Darrin was very helpful and got my work truck up and running very quickly. My truck was previously at the dealership where it sat for over 2 months - the dealer told me my truck was totalled and/or would be an insane price to repair. This repair shop took over, always kept me informed, and got my truck fully functional in less than a month. Very impressed with their customer service and the quality of the repair.

These guys are great! Very professional but at the same time making me feel like family with good value to boot. If you don’t mind waiting a little bit, it’s worth it in the end. What I liked is the fact that they don’t try to sell you your own socks, they just tell you what you need. Look at it this way…if the county of San Bernardino trusts them with there fire trucks? them I’m willing to do the same.

Ive been to many mechanic shops in my life and I can say without a doubt this was the best experience / shop so far, not even close!Usually when going to your average mechanic shop you have to fight to park your car in some dusty over crowded parking lot. Then proceed through a dirty lobby, then after hunting someone down for a while FINALLY you speak to someone with a horrable attitude who looks and acts like they dislike their job and would rather be doing anything else other then speaking to you.It is because of this that I thought Id be better off taking my car to the Ford dealer to fix my 03 Excursion (no start). Long story short, I had to chase them around for 2.5 weeks and in the end all they did was run some codes, check the tire pressure and scratched the back door, which Im still trying to get them to fix weeks later.I had my car towed to Direct Truck the next morning, in a short time they diagnosed and fixed the problem. Quick, quality, efficient, no nonsense! I wish I wouldve found Direct Truck 20 years ago, it wouldve saved me a lot of headaches, hassle and a whole lot of money. I live in Corona and I dont mind one bit the 60 mile round trip for service.I say again -Direct Truck is in a class of its own, I will always and already have recommended them to people I know / owner operators. Proficient, professional and patient. I brought Direct a difficult task; getting my old Quigley 4X4 van back into working order. No loner supported by Ford they chased down parts and even fabricated parts. Appropriate upgrades were made and the van runs better than new.

Im basing this review on service I never received. Called yesterday morning after the shop was supposed to be open, left my name, number and requested a call back. 30 hours later and no call. If anyone wants my business I dont want to hunt them down or hound them. I read all the positive reviews and thought they would suit my needs. My truck is now at Dynamic Diesel in Yucaipa and being repaired. I ran a shop, and I never had so much work that I couldnt use more.

This place is crazy thorough. I went for a simple oil leak and they found it plus did a courtesy inspection on other things to keep an eye on. The impressive thing for me was that they gave me an online service account to keep track of service records. Another great thing is that they took pictures of my leak and their recommendations as evidence for the need to repair and are apart of the online record. The staff (ALL THE STAFF) is all about customer service and not once were they pushy about making recommended repairs. This place is my new mechanic.

I have been a customer here since 2012. I brought a diesel (class B, Fleet Vehicle with alot of hard on/off road miles) in with a few electrical problems. This is the most honest shop that I have taken any vehicle to. Rather than throwing parts and labor at the problem they were able to communicate with me and truly diagnose the issue. The office staff is friendly and the owner is a absolute Yoda when it comes to anything most technicians deem difficult.The employees here are trained well and held to a very high standard under the supervision of the owner. Employees are treated like family and returning customers the same. I have seen RVs, diesels of any type and small cars there. The lot is always open, someone will greet you and I have never had a bad experience. I really owe them this review for always having integrity and doing it right and keeping Berdoo true.

My 2008 Dodge 2500 6.7 diesel developed an issue with the Exhaust Filter Full and after researching shops, I decided to give Direct Truck and Auto a shot. Best experience ever in hiring a diesel mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. Helen, in the office, made it easy to accomplish on very short notice. Jimmy, the inspector, was fabulous in showing me things to look for, be aware of, and probable issues (and how to be proactive in addressing). I was very happy with the work i had done at direct truck and auto repair. They told me what was wrong with the vehicle, how much it would cost to repair and how long it would take to fix my vehicle. they stuck to their estimate and completed the repairs sooner than promosed. I will definitly bring this vehicle back when its next repair work is needed.

Ive had service done on my vehicle several times at Direct Towing & Repair. They are always professional and courteous. Their shop is clean and they have a nice waiting room with WiFi. They specialize in commercial vehicles and I highly recommend them if you live locally and just have one car or you have a fleet of vehicles that passes through the 10 & 15 freeways. I brought my 73 Ford F100 to have some service done. Which included: King Pins, Steering Gear Box, Drag Link and Alingment. Bertha and her team did a great job! They were pretty good with a the follow up calls and the technicians were very knowledgeable!

Direct Towing has worked on my GMC 2001 diesel truck and has done excellent work at a competitive price. I will say I feel a true sense of honesty and integrity when I am around that shop.
