They ghosted me when there was a problem with the new appliance they installed.We ordered a GE dishwasher in late January 2021. It was supposed to arrive April 1 (long wait due to the pandemic) then got delayed two times after that and wasn’t going to arrive until August. But found a GE Profile and offered it as a free upgrade to the one we originally purchased. The installers came a week ago and were very courteous. So far, so good despite the initial delays. But I ran it for the first time the next day and it had a loud annoying high pitch whine. I emailed them because they were closed and sent a video of how it sounded. I asked them to do something about it ASAP. It was Memorial Day weekend so I didn’t expect a response until Tuesday. But there was no email response and no one was answering their phone on Tuesday (I tried multiple times) so I left a voicemail. Still no response by the next day so I contacted GE and they are sending a technician to come look at it. But I still haven’t heard back from Appliance Alley. Crickets.

We entered the store beginning of March and insisted on purchasing only items that were in stock or no more than 45 day deliiver. Our salesperson promised us when placing our large order. We ordered a refridgerator, Oven, Stove Top, Wine Cooler, Dishwasher, Washer Dryer. We had our Kitchen fitted with a contractor for the appliances where required. This means all of our old appliances had to be taken away. Which was not a problem since they promised us deliver. They indicated that the only item that may take up to 45 days was the refridgerator and they had plenty of loaners to help us live and eat in our condo. Well 90 days have passed and they have added another 60 days to our refridge delivery, out cookstop and our wine cooler. So only half of what was promised is installed. They have no loaner refridgerators and will not give us a refund or provide us with a substitue purchase item without excessive restock fees. I have to contact my lawyer for next options. We all understand that COVID and supply chains are an issue. But this is unfair when we were promised at least a loaner refidgerator and cannot even get that. Buyer beware. Make sure you have a clause in your contract for full refund if they fail to make deliver or just lie about when they can deliver. They will fail.

Really efficient; They helped me with what I needed and did not try to up-sell. Also really high quality brands. Lots of appliances in stock and ready to go. They even loaded it into my car for me. Will definitely be back for all my future appliances. Easiest appliance shopping experience ever.

We took delivery today of a Thermador gas range we purchased from Appliance Alley and couldnt be more pleased with the entire process from browsing the showroom to delivery and installation. Our salesman (Bob) was very knowledgable and gave us all the time we wanted to browse and ask questions. There are many good options, but we picked the Thermador because it has unique burners that we really liked and it had the right high-end look for our kitchen. Most impressive was the delivery and installation. They called ahead, arrived on time, and were very careful with every phase. They tested each burner and the oven to make sure everything was properly calibrated and then cleaned everything up and removed all the packaging. They were very careful not to damage the counters or backsplash and carefully brought the range in through a very tight fit at the door. Very professional in every aspect. Well done Appliance Alley...well be back to buy a new refrigerator.

If I could give 10 stars I would. No waiting even though they were very busy. No sales talk. No three- to four- week wait for shipping because they had the dishwasher in stock. Their installer was in and out in 40 minutes and paid more attention to alignment and fit than the homebuilder did. He just smiled and said well weve installed more than 2,000 of these. Its a terrific dishwasher, extremely quiet, and saved us a lot of money. I wish I had gotten the name of the installer so I could thank him here but I do remember the name of the sales guy and it was Kurt Diedenrich and we are very appreciative of their care and professionalism, problem solved, what a difference, definitely recommend Appliance Alley.

My go-to store moving forward. Recently, my 15-year, over-the-range microwave finally gave out. The issue was the color - bisque. I went online to Appliance Alley and found one item that would work. A quick phone call to Lil at Appliance Alley had it on order. She made the whole process easy.Lil was only outdone by Levan, their installer, who carefully remove the old one and masterfully installed the new microwave with great precision and care. It was a pleasure to watch him work and see how much care he took in doing so!Im now a HUGE Appliance Alley fan!

Love the refrigerator we got but hate the dishwasher they tauted as one of the best (it was also one of the most expensive). Don’t buy the Miele brand. It’s design inside is horrible. Doesn’t hold tall glasses, large plates or platters.

Im not one to write reviews. Dont know where to begin. Its been a long frustrating experience with this store. Currently Im still waiting for an updated invoice for a product I didnt even order and was put in a position that I had to except it because of timing.The installer and store gave me a max price for installation and then the installer pulled a fast one on me and charged me $300 more then the max price was supposed to be. The installer made me feel like I was being robbed (women alone with a much taller man and son at the time of asking for payment). What do you do...just pay it. The installer didnt even give me a professional invoice (got a scrap paper jot down) or a business card. They shouldnt refer him ever again. Installer also agreed in the consult that the Thermodore microwave trim I ordered would work and in the end I had to order something else as well. Doesnt look right in the house. The additional trim I had to buy is not nice.The company has tried to make things right, but why cant I get an updated invoice with my warranty details. Shouldnt take weeks. Would love to turn in the manufacturer warranty paperwork, but cant till I have the right invoice.Im done having to follow up on them for their error in sending out the wrong cooktop and them not giving me the warranty details. Hope things change really quick.Update 7/11/17: Still no updated invoice and warranty details.
