I went there to go get my tires put on my new rims and they pulled a fresh out the box.. Then they scratch one of them up

This place is horrible I got there at 9:20am in the morning and they didnt finish till 11:30. 2hrs waiting and for the guy to tell me that my car needs all 4 Stroud to be changed plus he is telling me that the rack and pinion was not refurbished right when I bought it new. This guys are stealing peoples money talking about is not there job is my car. Not only that they were jumping from costumer to costumer, couldnt finish a job and starting on another. I normally support my people but this was super horrible.

Alignment machine was down. I called ahead so wish they could have been more prepared instead of wasting over an hour of my time.

Cesar was very friendly! And gave me a solid price for my rotors and breaks! He didn’t wast my time got the brakes ordered the same day and he installed it in less then an hour. We went for a test drive before and after the installment and I felt the difference and they didn’t squeak at all. I’m very happy with the service. I got an estimate of other work he does like tints and honks

Went in got some new tires from another place. Got them mounted and balanced here and they did a 2 wheel alignment. i got a receipt and was completely happy. Alignment was grea let no noise. Super cheap compared to a big name company.

Mr: Cesar you are the best in all San Bernardino area, and very honest man.

Good mechanic and inexpensive.

Paid about 300$ for an alignment. When I asked for a receipt I was told I could take my truck for back for an alignment anytime. Bottom line I was lied to and will never go back.
