Worst experience ever!!! Went in for a simple battery cable replacement. My car was running just fine and I get told that my car isnt drivable and get quoted $800 dollars. They took it apart with out my permission then when they put it back together Mickey moused it and dash clock doesnt work anymore and my alarm doesnt lock. Worst experience ever! It turns out these people are nothing but common thieves. About a month ago I have ordered tires from tirerack.com and firestone was listed as one if their installers. I took my wheels in for installation and not only I was charged $15 more than what I was quoted by tires.com but I was sent away with a slow leak on one of my tires. I went back in today to get it fixed and I was told I had a faulty valve and it needed to be replaced but they did not have one in stock, but some how they were able to temporarily fix it. I was charged $30 for this temporary fix. When I asked if I was going to be charged again when I came back with the correct replacement valve, scumbag looks at me and tells me with no shame it will be another $30. So firestone charged me $60 to fix a faulty valve on a $90 tire. Like I said, nothing but common THIEVES!
I was helped by David he was very helpful he proved excellent service. I was on lunch and ask the manager if he can do my car quick so I can go back to work which the manager said yes 👏 thank you San Bernardino Firestone keep up the awesome work u do😃
Do not get an alignment here. Lifetime alignment isn’t even worth it either. They do not adjust the camber and caster, only toe. I just put on new lower control arms and cam bolts and paint marked all of the cam bolts to see if they would do it and they didn’t change them at all and when I talked to them they said “changing the toe fixed the alignment” which it did not because the cam bolts are all uneven and no where near aligned. Lazy is the only way to describe their alignments
I have been going to Firestone for many years and do not have any hesitation in recommending the excellent service. They also advise you of any future problems they may spot while they are working on your car. I like that so I have a chance to save up and the future of my car does not hold surprises!
Bad experience with the Manager, named Mike.He told us, we didnt have an appointment when in fact it is in their system. Then he told us there was no confirmation even after we received an email from them as well as in their website. There is clearly something wrong because he told us that 10 people can set an appointment with the same time period all at once. This is absurd.Another thing is they put the wrong size of tire in our car for a mere 35 dollars more profit on their part. They werent already sold us their top of the line Weather Grip snow tire in our car when in fact we practically live here in dry and desert environment of San Bernardino, California.This so called manager is very good in projecting what he feels inside. He is quick to react and cannot accept that what they have done is clearly not accurate. They didnt follow the recommended tire size that is recommended by the think tank engineers with PhDs and years of safety research for this car.He was so mad that hes whole body was shaking especially his hands/fingers that couldnt hardly type on the keyboard. Luckily his subordinate named Carlos came to the rescue. Carlos was the opposite, very professional, excellent with the customer service and was able to amend the damage that his so called Mike, the manager have done.Firestone management beware of this one particular employee of yours, hes destroying the companys image. Make an investigation and were probably not the first one that got upset and ask your other employees what do they think about this person named Mike the manager of Firestone San Bernardino. It only take one rotten apple to destroy the image of a company. Damage reputation is hard to repair and so much competition exist out there. Good luck.
UPDATE: I took my car to my trusted shop and they removed a nail and patched the hole.**************************************I brought my car in for a flat patch/tire replacement. Left it because they were busy. An hour later Im told its fine there is nothing wrong with your tire. Except, when I went to drive it again (after leaving the store) the tire was flat again. Clearly, rather than properly checking the tire for nails/slow leaks, etc. they opted to tell me its fine. I was happy to pay for new tires. Take your business elsewhere.
Great work! They just need to do a better job communicating hours of operations. Online it states 7AM!! I waited over an hour, they didnt open until 8AM. No hour on the door either!
Best service! This was a tire emergency, and this location and staff were so helpful, responsive, and caring. I want to especially shout out Jeff who was extremely helpful and patient. While we were waiting for our tire to be fixed (which with no appointment, was still very quick) we saw Jeff and his staff handle every new customer with the same level of professionalism and friendliness we received. When we got our flat tire, it was recommended to go to this location, even though there were other shops that were closer. It is very clear why this Firestone was recommended. We are very happy with the service and products we purchased.
My tires were so bad they were showing wires and I came at 4:40pm when they are supposed to close at 6pm and they turned me away. Said they close at 5 today for some reason. I just wanted to get home safe with my toddler :( Won’t come back again if hours posted are wrong.
Do not go here ever for anything they use auto zone parts and charge you more than auto zone and wont allow you to bring the same part also worst of all they argue with you when they dont do the repairs right and dont have enough mechanic to do all the jobs I feel they deserve to go out of business labor fees are overpriced than the repairs never waisted your time please save yourself the hassle dont go here you been warned people🙏

My man Carlos is a complete BOSS. The whole experience was great because of his great attitude and customer service. When the dealer was going to charge me hundreds of dollars, they checked it out and found the problem to only be like $20! Saved me lots of money and time, i owe them a huge thanks! I got my brakes and disc change for my GMC and with a day or 2 of service my car started to shake like crazy and make really bad loud noises I was in the freeway at the time so I got off I call a friend and he help me look one of the screws and hold my breaks we’re not put in so the breaks were loose and was forcing my wheel to dance out of its position thank goodness he saw it it would had a wheel flying off my pick up truck and would had an accident or worse someone else could of got hurt because of it. I called the company a lot but. I one answer so I will do a walk in and talk to a manager so they can inspect my wheels again to secure it. The people who work at this must be very careful I pay over $250 for this is very unprofessional and unacceptable! I give zero start but to put my comment I had to leave one star otherwise I wouldn’t.

The staff was very friendly and helpful despite being super busy. I made my appointment over a week ago to get new tires put on. Appointment was at 10am, arrived at 950 didn’t get helped until 1015. Staff was very friendly but after checking in it’s been an hour and a half and they haven’t touched my car, this kinda of wait with an appointment seems unprofessional and I am very frustrated. I highly doubt I will return here.Edit: 2 1/2 hours after my appointment time they have told me they are going to pull my car in.Edit 2 it’s been nearly 5 hours since my appointment time, my tires are still not on. I wouldn’t wish this on an enemy.
Had a great experience here - me and a friend had just come back from big bear and had a sway bar bolt come loose, Carlos really treated us like fam right off the bat. He did a test drive with us, quickly diagnosed the issue, Mishael got it up on the lift and fixed it, we were back on the road within 10 mins or so and they didnt even charge us for any of it - really great people and great shop. they saved us bc we had a long trip ahead - and not to mention this was all at closing as well. Great service all around!
Came in early Saturday morning for a realignment because the original firestone I went too told me they couldnt align my rear camber. My car is lowered with adjustable camber, toe and trailing arms. Told them what was going on and maybe an hour or so later care was done and alignment within specs.
This was my first time to go to this tire store. Carlos Ynez the manager treated me like I had been his best customer for years or better yet his own morher. My 2018 CR-V bought new, had worn out tires with only 13,445 miles. He pro-rated them, gave me every discount possible. This and so much more beyond expected or hoped for treatment started from my first phone call.

Firestone was great that day. I got a nail in my tire, it wasnt one that I purchased from Firestone. So I didnt have a warranty. They took me right in, repaired my tire and they didnt charge me! The service that day was excellent! The place was clean, the gentleman were friendly and the atmosphere was good.

We rented a car in Ontario and got a flat on our way to Palm Springs. We were told by the rental company to go to this Firestone. Dan was amazing. He worked quickly to find the replacement tire and got us out of there as quickly as possible. He was friendly, upbeat, worked fast and gave us recommendations for places to eat in Palm Springs too!

Let me say today Oct. 26th 2019, you earned my business. This location saved me over $900 that I could have been ripped off at Toyota dealership service department. Judith and Jeff have the highest customer service you could ever imagine. When I reached out to this store, it was due to a friend of ours referral. Surely these guys are doing a great thing for customers such that customers are going out of their way to refer others to them. Just as the founder says: business is build on trust. My family and I have three vehicles and we have been using both Toyota and ford dealerships for our maintenance and service repairs. Let me just say that am fed up with dealerships for my business. I believe today we found a trustworthy maintenance service location. My warning to others ( be careful dealing with dealerships) I mean you take a vehicle for just a mere oil change but leave with major maintenance issues that did not exist before. On top of that, you are given a diagnostic of large proportion on unrelated issues just so to justify cost quote. Am no longer taking my business to dealerships any more. Thank you to judith, Jeff and the technician who helped solve my car issue today. You have earned my business.

Took my SUV to get the power steering pump replaced. After 3 days of driving it with the new one..I was driving out of state and lost power steering.they Charge me $1,100 4 power steering pump and one pulley. Not to mention the pulleys I originally took it in for as well was still squeaking.... the good thing of this experience was I got four tires for $100 each

No Bueno. Called earlier in the morning about front brakes and a wheel stud to be replaced on my vehicle. And was told by Carlos that it would be no problem and they would be able to get them done today. I was specific in my vehicles year and trim and when I drove there to get the job. When I arrived he proceeded to write me up and just as we were about done I asked if he was sure they had the parts as other places I called told me they did not and could not get it done till Monday. He then pauses and proceeds to check and gets on the phone. A moment later, if you want to play it safe you can drop it off Monday .....now obvious he was not confident in being able to get the right parts or the job done. Im out. Please learn to respect peoples time and do your due diligence prior to making a commitment you cannot honor. No type of discount or attempt to make good on the situation was offered for my inconvenience either. 👎

I needed a slow-leaking tire repaired. I was attened to right away & the fix only took about 20-25 minutes. I was in and out quickly. Phillip (i believe is his name), at the front desk was prompt & courteous. The place was immaculate with coffee and television available as you wait. I would definitely recommend this establishment for your vehicle tire needs.
Worst company ever. My tires had a 70,000 warranty. The wore out and had over half left. Refused to help us. Then took 20 people who were behind us. Had to wait 5 hours. Rude rude rude. Never go here
Have always used Firestone for oil changes, new tires and tune-ups for many years on multiple vehicles. When the time came to try and use the lifetime warranty on a flat tire purchased from them, suddenly i couldnt be found in their system. The carbon copy of the receipt had gone blank as well.I forked over the money for a new one since i needed to get to work but they will no longer have business for running shady tactics.Whats the point of paying a premium for warranty if they wont honor it.Update 6/1/19: After responding to the information posted below and following their steps. No one from Firestone ever contacted me after the initial emails. I was told someone would contact me within 48 hours. Their customer service is just the same BS as their service.
Recommended for those who have time that this shop will play with. They are going to mess with your time certainly and lie to you, like a piece of cake. I visited here once and they told me to call them back a few hrs later to figure out if they can do the service I requested in the same day. I called them and then they said they could do the service on that day. So I visited, but they told me I had to wait for a few more hours and they would charge me way more than other local shops.I don’t think they should hang the “Firestone” sign because their service is like “rotten tofu”.Dear the owner: I certainly recommend you to find a new manager. The management of this shop is too poor to hang the firestone sign, or they are defaming the firestone brand.

They barely have any tires in stock, I got a flat and it was an emergency for me to get a new tire and they said they didnt have my size in stock and that the earliest they could get it was Tuesday. It was Saturday and my Tire size is pretty common, 245/40/18. Waiting room, parkibg lot, and staff look decent.
I called several times and they always put me on hold left my number to get a call back yesterday and they never did I called again this morning and I got put on hold again I needed a set of 4 new tires and a break service but they are to busy to return my call .Lost my business!

I called saturday set up appointment for today wednesday on saturday i was quoted a 49.95 price. For synthetic oil i arrived to appoint the guy at desk Hispanic said could not validate or hnor the price. Big dissapoinment was getting my oil changes here for over a year. As of today. Got 4 new tires in January... needed an alignment was told make an appointment, its faster.... so i did for 12 pm, enough time to still make it for 2:30 school pick ups... An hour and 10 minutes later my car is still in parking lot not touched... Appointment mean nothing... it would had been better if the customer service was a bit more apologetic or even gave an explination... all i got was a shrugg of the shoulders and yes its still in same spot.....

They do a good job but if you dont have a appointment be ready to wait for hrs. I went in for a flat tire and my car was in their from 8-2pm so unless you have hrs to spend I wouldnt recommend it.

Been going here for tires the last 5-10 years. Most of the time they earn 5 stars sometimes they earn 3 stars. The lifetime alignment is a killer deal.
My experience with firestone started with me purchasing 4 brand new firestone tires and an alignment. I signed up for their firestone credit card during this visit to receive a rebate and 5% off my purchase. The manager told me he would take care of the rebate and I didnt need to do anything. (couple weeks later I found out my rebate was never processed and had to resubmit it myself) They finished installing my purchase, and I came back to pick up the car. When I came back I found out they forgot to give me my 5% discount. So they offered me a free oil change instead. I agreed, and came back the next day for my oil change. After a couple hours of waiting they tell me they didnt have the tool to replace my oil filter, and my car should be fine on the old filter for a while (strike 1).Couple of days later I hear a odd sound coming from one of my tires while driving at low speeds. I didnt know what it was and it sounded more like rubber than metal so after a time of being concerned I just ignored it thinking maybe it was just a new tire thing and might go away on its own. A week pasts and my car is telling me that tpms sensor is inoperative. At this point I realized that sound was my sensor tumbling around inside my tire. So basically firestone broke my sensor with this bad tire mount (strike 2).I came back to firestone and they agreed to replace and install a new sensor for me for free. I wait 2.5 hours and they tell me their sensor programming tool was out of battery and to come back the next day (strike 3).I come back the next day and a CSR tells me the tool wasnt out of charge it wasnt holding a charge and they needed to order a new one. (strike 4)I come back again 3 days later thinking that should be enough time for the tool to arrive. Just to find out they ordered it just now! I came here thinking 2.5 hours should be enough for them to program and install the sensor, but because they ordered it just now... It took way longer than I had time for. So I had to leave again before getting my sensor put in (strike 5).They eventually did manage to put in a new sensor for me, but the overall lack of communication was terrible. Except for Jeff he was cool.

This place is so rude!! No real customer service what so ever!!I called to get a price on four brand new tires. I talked to I believe Dan. He ask, do I know the size of the tires. I then answered, NO! He then said Ford made 5 different size tires for your vehicle. Im like okay give me all 5 prices, my vehicle is currently not here. Dan then said, It will take me 20 minutes to give you the price for all 5.Are you serious? I live not even 2 minutes aways and you cant spend 20 minutes to give me the prices. Okay, I guess I will go somewhere else to someone who can give me the prices. So It came time to buy new tires and I didnt want the run of the mill tire shop so I choose to come to a professional tire shop and boy am I glad I came to firestone in highland. Dan M and Linda helped me with with my purchase and credit app and I’m glad the way my tires turned out and quality. So if your not sure about wherther to come down or try to go a cheaper route trust me come here talk to Dan he will be straight up and honest with you no “bullonie”. You owe it to your car and yourself to have some quality tires.
The job was not done correctly so I spoke to the manager and he was very rude. They also left my door panel and steering wheel filthy with grease..... I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Made an appointment online, got a call from the store saying the tires were available next day. Showed up the staff was friendly and helpful. I was at the store for maybe 2 hours total. Wi-Fi here is fast too.
They Steal! Beware, I took my car today to get all 4 tires put on over 1k. The lady told me 2 hour wait I got there a little before 12pm I Said ok they looked busy so noproblem. She asked for my keys to go check the mileage so gave them to her (I only have 1 set). Now I know I’m in San Bernardino, so before I got there I put anything of value in the trunk and BMW’s have a lock in the glove box so you cannot open the trunk remotely unless you have the key part on the fob. Well I forgot to take that part out of the fob when handing them over (stupid mistake). But I hand them over and I go to subway for about 15 minutes and walk back something told me to check my car that was still parked in the lot. I did and when I get to it it’s unlocked and about 5 dollars of change I had in my center console are GONE. I go inside and ask if they moved it. The lady responds No. I said well my car is unlocked and the change is gone, I do not have the keys. She comes outside and sees that it is infact unlocked and can’t explain how this happened. Now I can’t leave because my tire is shredded. Unfortunately they are the only ones that had my run flat in stock so I do t make a big fuss. I ask if I can park my car in the front where I can see it and she says yes and hands over the keys. Now when I move it I figure ok no big deal it’s only 5 dollars. But in my state disbelief of how stupid someone could be to risk their job for change I left my Vape in the car. ($150 vape) I literally sit where I can see my car as the mechanic switches way tires out. And at almost 4pm (4 hours later) they return my car to the front I pay and hop in. (I just wanted to get the hell away from this place) I had asked for one of tires to be put in my back seat since it was still in great condition. I realize not only did they keep my tire that I asked for but now my vape is also GONE. I can’t with this place. I wanted to file a police report but since San Bernardino does not have funds to send a cop to do a report I was told I would have to go in person to file a report. Now it’s to late in the day. But I will be getting that done as well as filing a complaint with the BBB. And posting this on every social media site possible. Btw I was told that the manager was on a phone call and could not come out to speak to me. No apology, nothing. This place is pathetic. DO NOT COME HERE. If you do strip your car of ANYTHING valuable no telling what they might take if they risk it for 5 dollars in change and a vape. Hell I would recommend to hide your air freshener if it’s worth more than $2.

Wow after going to Toyota of Riv & getting a $529 quote for my rear rotors n brakes I took my FJ Cruiser here to Firestone SB & they say my rotors are fine and the brakes were not 2mm as Toyota stated & they did the service for only $129 .. thx Firestone! A+++ :D
