Not a great experience at all. Its over priced, I paid $15 for 2 small raspas and 1 order of nachos. They messed up our order and forgot one raspa entirely. And after all that I realized I was charged $150 instead of the $15. I was refunded right away but she then tried to charge me again for the order she had forgotten to even make. Over all not great and there are better places to go.

This is one of my favorite summer places! Make sure to ring the doorbell if the screen windows are closed & get extra cream on your snowcone. Wedding cake & Tigers Blood are damn good flavors.

This place is pretty good, but i am so happy this place exist because when it gets hot 🥵... but i would definetly recomend this if you’re in the area ... in all honestly there’s better places but when im in this part of town hands down get out of my way im coming here to get these refreshments its a good variety, it’s pricey but it’s to be expected

Awesome, fast service. I stopped randomly during the day and had a fruit cup with all the fixings! It was super delicious! Thumbs up from me.

Review is for display of prices. They are not updated. Add $1 to each selection because they have a price sheet they go off of which we dont get to see. Makes me wonder if the employees take a cut off the top... BTW its cash only...another pet peeve.

Best shave ice... but had to many dry spots not enough syrup

Although the Snow Monkey shaved Ice is closed for the season, last year it was practically a ritual after dinner treat between myself and my husband. We enjoyed all the variety of flavors from flamin hot Fritos to 🌽 corn in a cup 🎉. As well as many ice cream options and shaved ice flavors. Were looking forward to another great year!

Wanted my hubby to go to our usual place to get me some shaved ice without the flavor and they were closed. But here, too, is delicious fresh shaved ice. Its like winter in a cup for me! Not use to the heat here, were from Georgia and moved here a few months ago.

Delicious snow cones. Came here a few times a month with my son, but once I cashed in the buy 10 get 1 free card, they pulled the deal away and said it was for a small only even though they said it was for any size and flavor.Music on the patio isnt very family friendly at times.

Been there twice, it depends on who is working on how you will enjoy your visit. But, you should enjoy it.

Excellent shaved ice. Be sure to pay extra to get the natural flavors and not the cheap syrup. Coconut, mango, strawberry, and cajeta, are some of my favorites. You can mix flavors, too, and get a shot of sweet cream or chamoy on top. They will make it how you like it.

Lots of great options here for snacks and shaved ice flavors.. the employees great attitudes are a plus

Hot Day/Cold Raspa! - Thought wed try this place out of recommendation from Mom after 18 holes of miniature golf at Cool Crest around the corner. Sat outside on the bench table and will not do that again, it was so loud with Fredericksburg road a srone rhrow away. I ordered a raspa (snow cone) with vanilla ice cream, great combo as I had never tried this. Now here what I am about to tell you - Best fine shaved Ice Ive ever had hands down! Wouldve gotton 5 stars if rhe patio was more inviting. The location used to be a drive through corner convenient store. Thwy should consider making it a drive up/through shop as well, will get more guest this way.

When in San Antonio, you must have a snow monkey. Their natural flavored shaved ice with ice cream are Amazing!

My banana split was amazing and the young girl that help me was friendly.

It has great shaved ice and raspas ! Plus its just a great place to hang out and relax.

Disappointed, went very recently and ordered the cucumber split. The strawberry shaved ice tasted bad, as if it were left open overnight (like when you leave ice cream open in the fridge). The candies were really hard, and they put very little chamoy and chilé. And when I asked for more, they gave me a very small extra portion on side.

Chabanito is the best snowcone there. They only accept cash now.

Great raspas and treats, its a lil more expensive than some other shops but I like the shaved ice raspas. Ask for the crema to top it off, I think its basically sweetened condensed milk, but it goes good with some flavors.

Just got here and apparently they were closed...this really disappointed me because i live pretty far from there and take the public transit...anyways this business needs to fix its hours for friday because they are not open...smh

I have been coming to this place since 2011 and let me tell you..if youre a local its worth the drive across town. Customer service is good, place is run by a small family. They do their best to get your order right and always mix or add something for you even if its not on the menu. The location is a little sketch so try going early in the day before sundown..

Its snows without the best ....
