Great Place to take your MSC for license or for first timers. Dave Roller and Eddie did an amazing job and kept class moving. Despite a few set backs they kept us on track and kept class entertaining. Dont get me wrong it will help if you practice a little throttle control/friction zone(bike take off without giving throttle). Yes you may be around experienced riders but they always help the newbies. Dont blame these instructors for the gap between new and experienced riders. They will do their best. I saw 3-4 newbies that had never been on bike to passing the course and handling that bike with confidence. Eddie is tough on you but he cares. Dave showed amazing patience and kept class fun.

Car/bike show and raffle. Lots of nice vehicles. Great selection of new and used bikes.

Caliente Harley Davidson is an awesome dealership. A lot closer to my home town. I highly recommend you call the dealership for your new and used HD needs. They will find the right bike for you!

This is an awesome dealership. The level of customer service is through the roof…. Definitely worth the drive in to see this store in action. The whole team there seems to be on top of it and giving it there 💯 🏍The star of the store for my wife and I’s experience was a Salesman named Johnny. He took us from start to finish, at our pace. He didn’t skip a beat and made us feel excited about shopping and picking out just the right bike that would meet our specific needs. If you need a bike and don’t have a friend in the business call and and ask for Johnny. You’ll be glad you did.

We stopped here while on vacation from New York. What a huge selection of merch and accessories. Jesse was very cool to talk to and informative. Definitely a place to check out and shop!

Stopped by and no one greeted us. No salesman asked us a question. Shopped at several stores before to say the least will not be back or buy from this place. There were several sale people on the show room they were more interested in talking to each other or looking at their phones… sad

Just dropped off my friend who was having service job on his bike. Job was supposed to cost $320. Bad tires bumped it to $800. Ok but today when he gets told bike is done, they replaced bad bearings WITHOUT his authorization and added $400 to the bill. Ended up being $1,200. Then they tried to upsell him on a generator upgrade since he has a lot of electrical things on the bike only to realize he already has the largest on possible for the bike. Beware the service department is going to try to milk every dollar out of you that they can get away with.

In the parts department, Ally (spelling?) is the person to see. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. Had my bike cleaned, more like detailed, by Rob the porter. Amazing job, very happy with his work. Nice selection of bikes to choose from, and a really clean shop and store. Cudoes to the janitor for his part in keeping the place in tip top shape, as Im sure he/she is overlooked for their work.

I went from supporting HD by purchasing many products such as clothing apparel and jewelry to purchasing my first HD Street Glide. The entire team at Caliente H-D were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and never did my wife and I feel pressured. They were willing to stay beyond their scheduled work day to accommodate our needs. Big shout out to Tim C. for his dedication even when he was personally affected by C19. Just bought my 1st bike ever! Jesus was an awesome sales associate. Heard everything that we had to say, took into consideration what I was looking for. I came in with 3 bikes that I wanted to look at, 1 got sold as we walked in the door, the 2nd one Jesus showed us was an older bike and was not fuel injected and he told me he had a few more to show me. The bike he showed me next is the one you see in the pics. Will definitely recommend Jesus and Caliente to anyone wanting to get a motorcycle. What a great experience overall as a first time motorcycle owner. Oh and I cant forget to mention Rick the finance manager. From one vet to another, I appreciate that time and effort that you put into my deal, and your awesome personal stories. I thank you brother!

Called to schedule a service for my motorcycle....seems like the service Dept doesnt want to talk ...was trying to ask if they had all parts on hand and turn around....guy was blunt .. saying oh you have a bunch of stuff going on not knowing what I had going on...told me just to go drop off bike.... customers like to have a timetable due to work and it will be nice if they had a idea on turn around time so customer can plan accordingly.

I have to admit this is one beautiful dealership. I enjoyed my experience here and I visit dealerships all over the United States. This one is definitely A stand out. The staff is superb and the customer service is top notch.

Prices are aways so damn high, 89 dollars for HD shirt, not worth it at all!Its just a shirt that will fade, half the shirts always look faded in the store. but i give them this they will put anyone in a motorcycle at any cost ! sad but true

The people were very helpful on my special order Harley. Took a while to get in from the manufactured, but when it did they informed me immediately and had it serviced and ready to go. Everyone was very helpful, they were all trying to get me up and going with my new 2020 special order Harley. I recommend them to all my friends they are the dealer it goes a step and beyond to take care of all your needs and put you in the bike that youre looking for with all the options that youre wanting. If you give them a chance, these people will not let you down. They listen to all your needs and concerns, theyre not just trying to sell a bike.

Went to Javelina Harley first. Every bad stereotype you could think of for a salesperson was present there. I decided to drive the 25 minutes away to Caliente and was made to feel welcome from the time I walked into the showroom. Staff in every department was friendly and knowledgeable. I would buy a bike from them anytime and highly recommend.

Purchased my bike from here a month ago, my salesman Enrique and the staff were awesome and friendly ! They introduced me to the guys in the service department, and parts department. I will definitely be coming back to get my servicing done here and purchase future bikes !

I never owned a Motorcycle before so I thought Buy a used one and see how you like it. It was one of the least expensive on the lot. But I was treated as if I was purchasing a top of the line Brand New Harley Davidson at full price. I had picked it out online. No bait and switch, no trying to Upgrade me to a more expensive model and even though they were hosting a Classic Car show and the place was PACKED they kept the appointment with me to the minute. If you live in the San Antonio area and want a Motorcycle I recommend them to you highly!

When the masks come off, Id like to see the smiles we never got. After the sale; you want clients to return for parts, upgrades, and service. Perhaps even a trade-in? Dont let the name brand carry you, carry the name brand to a new level instead. Best of Luck💞

Had bike serviced upon pick up battery is dead. Waiting for a specific tech to make location to fix the problem. $331 for service $0 customer service or apologies for the inconvenience. Never again Caliente. I’m still waiting 1.5 hrs later nada.

We stopped in this am to see if the service department could possibly get my N-line trailer lights working. They had stopped after we got caught in storms. Last dealership didnt seem interested in trying to fix them or even look at them.Carlos in service talked to his boss who came out to ask me about the trailer which he said we can try. They had it in the service within 15 minutes after writing up the work order. Ross was the tech, had power at the plug on the trailer harness, needed to get to wiring in trailer which they couldnt because of the carpet. I went back to show Ross the carpet was loose, found a connection loose, he fixed it after verifying we had power in the trailer. He could not find the problem, said it might be in the lights, sorry. We put it all back together and as I was pulling the bike out he said they started working....maybe the plug was wet from the riding in the rain and it had time to dry out. He would put some dielectric grease on it after getting back.from lunch, he did. Outstanding employee of the dealership. I would give negative stars if I could. We have spent 4 hours talking to a salesperson got a quote was getting paperwork together. Got a phone call and was told that the deal we were given was denied by the GM. Called spoke to the GM and he said I have no idea what your talking about. After he researched and called us back he said that they couldnt do the deal because a dealer in FL offered them 2 bikes for this one. They are absolute CROOKS. I will NEVER visit this dealership again.

I was treated with respect, not pressured, the salesperson that helped, Tiffany, answered all my questions (and there were a lot - this is my first motorcycle) and gave me everything I needed to discover which motorcycle I wanted, then helped me get it.

First Bike ever! The bike sales staff and personnel are nothing less than stellar. I felt as if I was being fitted for the perfect bike versus just being thrown on a bike and pressured to buy. I cant say enough about how amazing my experience purchasing a bike was!I had to knock off 1 star for the accessories and gear department. I ended up purchasing a floor model helmet that everyone had been trying on and couldnt even get a few dollars off. Then I was lied to about it being new and brought out that morning.

My husband then went over and looked at the helmets and touched one and the man made a beeline straight to him and said if you drop it and Nick it you buy it. He was rude. Started my morning out getting a State Inspection. was in and out in no time and back on the road. Later in the the day I had an electrical issue and needed a part. Gave them a call. They had the part I needed in stock. Went back to the dealership and spoke with the same parts dept employee I had spoke with on the phone. She had my part there under the parts desk waiting for me . Another in and out experience. Every employee I came in contact with that day was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Caliente for making my day go smoothly

This is the absolute worst dealership I have ever been to, and I say that having traveled all over the country. The sales staff lied about accessory’s the bike I bought was supposed to have, the apparel department is extremely rude, and the service department Is extremely rude and backed up. This dealership needs an absolute overhaul of management they are dragging the good name of Harley Davidson through the mud do not shop here go to Cowboys or Javelina. It’s worth the drive to be treated right.

I would recommend this store to anyone who is in the market for a harley. Everyone here has a great attitude, and treat you with respect and are not pushy at all. Will be back for my next purchase.

Worst Harley dealership there is. Maybe a couple know bikes all the others don’t. Just embarrassing to work at a dealership and don’t know Harley. Learn the history. Learn the bikes. Went in to return/exchange a shirt and was told no because I tried it on. Are you serious?? Lady said it smelled like cologne and I don’t even wear that and she had a mask on. Lol. What a joke? Beautiful show floor! Great customer service! We bought a beautiful bike there and on the way home something wasnt right, the brake light was stuck on. My fiance called Anna they said bring it in as soon as he gets off of work. He took it back and they had no issue fixing it and checking it over top make sure the are no other issues. They promised to wash it and clean it up too. They have been great!

I bought 114 brand new off show room floor and pin on rear swing arm missed up. They don’t make it separately for sale. You must pay for new swing arm $850 for $20 pin. Last bike I bought at Caliente Harley-Davidson junk thank god I only had it 2 days so I return it not to hurt my credit make sure you get dealer paper parts unavailable for your credit report. I found that most new bikes don’t haven parts made in USA they’re made in Italy 🇮🇹, Germany 🇩🇪 and China 🇨🇳. HOW CAN YOU SAY MADE IN AMERICA AND AMERICAN STRONG WHEN DARN BIKE MADE MOSTLY OVERSEAS PARTS ON 2020 and 2019 not sold separately. Back to Honda CBR 1000

Top of the line dealership! I had a bad engine noise and called the dealership, Ernest is the service department recommended not to ride the bike to the dealership and they would come pick Up my bike. The gentleman that picked up the bike was quick and professional. As soon as my bike was unloaded and looked at, the service department contacted me 3 times with updates on issues and completely repaired all issues and even knocked out a clutch recall in just 2 short days. When I picked my bike back up it was in great condition with no issues. I have definitely found my new dealership in South Texas!

Book the Motor cycle safety course. Great teacher Jim Steele tought us how to drive within 2 days. Amazing I would never believed I could do the things he tought us. Highly recommended. Super value. And you learn on a real Harley👌

Eh, I needed a rear tire, 150/80 16, guy said they start at 205, everywhere (cycle gear) they start at below 100. Thats a big difference. I turned right back around. Harley only uses Dunlop, and those arent even the expensive tires. They were helpful though.
