fault. They gave me my money back, but the grumbled apology was not appreciated. I would never shop here again. Make sure you check your NEW products before you leave the store.

I spent countless hours doing online and in-store research of all appliances for complete kitchen remodel. Ended up going with Bosch for everything and Yacob (store manager) gave me the best advice of anyone in town regarding the various strengths/weaknesses among the many models. On top of that, they also offered the best prices out of everyone (including all the internet sites that offer minimal support before or after such a big purchase). Highly recommend these guys as youll get all of the Best Buy perks (specials, discounts, local service and support, etc.) combined with true appliance expertise and the most competitive prices.
Wow! Knowledgeable, friendly and professional!! It took us several visits to finalize our list of appliances and EVERYONE was great. Kudos to Kim who patiently walked us through our options and delivered some great pricing and Jordan who was equally stellar, helping us when we stopped by and Kim was at lunch. Great teamwork. Pacific Sales La Jolla Saved the Day.We bought a refrigerator from Pacific Sales La Jolla 2 years ago & also bought Best Buy’s refrigerator warranty. Several months ago, we began having problems with the refrigerator temperature; running too cold. We worked with Best Buy’s designated repair company, but that turned out to be a long-drawn-out unsatisfactory process. We finally thought to speak directly to Pacific Sales La Jolla store staff and manager where we bought the refrigerator. Yacob Mengesha, the store manager, cut through the red tape and offered an incredibly satisfactory solution. Prior to my call with Yacob I was starting to have doubts about where wed look for replacement of other major household appliances. Not anymore! Pacific Sales La Jolla staff and general manager were courteous and real problem solvers. We are extremely satisfied.
Had a great experience at PS today! Although the entire staff was very nice, Sarah was amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Her no pressure approach made it a great shopping experience. At one point she was on the phone calling multiple stores for an item I wanted. Since she went above and beyond, I was able to get a great deal on a Thermidor, that I would have never thought possible.

I love the Samsung appliances that I purchased from Pacific Sales La Jolla. But I love the service I received even more! They bent over backwards to be sure the appliances (slide-in stove and microwave) would fit in my existing space available. He provided us with exemplary customer service and the best pricing when we used him to purchase appliances and plumbing for our kitchen remodel. Even when there were issues with deliveries due to COVID-19 he connected with an associate of his, Jesse Long, at the Irvine store to get everything set up. FYI he was in Hawaii on the beach at the time- how many employees of big box retailers respond and take care of their clients when on vacation? If you are in need of appliances, make an appointment and go see Yacob. You won’t be disappointed!

My wife and I bought a Bosch Dishwasher 2 and 1/2 weeks ago at Pacific Sales. It was delivered on a Tuesday and we had it installed that night. As soon as we tried to use it, the bottom rack would come off the tracks. My wife returned to Pacific Sales on Saturday and they told her they would send a technician. The following Tuesday, their service technician came out to my house. The service tech called Bosch technical support and they told him to start bending parts of the dishwasher. I told him I paid for a new functional dishwasher and I was not about to let him start bending things with the dishwasher, because Pacific Sales would blame me. This was a new dishwasher, not one from a clearance or an outlet.Later that day, I went into Pacific Sales and spoke to the manager. I informed her I was sold a defective product and I wanted my money back or I would trade it in for another dishwasher. She told me they would not take it back and I would receive a call from Bosch the following day. She said she was not authorized to give me my money back.Of course there was no call from Bosch. On Thursday, I called the Pacific Sales number on their web site and was then transferred back to the store. The person who sold the dishwasher to my wife gets on the phone and says he will see what he can do. Of course, he comes back and says he can send a Bosch repairman out. Pacific Sales will not take any responsibility for a manufacturer they represent.The customer experience my wife and I received from this company was just awful. Extremely disappointed.After receiving a reply from Allan of their Consumer Relations Department on Yelp telling me I could return the dishwasher, I tried to contact their Consumer Relations Department. Conveniently, the corporate office does not have a number for Consumer Relations, so I emailed them. Just got the email back stating since it was installed, the dishwasher could not be returned. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT=NO RETURN. No reason to shop at this store with this policy.WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!! This company will not stand behind the products they sell.BEST BUY and PACIFIC SALES are the same company. Buyer beware.

I went in on Saturday October 26th to get a dishwasher, decide to buy a new fridge in preparation for it potentially going out and to match the new dishwasher. Yacob was super helpful, very knowledgeable and polite. I picked my appliances, then during check out asked what the earliest I could receive my appliances and was told Wednesday October 30th.On October 29th at 5:30pm, 13.5 hours before my delivery window, I get a call from BestBuy saying that my refrigerator wont be delivered for 3.5 weeks (November 22nd).I immediately reached out to Pacific Sales and talked with a nice woman who took my concerns. It was the end of the day when I reached out and she politely said Yacob might not be able to reach back out to me that night.At 8am the next morning I received a call from Yacob that he is going to reach out to the Samsung rep and see if there is another refrigerator to deliver to me soon and works with me on the final cost of the appliance due to the mishap.Yacob and Pacific Sales weren’t to blame, but they jumped at the opportunity to make the situation right. This isn’t an ideal experience, but Yacob and Pacific Sales have been lock step with meeting customer experience.I highly recommend them for you next appliance purchase!
Salesman was nice but the home delivery and hook up for our washer/dryer was a nightmare. The first time they showed up an hour before the delivery window and gave me 5 minutes notice. I was unable to be there and had to turn delivery away when they told me the unit would not work. It was the exact same model that we were replacing but I was not on site so I had to turn them away. I rescheduled delivery and they told me they would not install it but would drop it off. The second time they called me at 730 am with an expected delivery window of 9-12 and said they would be onsite in 5 minutes. I had to drop everything and drive to the delivery address. Upon inspecting the new unit, I saw that there was nothing that would keep them from installing it but they refused because the paperwork now said drop off only. I installed it in 20 minutes. When I called the Sales Rep to let him know the delivery company they use is near worthless, he sympathized and told me I should call them to complain. Its my opinion that once Pacific Sales gets the sale, they want nothing to do with customer service, and the delivery company they use will go out of their way to avoid work. We own multiple rental units and will not be using Pacific Sales again in the future.

Very disrespectful sales. I visited the store with the intent to replace the LG washing machine which I had bought there along with a dryer and refrigerator 6 years ago. No one paid attention to me, which was OK, until I went to counter and spoke to a very nice young lady there. Then a very muscular sales person came up. Started to tell him the story about the machine dying, and that I wanted to replace it with the same one, and he said If you ever need help come back and let us know and walked off. How rude!! As I told the nice young lady, guess I wont be buying a new washer here! Turns out their price is within $1 of Home Depot and Best Buy, so there is no reason to buy from Pacific Sales anyway, especially given their total disrespect of their prior and potential customers. (And dont by LG washing machines either - failed in 6 years with very occasional use!)

Atrocious. Never received a call about a delivery window, and then the day of I get a call saying theyre at my building and if I dont show up in 15 minutes then theyre going to leave. I havent had a fridge in 6 days so I leave work and rush madly back, only to hear that theyre not happy with their parking all of a sudden, after theyve already been there, and theyre going to reschedule with a different truck despite 2 clearly marked and open commercial loading zones next to the building. Still waiting to hear about when I will get my next rude call demanding i rush from work or risk waiting even longer for a fridge.
