Honest mechanic. My transmission was slipping and my sensor wire was cut. He told me he would fix the sensor first and see if it fixes the problem. He got my check engine light off and my car working great for a good deal. Thank you again. Would recommend.

Ishmael Is the name of the worker that helped me out today, I had stopped in just wondering if I could get some air in all four of my tires. I had informed him of a recent situation I was in and how I needed to drive 12 hours into Texas. He seemed very concerned and helpful in making sure that my car was able to take the long journey. My Father too our Buick enclave a couple of years ago to get fixed and paid a good amount of money towards getting new catalyst for the truck and got nothing new and now they do not want to fix their mistakes. now we just have the buick parked on our parking lott just sitting there. I called them up and they were fast getting to me on the phone. They told me to come right over and I did. Amazingly, I got right in to have them check out my air conditioning system for possible leaks, etc.. That was $35. Fair enough. They told me no leaks and just to recharge is $75. YEAH BABY.. I am a happy camper ! These guys are honest, down to earth people. Got in and out and my air-conditioning is fixed in less than one hour. This is excellent. I will be telling all my friends about this place. Its good to know there is good service you can trust around here. AWESOME-AWESOME-AWESOME!

Always courteous and thorough. I have brought several different vehicles to Felix Automotive over the last few years because they are right down the street from my office. At times, they do have to order a specialty part which does take time so I have had to keep my car there overnight. The work is top quality, they have always explained exactly what is wrong with the vehicles, and prices have been not only reasonable, but cheaper than other places I have been. This is the place where I trust my automotive emergencies to be solved.

Service is good, I am no doubt about it and I am happy with it. I gave 4 stars coz it seems that they never seen the online appointment system. Even when I came and told that I had and made an appointment with them. But surprisingly, the owner told me “ ah really and what website “ 😬🤞Finally, I returned home back coz he said he can’t do coz too many customers in line. It is Recommend to make an appointment by phone or walk in.

I was having issues with my brakes after taking it to another shop a few months ago. Pulled into Felix to have them take a look at it and they were able to help me out for much less than I anticipated. I won;t be going anywhere else now.

Brought my sons car that was recently a used purchase. The brakes seemed super hard to make the car stop. We had taken it to a Mazda specialist and they claimed nothing was wrong with the brakes. Apparently solvent used to clean the car from the previous owner was what was causing the problem and Felix was able to solve the issue for us. Thanks guys!

Installed a rack an pinion in my van but the power steering lines wouldnt connect, thought it be an easy fix for them. They had me return the new part (which cost nothing since I had a lifetime warranty) but charged for installation. They said it was the power steering pump after??? Bought that for them, but they charged me 397 and change for installation. Now my steering column wont stop leaking. I have to buy a new car. Last time I ever go to a mechanic. Worst service ever. Im never going here again, and im telling everyone theyll try and take every last cent from you. I had to ask for my change back, the whole 2.01 cents. Worst experience ever.

Was a long process but they were supportive through everything, definitely coming back for future work.

As a woman, I am always apprehensive about going to auto mechanic shops for the fear that they might over charge and rob me blind! But I was referred to this place and I am so happy I came. They open early at 8am and I was the first customer. I had my front left wheel barring go out and the repair would take a couple hours. The guy who works there was even nice enough to give me a ride home while they worked on my car so I wouldnt have to wait for it. These guys are awesome.

My car was leaking oil and we took it here. We paid 70.00 for them to check it and tell us what was wrong with it. The next day, they call and let me know that they’re not sure what’s wrong with it and that I would need to pay more to figure out what was wrong. They said it could be the oil pan or a sensor and that it would be a minimum of 500.00 and a maximum of 1,200. I took it to a different mechanic and he was able to find the problem in about 30 minutes. He found out it was only the oil pan gasket and I paid 250 for parts and to be installed. I would definitely not recommend this place as they tried to get more money out of me and acting like they didn’t know what the problem was.

I recently took my car to Felix Automotive for repair and inspection. Richard went over and beyond his job by honestly answering all my questions and being very courteous and patient with me. Im satisfied with the work done on my car and would absolutely go there again.

I went here to get my oil change on my lunch break. I have an older, german car and whenever i get my oil change I feel like businesses always try to upsell me to the 5-star, synthetic, 85 dollar oil change that I dont really need. These guys did not and it was so relieving. I told them exactly what I needed and they got me in in enough time to get back to work after my break. The guys were honest, nice and a pleasure to deal with.

I found these guys while searching for auto repair in San Bernardino and the reviews seemed good. I decided to take in my wifes altima since out normal shop has since closed down. They were able to get her tuned up same day and at a reasonable price. We will be going here for our work now. Thanks Ricardo!

This place is the worst!! PLEASE take heed do not go there they MESSED MY CAR UP..and they do not know how to work on cadillacs charged me 200 dollars just for a radiator flush....WOW and they left my car all full of grease and a minor scratch and dent..what the hell.

Dont believe the great reviews. They have friends write them and it is all líes. They could not smog or get my RV running, charged me for the diagnosis, that they could not do since they siphoned 10 gallons of gas out of it and said I need gas, They said the battery went dead. and couldnt start it. It was there 2 weeks and Richard said they needed to send it out to fix it. I paid $244. to get the hell out of there but Ms. Piggy the secretarys insulting laugh as I left said Nice Job because they stiffed me. He said he could not get it started due to the clogging of plugs and could not clean them because a cleaning solution would corroid them. He is no Mechanic. Rip off Artist. Never put it on diagnosis to tell me why the carburator burned gas. Wanted to charge me another $199. to change the plugs and another $ 209. to reset the distriburator. I drove it in and had trouble driving away because they pushed it into the street and put the registration hanging on the window. When I returned they all dissappeared and went to lunch at 3-4pm so I could not confront them.Gutless Fraud specialist. The Real Mechanics left because They would pay them. All the certificates are fake and someone elses. Bet they scatter like roaches when the Police Fraud division and Better Business Breau go shut them down.

This was my first time coming to Felix Automotive. My Queen Lady has been concerned with not having the AC working in the car for over 2 years. I researched and called hella other shops before coming to Felix Automotive, and Felix Automotive had the lowest overall prices. The manager, Ricardo Felix, Jr. aka Richard and owner, Ricardo Felix, Sr. aka Felix did a great job of communicating to me what additional things happened to the AC system besides the leak that I told them was coming out of the bad, old condenser. They found, told, and showed me the system was dry because of the non-usage of the AC for hella years, water was coming out of the bad condenser, and water is probably in the whole AC system. Richard recommended several offer combinations for me to try, so I got a receiver drier to connect to the new condenser I bought plus a AC flush, and Freon recharge. I also got a new air filter as Felix showed me how dirty the old filter was. I also got an oil change, the squeaky rear brakes checked, and stiff steering wheel checked. The checkups were complimentary. Thats a hella good deed they did on those. Richard also gave me a discount. For discounts, cheap prices, complimentary service, good communication, and efficient work, yall better bring yourselves down to Felix Automotive and tell everyone you know. Its all good in there. Stay blessed.

Would not even give this place one star. My fiancé brought his car here to replace the water pump then they called back saying he needed a radiator, total coming to 1100. When they finally told him to come get his car, claiming it was fixed, he drove it to Fontana on the 210 and before he got to Sierra it began to over hear again. He called them to come get his car so they could fix it because clearly it was NOT FIXED! After this they never tried to fix the problem or even bothered to call and update him on the progress. He had to go down there and get his car back because he never heard from them. Now his car is a lot worse then what it was. The engine is burnt due to them not fixing the radiator/water pump which will cost way more than the original price. These people are not honest and I would never recommend them unless you want your car to be worse off then what it originally was. Thank god he was able to stop payment on one check so he only lost out on 400$ instead of the entire 1100$. We have a family and children and cant afford to lose out on money!!!! DONT EVEN WAIST YOUR TIME or $$$

Another job well done by Felix Automotive I recommend there shop if you need quality repairs at a good price. This is my second time and will be back again.

Do not go for AC work, unless you like taking your car to the shop and not getting it fixed correctly. Just because a shop has a ac diagnostic machine does not make they good at AC work. With pride auto air conditioning does free AC leak testing and ac diagnostic work.

My Boyfriend and I were concerned that our bmw might not pass smog, so we wanted to do a pre test. We called Felix Automotive and they gave us a very reasonable price for a pre test and smog test. When we arrived everyone was really friendly and after signing for the test they had us wait for what seemed like only 10 min! My bf was distracted with games on his phone ( they offer free wifi ) and I was too focused on watching house ( they have a t.v infront of the couch ) all in all it was a pleasant experience and we will definitely be coming back in the future.

This shop is a rip off! Ive had 3 people over the last 3 months tell me that theyre smog techs and brake and light techs will fail a vehicle just to upsell and force the owners to purchase and pay labor! Its people like this that make consumers weary of automotive shops and mechanics.

If you like giving money to thieves, COME HERE. On brake/light inspections THERE WILL ALWAYS BE SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR CAR JUST SO YOU HAVE TO RETEST AND PAY THESE CROOKS AGAIN. Trust me.
