I was looking for a car for a few months and thankfully I stopped in Allstate auto sales. This place was AWESOME. Shawn and Arash were both so helpful I couldnt believe I was on a car lot (these guys know how to do it). The selection of vehicles was really good and the prices were GREAT! Shawn was a low pressure guy with high knowledge of the cars on his lot. I needed financing,and again they helped me with great information/advice. I bought the car the next day and even that went very smoothly and quickly. Hey this place even has a little shop behind it for repairs and stuff WHAT!!!!! Bottom line is that I got a great car for a Great price and these guys made me feel like family not some $$. I am 1000% satisfied and will buy here again.P.S. I took a peak around the lot and every car/truck was affordable-- not just the one i got.

$139 (or less) extended insurance for $800, hidden illegal fees to get you financed, your down payment disappeared fast and will not be credited to the amounts you paid for the car after you signed. Stay away, get a reputable dealer, just matter of time before the feds catch up with them.By the way, fake reviews (Gordon) will not change the fact that you ARE scamming customers.

Just bought a ’14 Chevy Volt from Allstate Auto Sales. I live in Houston and as an out-of-town buyer, peppered Shahin Asgari (the owner) with lots of questions by email. He patiently answered all of them, and sent me additional pictures/video of the car. My mind still not quite at peace, I took the car to a local Chevy dealership for a comprehensive pre-purchase inspection – it passed with flying colors! Must say I had an all-around good experience.

Dude was chill easy to talk to and mellow. But I was sold a lemon. There was no air filter in my car. The in cabin air filter was filthy. The car burns oil and causes check engine light to come on once a month. Im pretty sure it has to do with the car being run for so long without an air filter. The tire pressure monitoring sensors were missing from the car. Was told the TPS warning prolly meant tires needed air. I go to discount tire only to find out they were missing. I would not be surprised if they were taken out and sold on ebay for 200 bucks. I thought I was getting a good deal. I thought cabin filter and air filters would be things they check especially since there is a shop out back. Either this guy is like me and knows very little about cars or he purposely sold me the car knowing it had faults.

I have bought two cars from Allstate Auto, and both have proved to be great cars. The first one I bought in 2009 over the internet while I was in Thailand before I had ever met Shahin Asgari (owner) or knew anything about his business and it turned out to be a great car and he even delivered the car to me in Austin.The next car I bought was in April 2015 and, again, I was out of town and couldnt inspect the car myself. So I paid Lemon Busters $129 to go to his business and inspect the car. Many used car salesmen would find all kinds of excuses for you not to use a service like Lemon Busters because they are afraid of what might be found on a thorough inspection. But Shahin had no problem with this, probably because he knows he only has good cars for sale. Sure, Lemon Busters found dings and little things wrong with the 2004 car we bought, but that is to be expected in a 10 year old car.What Lemon Busters didnt find was anything wrong with the major things such as 1)engine 2)transmission, 3)breaks 4) rust, etc. So after Lemon Busters told me that the major things were a-ok, I deposited money in his account using a Salt Lake City bank, which is where I was. My friend in Austin then took a bus to San Antonio and picked up the car.This makes two times Ive either wired or given him money for cars I didnt see before-hand.Its hard to beat a service like that, especially in a business (used car salesmen) where lying and cheating are standard. If you buy from Allstate Auto, you will know you arent being fooled or misled.

Well, shahin is a good talker made me feel at home and comfortable. I was confident .I told him i needed a dependable car for my wife and kids and said not to worry. Maybe in other peoples experiences they ended up with quality cars like it says on shahins buisness card but i DID NOT. I got a disaster of a mercedes. After the first week the a/c started freaking out. The fan levels were goin crazy. After the first two weeks it got hot on me and had to take it in to my local dealership. They told me it needed a thermostat. ok. Understandable, but then they told me it was leaking oil and i should have it looked at. I didnt notice i guess because the motor had been detailed by shahin. So then i park it for about a week and a half. Turn it on after that time and it starts making a horrible noise coming from under the hood. Seems as when the oil circulated through the motor it went away, still scary . I called shahin and he said that it was a used car and i should expect things like that but when i was there paying him his cash he said nothing about that. He said Its a mercedes its luxury and quality. So ive been calling shahin and he keeps giving me the run around. Now me and my family are stuck with this lemon while shahin rode off into the sunset with my cash. Ive asked him over and over to make this right but all he does is ask me to call me back. Shahin Asgari a WOLF IN SHEEPS CLOTHING! Im callin u out! What do you got to say for yourself?! I have to give at least 1 star but i would give that by choice. Allstae auto sales Watch It! Theyll SWINDLE you.
