I made a call to Brad, to ask him what shocks would be best for my bike and what he would recommend. He recommended Legend Revo So I studied them and found that the reviews of them were just as he stated. I called him back, he gave me a price and it was more than fair. So I took it there and asked him to do both, front and rear. Got it back today, and I have to say, I am more then impressed. Better then I expected. Riding my bike back home, was the best ride I have ever had with it. The customer service I get from Brad and his employees, is top NOTCH. I will say, he is the ONLY one that works on my bike, and has since the day after I purchased it. This bike is part of my life and I trust him with it. Too bad I cant give B-RADZ 10 stars!! I was trying to make up my mind the best way to enhance the performance of my 2012 Harley-Davidson Ultra Limited. I ran across B-RADZ website and called Brad. He spent an amazing amount of time explaining what he could do to make my ride perform the way I wanted. My ride is the best its ever been with the upgrades he recommended. Brad and his team have been working on my Harley Road King since I got it 3 years ago. They have done excellent insurance work as well as custom work. Very reasonable pricing compared to dealerships. I call him ahead a time for K services and they will accommodate my bike for fast service. With custom work it can take a bit longer as it does with any shop, but it is well worth the wait. I refer all my friends to him and they are just as happy with the service Brad and his team provide.

Well my experience is the BEST! Knowing that this is the ONLY place my hubby would trust with his bike, I called them to help me with an anniversary SURPRISE! Hubby and I flew to CO & while we were still at the airport, Brad & his team picked his bike from our house to do the surprise repairs it needed. While in CO, Brad (the owner) FaceTimed us to say SURPRISE to Russ. He took the time to say everything I had told him. “Russ has taken care of my needs for 20 years, now it was time for him to have what he wanted” We will NEVER go anywhere else.

Took my bike to get some carb work before Christmas. I understood they would be off from day I took it until the following Tuesday so I didn’t mind but then I would call and inquire on my bike. Owner said Friday they will get to it and call you back. Friday came and no call. I followed up on Tuesday when they opened again. Tech said we should get to it today or tomorrow. Still they never called me. I decided if they don’t call me by the weekend I’m just going to go pick it up. Went Saturday to pick up bike, they were going on almost a month with my bike and was never even touched. They gave it back to me with a thick coat of dust on it . No respect. Will never take my bike there again. Extremely slow service with no explanation or apology.

Can’t begin to express the integrity and personal service that Brad and the crew extend. They picked my bike up from my home as a surprise repair from my wife while on vacation, they took photos of the process and kept me updated on the progress. Been going to B-Radz Kustomz since 2015 to service my Stglide 2014. The service has been Great! Installed the Fat tire front-end and now just added 4 new speakers. What a BIG Deference from 2 speakers. GREAT JOB!

So...i get one day off a week...today was it. Needed my 26 front tire changed...it was late in the afternoon and daid it could be ready by tomorrow( has to be done by hand) but when I went in and explained my bike was torn apart in my driveway, they said they would get it done today...not only did they get it done ...they also had the best price...honest about how long it would take...that alone earned my business...honesty...integrity...just plain good business...i will be going back for all my custom bike needs and fixes...thanks guys...a new customer.

I dropped my Harley off. The owner and the other guy I’m bad with names both went above and beyond they looked out for me got my machine up and running like a champ I’m a first time rider and they explained how it is suppose to work and run. And showed me how to work it. And I was a little short on the bill because. They had to do extra stuff to it to run properly I will continue and recommend all my fellow riders thanks guys
