Went in for a tire patch. Didnt want to make an appointment or wait hours at a chain store. El Venado Tire was fast, efficient and affordable. I will be back.

Good service good place for cheap used tires.

Great service and very reasonable prices. With that being said, this is a neighborhood shop on the edge of a rough area. All in all its a place that will get you up and running in an emergency but I personally think most would be served best from a larger tire service company.

Did a good job. Changed front right tire. Told me it would cost 25 for a used tire and 2 bucks to leave my old one. When he charged me he took 37 in total instead of 27.

They are extremely RUDE! called to get a inquiry on a tire the person who answered the phone was number 1 eating & number 2 talking to someone else & told me to “hold up” . Then i proceeded to ask questions about the availability on the tire and he didn’t know any information and could barely speak english & was flat out rude. So i said never mind and ended the conversation. This person then called my phone back for what reason ? i have no clue! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

I plan on replacing all four tires on this car today anyways however the tires had other plans. Right Front Tire shredded coming down cajon pass and this shop was the closest one to where I was nursing one flat and three other tires that were pretty much racing slicks from the previous owner. Figured he got probably 75k out of them so I should be able to get the final 25 miles to get to a shop and have all 4 replaced but it didnt go down like that. So instead I rolled into this shop and the guy at Venado treated me right and got Right to work and hooked me up with a good deal on the two fronts, so I ask for a quote on the rear tires and when he responded I figured the price was per tire.. nope it was for both, and then he threw out the price for all four and I was astounded. Due to a credit card glitch with card and the machine they even worked with me and allowed me to pay them via PayPal which was a lifesaver.Good honest hard-working people right here. The shop might not look like a standard commercial chain store retail rip off giant but you would never get the service or the price at a big chain store that you get right from these guys. I dont usually even leave reviews but I felt motivated to do so after visiting their shop because in this day and age its getting harder and harder to find old school people that run their businesses right and treat their customers with respect. That was cool and we appreciate it thanks guys.

Last week I had a flat in the front tire of my GMC Sierra at my jobs parking lot. AAA came filled my tire again and recommended Vendor tires just behind our business 2 minutes away. Got there guys were friendly and ready to remove, plug and replace the tire back on less than 20min. 10 bucks I was back in the road, no games no drama no hidden fees. On Thursday dec 12th I had a horrible blow out coming up to university Ave on the 15 freeway. I searched inexpensive tires and this place popped up. I spoke to Yvette and she was able to help me get a tire super cheap for my vehicle. When I arrived her guys stopped what they were doing to help tend to my tire and had me in and out in less than 15min. She’s such a sweet lady and her guys are so professional. I would definitely go here again. She was one of my angels that day watching out for me. 🙏🏽❤️

Was in and out in 20 minutes. Got two used tires mounted and balanced for $50. They look almost new. Cant complain.

Its great for emergencies and when places like Firestone are full. Its cash only, so bring small bills. They replaced a worn out valve stem & checked the air pressure on all 4 tires of my Suzuki Forenza sedan. Its conveniently located about a mile right off the 215 Freeway & they are open on Sundays. Its better than waiting most of the afternoon at Firestone.

Best tire service there is in San Bernardino. Prices are reasonable & the staff is very professional. 5 starts all the way!

My husband always takes care of the tire troubles but I had to do it today. The young man who helped me was very nice and explained everything to this old lady with a smile. The prices were fair, and I was in and out of there in no time. I definitely recommend this place if youre in a pinch and cant get brand new tires at the moment!

This is my #1 shop I recommend to all my friends and citizens who live in this area. Cheap prices, excellent customer service. And when it comes to changing tires theyre quicker than the pit stop teams for nascar, now thats how every tire shop should be!

Good treatment and service by the technical installers ...But the prices are somewhat high, they could improve the facilities including the bathroom and Wi-Fi for customers...

Tiers got fixed fast

Simple tire puncture patch was just $20. I do not remember the last time I paid for a tire repair, but it felt like this shop made no attempt to take advantage of my situation. Paid with credit card. In and out. They also repaired the tire properly from the inside, not plug the tire from the outside.

After confirming over the phone, i brought a tire to a dirtbike in to replace the innertube. They said they cannot do the repair. I was very confused. But oh well, i will not be coming back here ever. Wasted trip.

Very bad service and apart from being very expensive for a motorcycle tire, they charged my husband as if he were carrying one from a truck and very rude in a bad mood and the owner was not even a very arrogant lady
