Very easy process getting my bike at Dream Machines. Hot Dog was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Overall great experience and felt very welcomed by everyone! 100% recommend, visited and shopped at other motorcycle dealerships and this was by far the most comfortable and simple process.

Jen with Dream Machines SA should be your metric GO-TO! Fast mechanic service & best quality.I had my Suzuki SV1000 fork seals done by their metric mechanic, Jen. I brought my own seals & DM provided the fork oil / service. These things were super old, RUSTY & leaking badly. It was completed same day, very reasonably priced and high attention to detail. The bike came back to me better than ever & much safer with my new seals / fluid. I was very impressed by the handling improvement. Everything is in top order on the bike. Great work!!

I submitted an application for financing online during the weekend about a month or so ago and I figured being that they are closed on Sunday and Monday I should be getting a call back on Tuesday. Well they ran my credit and never got a call letting me know if I was approved or not, a week or so passes by and I received a letter in the mail regards to my inquiry for financing it didn’t state if I had been declined or approved just showed me my credit score. Now I’m aware I don’t have top notch credit but it would have been nice to receive a call back letting me know where I stood. I figured I must of not gotten approved through any of their financing options because I’m almost certain that if I would have been approved they’d be blowing up my phone. Just disappointed in the lack of communication oh well.

We bought our bike April 2019 and we purchased the extended warranty. Two days after we bought the bike we had to take it back to get a turn signal fixed. Dream machine took upon themselves to file a claim through the extended warranty even though they bike had a 30 day warranty from the dealer. Fast forward to August 2020 when we traded the bike (thru Harley Davidson) for a newer one and now that we were expecting to get a refund from the pro rated warranty amount we are told we dont get any money back because of the 1 claim Dream Machine filed. Very dissatisfied with their service. When we called to find out if there would be a refund they said yes and told us to wait. Just very upset with them lying to us.UPDATE: Rudy called us and worked with us to correct the problem. Im happy that he cared enough to reached out to us. We are on the market for another bike and would consider Dream Machine.

I cant tell you how great the experience was working with the guys at Dream Machines of SA. Its just something you have to experience yourself. Some of the nicest, straight forward people Ive ever dealt with. We went back and bought a second bike within a month at this place. They are just plain good peeps. Larry Rochelle was our salesman on both machines and in both cases, I felt like Larry was doing everything he could to make sure we got the best deal and everything we needed. Im a cdl driver, so Im rarely home. And when I am home, I dont have a lot of time. I made a few phone calls to see what dealership had what I was looking for and for the budget I had. Out of every dealership I called, this is the only one that went out of their way to find me the type of bike I was looking for, work with me on the price, and bring it down from another dealer for free. I came in to town and all I had to do was take 5 minutes to sign some papers. It was quick, easy, and painless. AND I GOT THE RIDE OF MY LIFE!!! The bike itself was everything I hoped for and more. Bought a Beautiful Yamaha Bolt 2014, 15 miles.(dream bike). Paper work insurance warranty all taken care of within 20-25 min. They are all friendly and enjoy what they do .Point is 3 days later after riding around SA. I spot a NAIL in my front tire.(it wasnt there before i bought it, they do a thorough check) EVEN THOUGH MY WARRANTY AND INSURANCE DOESNT COVER TIRES, THESE GUYS MAINTENANCE SHOP LITERALLY COVERED THE COST OF THE LABOR FOR FREE AND ONLY CHARGED ME A NEW FRIGGING TIRE. the saved me over a hundred bucks just because that is how they do business. Ive got a couple of co workers looking at their website now. BEST MOTORCYCLE SHOP IN SAN ANTONIO!PEACE!

I dont know what has taken me so long to write this review, but this place has great deals on great bikes. after the purchase i took my 2009 vulcan 900 to a nearby shop and paid them to check it over. they said the bike was like new . all the fluids were fine and saw absolutely nothing that needed attention. love this bike but, will be looking for a bigger one. see you soon!

We werent ready to buy, my husband dont even have his license yet. We fell in love with a bike. Left and called to say we were coming back. Reno our salesman had the bike sitting outside in the sun, the baby sparkled so beautifully we bought on the spot. We looked on cycletrader at the same bike in several different cities in the US and all priced the same. Bike is a 2015 with only 800mi on it. Salesman, manager, and finance guy were all very nice. Fast transaction and excellent interest rate. Plus full service shop cheaper shop rates then Harley.

Needed repair and routine maintenance. Jen helped me. Talked me through all that was recommended. Afterwards she went through everything done and saved me a lots of money on items that just needed checking and/or adjusting. Fair rates, good techs. Ill be back next maintenance. See Jennifer; knowledgable and experienced. I highly recommend her if you need some work done.

Went in expecting to come home with a Dyna Wide Glide. Basically what Honda was trying to copy with my Shadow 750 that Ive since outgrown. Eric had me test riding every Dyna they had, then a Vrod. I was hesitant but after a throttle twist or two, I was in love. No pressure sales, straightforward competitive prices with no b.s. fees, big inventory. Felt confident with my well informed choice and very happy with it. Would definitely buy from them again and highly recommend.

First time in and was disappointed. I fell in love with a couple of bikes, but because of no price posted one was out of my price range. I was sent out in the rain to look at a bike. Closer look not really for me. Was asked how I was going to pay, once financing was off the table I was dropped like a hot potato. After being in retail for over 25 years not really how I expected to be treated.

Let me tell you folks, I met Reno a salesman from Dream Machines while in Milwaukee for the rally, where he was helping out House of Harley during the rally! Well long story short, I found a CVO I wanted on Dream Machines and luck of the draw, got Reno as my sales representative! He made the trade and transition a breeze! Everyone there were just great people! My good feeling about them was confirmed when I got the bike home, the battery went south! I called Reno, explaining what went down, texted him the report and receipt, he got back to me in minutes telling me they are sending me a check for the new battery! You don’t see this kind of service and attention in existence anymore!Thank you Dream Machines of San AntonioUpdate: also when I detailed the bike when I got home, I found a dime size dent in the front fender! I called them and the manager called me back! I told him the paint had not been compromised and the dent was eligible for a paintless dent repair! The manager told me they would cover up to a certain amount and fortunately the cost to repair it was less than that amount! The fender is fixed perfectly, I am ecstatic, and tell my friends all about them! One friend has already bought a bike from their Dallas store! I will continue to tell about this awesome company!
