Where do I start? I came in for an oil change and was assigned by Giovanni. He made sure I got my oil change then he went over what I needed done to my car. I lost one day of work and the manager jovani bastidas decided to give me a discount equaul to all the hours of work and the overtime I could have had.

When in for alignment and to what was wrong with a/c . They charge me $99 to run a diagnostic. They call me back about an hour and half later. They told me I needed to replace a/c compressor and expansion valve. Total for that job was $1200. Decide not to proceed was out of my budget. So a/c been running fine. I took it to a different shop but was going to get charge to find the problem the technician told me that a/c compressor was working fine. Be careful with what they try selling you!

Oil change was done quickly and at a fantastic Groupon price. My service provider, Jason, didnt try and upsell a bunch of stuff but he did point out to me a few things I might wish to address, like tires, and offered me a very good price on replacement.

If they say 1 hour its 3 to 4 hours for any service.Went to fix a flat took 4 hours

I live in Redlands but ive been going to integrity tire ever since ive started driving because once a auto repair shop gains your trust that your spot, fast friendly service, they have plenty of garages and employees to make sure you are in and out of there quickly and back on the road, Thank you to Jovanni who assissted me and for the help and insite from Josh and Lindsey.

At Integrity Tire (Goodyear) neither counter people have on masks. In addition two clients came in without masks and were served without question. No wonder San Bernardino County COVID19 new cases are rising. I asked if they had a mask policy he said “no”.

I had a very good experience at this facility. Josh and Ivan helped me. I had a Nail in my brand new tire and they fixed it quickly. They were very professional.

Came in for check engine light I paid $125. So they could tell me the problem to my car. Their technician said it was the O2 sensors along with mass air flow sensor. They couldnt tell me the specific codes for my faulty O2 sensors and mass air flow sensor. And Ryan front desk man said as long as I dont get the work done there Im going to keep having problems. Turns out it was bad catalytic converter. Had to take the car to another shop to get a second opinion. This place is garbage. Go to Ralphs Mufflers in Fontana they check my car for free of charge!

Ok for tires but I wouldnt do any other services as theyre overpriced ($125/hr labor) Pay attention to your total breakdown. I was quoted $282 for 2 tires out the door but paid $260 because I opted out of the nitrogen fill. Clerks didnt ask if Id prefer nitrogen or regular air.

Awesome experience! The young man, I presume was the manager, saw us drive up and walked out to greet us and inquire of how he could be of assistance. They took care of us right away. Four tires mounted and balanced along with two way alignment and just as pleasant as could be. Thanks!

Absolutely OUTSTANDING service. Been going here for 3 years and I come back every time. Saul and Omar are the most honest mechanic reps I have come in contact with. They do not recommend what is not needed. Their prices are pretty great, too. Friendly atmosphere and their warranties are A+!! No hassles, no BS, and fast service. Dont go anywhere else. Trust me no lie .

So I stopped here to get my wheels balanced because I noticed a slight shaking. After about 20 minutes, the front desk employee gestured for me to follow him to my vehicle (which was still parked in the bay). He told me I needed new shocks WITHOUT showing me any thing on my car. With my vehicle on the ground, he said the shocks should be placed every 70,000 or so miles and said it would cost me $1200 (he simply showed me a piece of paper), without showing me any car parts or worn parts or anything. I told him no thanks on the $1200 repair. Long story short, they did complete the wheel balancing and the vehicle shaking went away & my car drove very smooth. Im still a bit concerned that the employee was trying to talk me into a obvious unnecessary repair. I would recommend getting a 2nd opinion if these guys try and upsell you on expensive repairs.

I just wanna say yes the Manager is cool, but hes not so good at taking care of my complaints or worries. Why did I have to wait 3 hours for my car when it needed a wheel alignment and my tires looked at because of the brake noise. My car was aligned about 4 times. Not sure why they thought 4 alignments would fix my problem. But it surely didnt. Nor did you guys help me out with my brake problem that you guys keep overseeing, acting as if Im lying. Now Im sitting in debt simply because I refuse to pay for what you NEVER FIXED ON MY CAR. Simple.

I made a purchase of Goodyear tires and was very pleased with the actual Tire although I did find that my wheel was bent which could not give me the ride I was looking for but Peter and Ryan and Miguel were awesome to help me change it out. There integrity lives up to their company name. I do recommend for San Bernardino Tire shoppers to give them the opportunity to show you their integrity of service to you.My second visit now due to a nail and thankfully he recommended what would save my life. I was able to purchase tires for one of my vehicles, and get an oil change/wheel alignment for my truck in less than 2 hours with no appointment. Took it for a quick tire repair and they did a courtesy check. Couple days later radiator starts acting up. Opened the hood and the line from the reservoir had been cut and the fluid was nearly gone. Fixed the line and refilled the radiator and was good to go. Brought the car back in for an oil change two weeks after the tire repair. Guy opens the hood and immediately tells me I need a new radiator, water pump, temp sensor all for around 800 bucks. I tell him what I found after opening the hood and he just says I dont know what Im talking about and I cannot drive this car home. Dude tried to push me onto a credit card and was very rude about me not wanting to change the radiator saying stuff like youll never make it home. Ive been commuting 45 miles everyday for two weeks and have had no issues. Did they cut my line? Maybe. Hard to prove. The coincidence and bully like behavior is enough for me to never go back.

I took my vehicle on 10/22/16 following an accident that required some internal repairs. I was charged $1,371 to fix everything. They called me a week later told me the vehicle was completed and ready to go. I then returned on 11/05 because my car was making a really bad noise. They told me my car needed a new front disk brake rotor, I was very confused as to why they didnt find it the first time but I was in desperate need of my car so I paid an additional $198. I figured after this repair my car would be all set! I picked up my car a few days later and once again the noise returned. I returned back & was told my car NOW needed new hub bearings and that it would cost and additional $500. After this, I knew I was being conned! I picked up my vehicle and took it down to two different mechanics with my receipts in hand and told them to inspect my vehicle. I received a call with BAD news! INTEGRITY TIRE was lying to me and charged me for things that did not need to be fixed! My hub bearings were perfectly fine and to top it off the repairs were poorly done. The mechanics left bolts loose/broken, Trust mount was broken still, Rotor groove still damaged among other things. I filed a report with the Bureau of auto repair recommended by the mechanics who said they would testify for me if need be. I got in contact with the Integrity Tire in Moreno valley and they told me they would be more than happy to fix my cars issues. I was told over the phone they would take care of me and even give me a rental for the time being. Let me be clear it was already December and I was already dealing with this issue for two months! I drove all the was to Moreno valley integrity Tire on 12/02. They expected my vehicle and I kept on asking for the rental that they promised and they lied to me! I stayed at the location for 8 freaking hours!!! They said they fixed everything and admitted that there was in fact nothing wrong with the hub bearings! After getting back in touch with the bureau of automotive I was told they were investigating Integrity tire for wrong doings. Integrity tire was later found to be in violation of many things after I reported them! I have been dealing with their messy service since October! I am taking them to small claims court because of my time that was wasted and my inability to do my day to day activities such as attend school! After all this stress I have encountered with this company I do not want anyone else to get conned by them! They are refusing to reimburse me the money I deserve back DO NOT GO TO INTEGRITY TIRE!

Horrible service. Went for a oil change. Grease all over the interior door handle and exterior door handle. No oil change sticker. I had to ask for it. Just horrible customer service.

Quick and courteous service without trying to sell me services I didn’t ask for or didn’t need (are you listening Jiffy Lube?). There were a number of other customers ahead of me but the manager there (Ryan) had me out in a reasonable amount time! Will be back for more service!

Ryan was very pleasant and friendly on the phone when I inquired about an oil change and how long of a wait time it would be. I drove my car right over and was taken care quickly and my car was checked in to be look over. I did let Ryan know that I was going to be driving out of state. He found other things that needed some care. He was able to have my car service with his team of mechanics. I was very pleased with their hard work today in the heat! What a difference I felt when driving home!

Called Integrity and spoke to Omar who Ive dealt with in past. He gave me a fast quote on some tires which was pretty reasonable so I came in and he took care of my vehicle. He had Emilio call me to let me know another situation came up and we were good with it. I find this shop very knowledgeable and great customer service was given to me. Thank you Omar and Emilio!!☺

They have very good mechanics. I have brought my car and truck here for alignment. Got new tires for my car and they did a new rack and pinion on the car. Car rides great. Truck they put new steering box and now the truck steers the way it should. It is a little expensive but you pay for quality work and they wont do you wrong.

I was at Goodyear Integrity Tire a few days ago. Omar took care of all my concerns. I was treated with respect and courtesy. Honestly this place really helped me and my husband. We only have one vehicle and they made sure that we would not miss any more work then we did. Ryan was very informative and kept in connect. Never once did anything happen without my consent and we did not feel like we should go anywhere else. It was a very anxious time but they helped calm it down. I will be going back.

Took my Honda in to get front end aligned. While there I was shown the wear on my tires.(yes of course thats what they do $) But the reality is just that. Ive lived in SB for many years and been to several tire shops but never received a better price on 4 new tires with all the warranty/guarantees etc... And the employees there were quick and courteous.Not often do I take time to write reviews but this was worth mentioning.

Had a Groupon, so tried it. Got there and was told it would be almost 2 hours. Since it was going to expire and I had driven a bit of distance, I decided to go ahead and wait. Next thing I know, about 15 minutes later, he comes to tell me all good with car (he had someone get on it quickly) but a concern about a couple of my tires that need attention. It is still up, so they show me the tires and yes they need replacing. Felt like I was treated very fairly and would recommend.

Fast and friendly. I had a flat and thankfully I was only across the street. Ryan got me in quickly, and everyone was suusu nice, even though I showed up like 20 minutes before they closed. They took care of me, got a decent deal, and had me in my car within 45 minutes.

I got the best deal in the whole world at this place on Black Friday! Everyone was very professional and easy to talk to. The only problem was the wait but it was Black Friday and I also saved a ton of money so the time is not really important but everything else was done smoothly and next time I buy a car it will probably be a Toyota from Moss Brothers Toyota in Moreno Valley lol Thanks guys!

Integrity never lets me down, and my latest visit was no exception. They were able to immediately diagnose my cars problem, make the repairs, and have my vehicle back to me the same day. The staff is always friendly and courteous, too.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! They are ripoff artists. I went in for a tune up and oil change, they ended up charging me $1800 and less than 2 days later I have two belts break down that should have been serviced while I was there. They do not do even the basic work correctly.

Peter was awesome. They not only helped me with my Groupon oil change, They showed me that the brakes were 95% worn down on the back and less than 50% on the front and then my back shocks had to be replaced showed me The difference between good ones and bad ones. They have 90 days same as cash to pay off the bill. They were super helpful and had me done and on my way

Bought the 3 oil and services for &25.00, when I went in they told me it was $37.00 because I needed synthetic oil. When I bought the package they never mentioned that!! They said it would be $3.00 for oil disposal fee!!Then the heat was broke in the building so it was 39 degrees outside and 39 degrees inside. I had to stand outside to wait in the sun!! That is NOT right, the business should not have even been open with no heat in the middle of winter!!Then they told me that I needed new rear tires that they were cracked and they could extend a great deal for me! I said NO! I went to a tire shop after my service and they said my tires are fine! This place is a joke!!!!

Did a through check on my truck. Actually showed me the damaged area, not just tell me! Gave me options. Great shop to use. Im now able to feel real comfortable about their services.

This facility is clean and the men working at the desk were nice, welcoming and on top of things. I didn’t have to wait very long at all and they explained things to me thoroughly and I left not feeling confused about anything. I definitely will be returning in the future!

This place is cool. I dont feel like they try to get over on you. I know cars and the problems they pointed out we not BS. They were things that honestly did need repairing. Yes you pay for labor, but get over it or learn to do it yourself. Ive brought my cars to them for years. Good people

I went to Integrity Tires and was greeted and helpedby Ryan. I loved that he have me a time frame on how long it would take and they finished faster than I thought. I have been here before but now that under new assistant management, I was well informed.Luis took the time to give me Tires 101 as he called it. Thursday afternoons are best when they arent too busy. Their No Cash, No Credit financing shocked me. I didnt think I could ever be financed for anything. They sold me on adding the lifetime nitrogen for they tires @ $50. Never put the nitrogen in. At checkout the tried to charge me for. I had to bring it tp their attention and prove it wasnt in before they would remove the charges. Could be a simple mistake not sure. Just a heads up.

I’m new to the Colton area and needed a mechanic when my truck got a flat. I’m glad I went with Integrity Tire. I was initially greeted by one of the mechanics who pointed me in the direction of the office where Pete handled the paperwork. He was polite, knowledgeable and sharp.I was called back to the shop about a half hour later with news of a leaking transmission line. Rich took me back with a flashlight so I could see the undercarriage to ensure what I was paying for. I clearly saw that it had been leaking and didn’t expect any foul play. I asked him if he had any suggestions regarding my 2010 Chevy Silverado work truck that I had just bought with 30,000 miles on it; he mentioned a fuel injection service which I agreed to. All in all, I left feeling confident that Pete and Rich took great care of my truck!

The service was great. Armando was my Service Representative on Saturday, February 3, 2018.. He was honest and very patient. I really enjoyed doing service with Armando and Goodyear. He treated me like I was a queen for a day. I called Armando today, Monday, February 5th, to ask him a question about my car. He was happy to hear from me and seemed to answer my question with a smile over the telephone. Good service. I truly recommend Goodyear and I will return for all vechicle repairs. Armando truly deserves a raise and a promotion.

Pulled in today feb 24/2019 with my water hose leaking water and asked the foreman if he could replace the clip at the end of the hose for me. I opened the hood and specifically showed it to him what I wanted to be done. They walked back in the office and told me I was gonna be charged $59 to diagnose it. So they proceed in charging me $94 for labor $89.99 for coolant flush and $45 for the clip that costs $12 at the auto part store next door. Said I didn’t want to pay all that money to just replace a clip that took 15 minutes to be replaced at V&L auto repair on baseline, I said I didn’t wanted to pay for the diagnosis because I clearly explained to them what I wanted done. The threatened to write my license and turn me in to the police so I said to go ahead and call the police while I was there to explain what happened so they canceled the invoice (on the photo attached) and let me go. The repair at the V$L auto repair cost me $60 including the clip, labor and 2 gallons of coolant. I will never go back to this shop. Good luck if you don’t know about car repair.

A very rare tire size was found and ordered for my motor home. They held onto the tires for over a week while motor work was completed on my vehicle. Much appreciated.

Ryan was amazing, I came in trying to fix a flat in the rain with both of my small kids. He told me that my tires were too bald and to be safe I should buy new tires, he provided me an excellent price and was able to get me on my way in no time.

DO NOT GO HERE ! Had just got a diagnostic dated the day before getting an oil change change at this location and literately the day after they serviced my car my check engine light it came on !!! Went to get it checked and now multiple lights are on my diagnostic!! Already reported and sent it both diagnostics to the BBB DO NOT GO HERE I THINK ITS FAMILY REVIEWS!!

Bought a 3 year alignment policy, every time ide take my car for a alignment which was about 5-6 months they would question me why am I bringing it in, and make it seem like I shouldn’t be bringing it in . They also stored my policy and vehicle under another persons account practically told me I’ve never been there, then I made a big deal and found the issue. And lastly I changed my suspension on my vehicle and dude straight up said that voided my policy “ I can show you where it says that on the back of the paper” . This place is straight garbage, NEVER will I consider business “Integrity” again. (They’re constantly trying to sell stuff for your vehicle that you don’t need )
