John did some work on my 1967 corvette replace the rear springs, gas gauge, installed Air conditioning unit and repaired my clock. Well when I got the car back from him I had a gas leak. And the gas gauge still don’t work. The car rear was an inch and a half higher on one side than the other so I took it to another shop and right away it was obvious that the work that he did on the back spring was a joke had to completely redo the work that they did. As for the air conditioner that they installed well it turned out that my alternator didn’t have enough amps to run the system that they put in there so it wasn’t getting cold until I had a new alternator put on. The clock was the only thing that I was happy with from johns shop. So from my experience I was overcharged for substandard work I will never ever take my car back to Arrow auto repair again. And recommend that no one takes her car to the shop.

Did extremely good work on my camaro was told on the phone it was about $280 left with about $316 not bad at all for converting my ac unit from r12 to r134 thanks so much guys other shops in the area wanted to change me about $550

Mr John and his team are very good and professional at what they do took my Suv 2015 jeep Grand Cherokee in to replace radiator Condenser and re filled A/C System.. They did a real good job thanks guys! I really Recommend them. 💯👌

The owner John Coute over charges on everything. Bring your savings account if you want him to work on your classic ride and hope he remembers what hes done. He wanted to charge me for work he didnt even do to the tune of over $5,000! Didnt complete the job. Watch him and dont pay him up front

Rich people keep this business running because they can afford the prices but if youre poor dont go to this place.... I went in because my AC would go cold sometimes and other times it would just be hot. I heard the guy telling customer before me $1,600 to fix his AC but hell take $100 off.... I was hoping he didnt tell me something like that after he checked my car but he did... He said he knew the problem and it was $1,600 and he could do it for $1,500... So I got a can of freon charge from Walmart and hooked it up and noticed it said 150 lb pressure in the red and green says 50 lb pressure. I let a hundred pounds of pressure out by pushing that little valve stem button thing now my AC works just fine....

Great shop i do powder coating and ceramic coating for them John is a great guy .

John is a criminal and a flat out liar. They got my car going but at a over charged and ran up rate... definitely look for a shop with better values this guy has none

Please go to someone with a good reputationthese guys are LAZYThey welded my positive cable to the alternator and the starter as well.Transmission they rebuilt went out. These guys are robbers. Very irresponsible shop and Stupid.I even had warranty for it. But even then i won’t go in for them to repair it. Rather get someone to do it the right way to save the headache.Unless you wanna get B.A.R involved(Bureau of automotive repair)Call them if you have any problems.They will over charge you. For labor and parts.Will take advantage of you.Don’t come here.

John kept our car for over 2yrs, we kept making payments towards restoration of our car meanwhile our car remained covered up & untouched & we continued to get high bills. We finally picked up our car by tow truck. This place is a circus & John Coute is a crook; he takes advantage wanting to be paid before he provides ANY service.

Had some done to my 51 Chevy truck and as usual the estimate went higher than the original estimate. They did a good job on the outside firewall retro.They did a crappy job on my gauge work. I asked them to check the fuel gauge NOPE. When I got it back I had to find a mechanic to fix the fuel gauge problem,it turns out that wires were on backwards and when they did my oil sending unit they screwed that up so not I have an oil leak inside the cab so that cost me MORE. money. Im not done yet the.oil caused the padding on the inside farewell to collapse because they broke the.clips that hold it up, MORE money,because I.had to take it to the guy who upholstered it..Oh yea my.hood STILL DOESNT SHUT CORRECTLY. WHAT.A JOKE NEVER AGAIN.BEWARE.
