Took my 2020 ninja 650 in for a tune after getting a new exhaust. Jon was a little late but no complaints. From the get go it was obvious he knew what he was doing. Extremely professional, cool guy to talk to with lots of experience. We ran into a few issues getting the bike hooked up to the Dyno (not his fault, issues with the bike). Thought we would have to give up and come back later but Jon didnt give up and ended up Jury-rigging some wiring to fix our issue. Extremely impressed at his determination. Tuned the bike wonderfully and got another 6-7 HP out of the bike and 3-4 extra ft. lbs. of torque - all done in a timely manner with enthusiasm. He was great to work with and I absolutely recommend anyone in central Texas hit him up for a tune or custom work. Very knowledgeable on a large variety of bikes and good to work with. Thanks again Jon. (green/red are the before, black/blue are the after). He really smoothed out the air/fuel ratio and got some great top end gains. Definitely satisfied with his services so far.

Great service and knowledgeable. Brought Honda sport bike in for a Dyno and tune. Ran into a Microsoft Windows update issue during the process that caused issues that were out of the mechanics control. I expected the worst in my head a 2 -4 week turn around to fix... NopeGot the bike back in a day. The mechanic worked hard with the vendor and got the issue resolved as quickly as possible very impressed I will be going back in the future.

Great experience getting my R6 tuned, got to see the whole process and the gains. Bike feels a heck of a lot smoother throughout the powerband, the difference is night and day.

I brought my R6 for a tune on E85 and the results were impressive. He manages to pull an extra 10 hp.I can also feel the bike running very smooth. He also modify my air box with a new set of velocity stacks.

Helpful, didn’t have a car dyno but pointed me in the right direction to find one. Definitely gave A+ customer service

My 4 wheeler start to over heat and make some problems, the guy told me I need to replace the cylinder they told me it will be 1500$ After everything. It take them 1 mount to do this job, they called me and I go to pick up the 4 wheeler.Whenever I got there they didn’t remember that I pot 600$ down payment and they say it’s 1800$ And no 1500$ like we agreed, I called the police to see if they can help with that, the cap told me they can’t just go in the store and take out my 4 wheeler so he recommended me to go to the court house, I didn’t had receipt so I had no prof that we agree for 1500$ so I just paid the 1800$ and left the place.The next day I go to ride the 4 wheeler and the same problem come out again, like they did nothing to the problem I had. By the way they have the worst costumer service, the lady there scream about me because I didn’t think I should pay more they what we agree.This place is a scam. Run away from this place.

Was in a very very fast need of a tire and they provided me with an awesome quote and manage to do it within the hour of my call.. Super friendly and extremely professional service which I prefer and always recommend.

If your thinking about talking your ATV to Blackwidow dyno tuning. I would think twice about it I just took my 2013 YFZ 450 for a dyno tune which it took him more than 7 hours, U would’ve thought with so many hours hours he would’ve done it right. He told me that the bike was ready I took it home back to the valley we’re I’m from, next morning I found a puddle of gas coming from my bike and when I try’d to turn it on it had a hard time turning on and when it finally turned on it backfired a lot. When I used to ride my bike every day perfectly without no issues. I have asked him for half of my money back to fix the problem that he caused. He wants me to take my ATV back to him so he could check it but I prefer not to because I live 5 hours away and I just made the trip 3 days ago, I asked him to make the trip at his own expense because after all he does have a portable dyno. And as of now he has not responded to my message.

Awesome experience. Very knowledgeable. Got my zx6r tuned and the ecu flashed. Feels like a completely different bike than before. Highly recommend his services. All my future services will be through Black Widow PS.

He really woke up my Ninja as of right now the power commander is tuned but I will definitely be going back to him to get the computer flashed after I finish my mods.Hes a great guy extremely knowledgeable and will be going back when I get my ZX10R

Just want to say thank you for the guys down there at Black Widow. They dynotuned my Harley Davidson Breakout 131. I MUST SAY THEY UNLEASHED THE INNERBEAST IN THIS BIKE. My bike was dropped off and picked up the same day. They even found and fixed a few other things that left unnoticed could of potentially caused a accident on the road, that the Harley Dealership failed to notice and even mention to me. Brought my 600rr in for a flash and tune . John said that there wouldnt be much gains out of the 600 with the limited upgrades installed but the drivability would be improved . Man was he right ! Feels like a completely different machine and the gains were exactly as promised before hand . John and his mechanic were very professional and they finished the work in the time they quoted! Great work guys !

John is hands down best in San Antonio brought my BMW S1000RR in to get a chain replacement and dyno tune. He increased hp by 20. Oh yea Chris Owen I’m coming for you!!

Jon is the man! Fixed up the carbs on my 1982 CB900F Supersport. Now she runs like a dream and pulls like a freight train. Highly recommended to anyone that needs their bike worked on!

Jon did an amazing job on my CBR1000 you can tell he loves what he does. Not only is very good in diagnostic if you are having an issue, but also he is a great tuner. I highly recommend Black Widow for service and tuning.

Jon was very welcoming, and easy to work with. I needed my Carb looked at on a 1992 Honda Nighthawk. (not many mechanics want to work on something that old)I brought the carb in by itself, but he wanted to install it and confirm that was going to fix the problem. (We did just that and she runs great!) Ran it on the Dyno, confirmed the performance was good. Jason also had a hand in the work, they both helped answer all the questions I had. Definitely recommend.

Dont pay ahead of time. Took my bike there twice for the same problem and now its having the problem a 3rd time in the span of only a few months. Paid 400 ahead of time for a repair and to have my turn signals changed. I brought him the wrong turn signals (my mistake idk how to order the right parts apparently) and instead of ordering the right part for me and having me pay for the parts he insisted I buy them. As I said I paid ahead of time. Contacted him several times about a refund. Never got the refund. He kept telling me to bring it in to shop but I couldnt even get it to start. Just sold my honda shadow for $1,300

Jon takes pride in all his work and what he puts his name on. You could take your bike or ATV to a big name shop but you are just a number and they push to rush every job in and out. Take it to K & M and you can be sure the job will be done right and any other issues going on will be discovered honestly without trying to make the extra buck off you. Work may take a little more time than others but Jon hangs his name on every job and gets it done right for a fair price. Highly recommended.

Place is a joke dropped my bike of was there for two months. We agreed he’d pull the head to look for damage in the motor after multiple calls and trips to the shop because no progress was made I told Jon I was picking the bike up fixed or not. So he proceeded to only adjust the valves and not look for the problem. He then called me and told me there is a noise in the bottom end, I said I know that’s why it’s there. He basically did some work to get cash ($500) and the bike is in more pieces after picking it up then when I dropped it off. His mechanic is a good guy and apologized. Jon just wanted money. So after 2 months my bike is still in pieces and I’m out $500 and my bike is in in the same condition. I do not recommend this place.

Every time I call or go to the business I am always informed with great info. Service is spot on. Owner and employees are always helpful. I have used this company for two years. Very happy with service and never had to take it back for bad workmanship.

The worst motorcycle repair shop in San Antonio. I wonder if the positive reviews are fake. My bike was worse off when I got it back. What a waste and very disappointing.

Really awesome guy who not only loves what he does but is also very good at it. Took my bike in with a few problems, he was able to diagnose the problems and fix them on the spot to get me back on the road. Quality work for a quality price and he isnt trying to solicit anything unnecessary. Come to him with any problem and he will figure it out for you. 10/10 would recommend to someone.

Does your bike need a tweak or a complete overhaul? If so, this is the place you want to bring it. John can find the reason Its just not running like it used to. John also has a dyno and can squeeze that last bit of horsepower out of the motor if thats what you are looking for. Give him a call...you wont be disappointed!!!

Got my turbo blue busa back. Nice parts but alot of vacuums arent hooked up. Had to ask for parts he took off and got at another time. Bike doesnt start takes off in third when it ran want go into lower gears.wiring is worst than when it went in. Gas tank was dented, aluminum bracket in back broke.spent over 5k on my bike and doesnt run. Make sure you throughly check your bike over when you get it dont go by what he says. Told me it had 287 hp and now he is posting 257 didnt mention you were outside of town for a few weeks and I had been trying to get it for over 2 months kept making excuses after excuse and blaming other workers for his mistakes.

Great place and service I have fun watching a Nissan GTR getting tune and Dyno, meanwhile my bike was getting the new chain. Definitely I will take bike soon for Dyno and Tunning with Black Widow Powersport. THANK YOU ALL FOR THE SERVICES.

I am EXTREMELY! happy with Black Widow, you can tell they love what they do. I went in for a DYNO tune for my 2014 Ducati. They worked out all the problems in my fuel map and found an extra 8hp on the top. They went over and above to have my bike back to me for the next day. I will be recommending them to my friend and definitely going to bri g in myboth
