Bought my boyfriend a cookie cake through Uber Eats. We jokingly chose decorations from the menu options (a ghost and a train) expecting cheap plastic decorations, or to be told they werent available. When it arrived, they had made a ghost train out of icing. It was adorable, and made our day. Thanks guys!

Very cute and cozy cafe. I like to go during the day when it’s empty. The cookies are always good. My only complaint is the milkshake I ordered. The person handed me a cup of melted ice cream with lumps in it. Every time I took a sip, it would come out watery with a clump in it. I opened the lid and sure enough it was liquid ice cream (the consistency of water with lumps of ice cream). I gagged. I tried drinking it again but lost my appetite and was extremely disappointed. I’m not going to say who made the shake because I don’t want to embarrass anyone however this person was well aware of the poor quality of the shake when it was handed to me because of the uncomfortable look on their face. I wondered why they were looking that way and after I took a couple sips, I understood why. I was mad at having wasted the money. The person should have been honest and even should have made another one because they knew they messed up so bad. I waited for the person to struggle with the machine for a while and I knew I should have cancelled the shake. I’ll never buy another shake from here. The cookies are another story though LOL So good

I requested a custom cake order, which was an extra fee but it was worth it. The customer service went extremely above and beyond. The cake designer was super communicative and was always assuring me that they just wanted to be sure I was getting what I had in mind. It was a great experience, I would highly recommend and I’ll definitely order from them again.

My only complaint is that the girls working the counter could be more friendly. They dont seem to enjoy their job which is sad because I really look forward to spending my extra budget on fun places that have yummy treats. The cookies were so delicious. Ice cream sandwiches made with freshly baked Nestle Toll House cookies. They never turn out this good when baked at home. When they get that service up and I will totally add another star.

The carrot cake that I purchased was excellent! My daughter also liked her frosted sugar cookie. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting cookies, bars, or ice cream!

This is the coziest coffee shop Ive ever been to. First off, the service was great, the cookies were amazing, and the chai latte was the best Ive ever had. My sisters and I had the best time and sat in the stools next to the windows. The setting was ideal. I cannot wait to visit here again, great first experience.

Love the goodies available at the Toll House. Easily ordered online and arrived for pickup. Began to believe this was self-service, but fortunately, nice sofas, and Legos available to rest and wait (for almost 15 minutes) before an employee came out of the treehouse in the back. (Whoops, thats Keebler). Checked order and it was beautiful. I think the door needs a bigger bell. Goodies get an A+ ;Attention to customers...you make the call!

Conveniently located off 1604 on the north west side near Alamo Ranch. The place is relatively small but normal for a coffee house. My visit was during non rush hour and had the place all to myself. The cookie and pastries selection was decent. I didnt care too much for the Chai Latte, but the cheese strawberry pastry was great!!! The Free wifi and clean restrooms where a big plus.

Excellent coffee shop. Ordered two choices of coffee. The cappuccino needed sugar but was still good. The selections of treats were very good. Cookies to macaroons. They even serve lunch style meals.

The smell alone will have you gaining weight! Awesome place where you can get plain cookies, stuffed cookies, frosted cookies and ice cream. You can also get breakfast burritos and lunch paninis. Very friendly staff, quick service. They have tables and chairs and couches arranged for easy conversation while you snack and sip coffee. Definately a return visit when we are in San Antonio!!

They were out of a lot of things(we visited on a Sunday night) The young girl working totally confused me in the special they were running. The cookies and brownie we had were delicious and the espresso wasnt bad either.Definitely worth going to just get there earlier in the day to avoid them being out of stock.Update: Veteran owned and the owners TikTok to save her store definitely encouraged us to go back.

My sons love the cookie slices here so we visit often however its been 3 times recently that the person at counter is unfriendly. She definitely does not seem to enjoy her job. A genuine greeting or a smile would go a long way. Makes it difficult to continue to show support for this business.

The sweets are sinfully good and mouth-watering! Very cozy atmosphere, with faux wood floors, high chairs, leather couch, and a small LEGO area for kids to play in. They also serve food so you can eat a meal and get dessert! However, what stops this location from being amazing is the lackluster staff. They weren’t cheery or very engaging...I kinda felt like an obligation instead of a valued customer, but Ill admit that I have high standards.

Beautiful atmosphere. Crepes were ok and workers are nice. My friend and I ordered the Nunana and it wasnt what we expected. Only few slices of banana and the nutella .....you could barely taste it. I wish the crepes would look as same as the photos on the website. It was simply ok.

The cookies were good but overpriced. The manager on duty was rude as hell. She didnt even acknowledge us. I will never go back.

Got there before the line 11:30 but service was painfully slow, there appears to be enough staff so not sure if it can be contributed to it just being a new business. Good iced drink and crepe but not worth the wait. 15 min in line to order (I was second in line), it’s very small inside with not much seating either. May try again after the buzz dies down (if it does).

Ordered a dozen fresh baked cookies online. It said that they wouldnt be ready for pickup until an hour later since they were baked to order and would be fresh and warm. Arrived to pick order up; the young lady working there was less then polite and seemed liked she didnt know what order to get. Then she proceeded to pull 12 cookies from the glass display that had been sitting there. They were cold, hard and not good. I honestly could have gotten better cookies at Walmart or HEB. This was my first time coming and will definitely be my last.

You really try the food here and not just the treats. They have specials and I loved the flatbread.

I love the cookies. My book club met here. They had a table behind the counter set up for all 9 of us. We got coffee, tea, sandwiches and cookies. It was great!

A little expensive, but courteous and friendly. They had a great selection, and it tasted great! We got a variety of goodies: turtle frape, variety of brownies and cookies. For about $25.00, we had treats for about a week for 3 people.

Came from watching the viral video, waited in a long line and it was worth every minute! The owner was there and handing out samples to those waiting, helping run things smoothly in the back with the sudden influx of people, the employees were helpful and not trying to rush the guests and were just as kind as ever! I didn’t realize these cafes are so much more than sweets and deserts! We had a panini and crepe (along with the cookies and ice cream) and honestly it tasted better than I could have expected! Really rich ingredients that are savory and filling that help balance the super sweet deserts at the end of your meal. I’m not a big sweets person, but their lunch selection was SO good I’ll probably come back frequently just to try all the sandwich type items! They also have a great selection of coffee, ice cream, and cookies. The owner is a sweetheart and you can tell she really cares for the community and their families; there’s even a lego table inside so the kids can play while you eat/order! Even though it’s a bit of a drive from where I live, I’ll definitely be back, and OFTEN! :)

Owner always tells me how beautiful my baby girl is. Such a great family cookie shop. Our favorite is the peanut butter chocolate chip cookie, my 1 year old also loves it so if your baby isnt allergic to peanuts let them try!

Lady working at the counter was rude. There were gnats in the cookie case. I didnt receive a receipt to see who waited on me. I feel like if they dont like working with the public, then they need to find another job.

Was really excited to try this place out especialy after it was saved from shutting down, but we were totally let down. Had this delivered only 2 minutes away and there was no flavor to our hot chcolates. Especially ordered the turtle one for the caramel and there was none on the 2 ordered or on the turtle frappe we ordered. Not to mention the frappe was gross! zero flavor, didnt even taste like coffee or mocha or caramel. Cookies were just ok. Not warm or especially delicious. Spent about $60.00 and it definitely was not worth it.

Bad location for this place you can barely see it and the owner is a very mean person and so are some of the employees. I dont recommend giving this place much business they dont deserve it for being very rude to my family.

Of course the cookie where delicious. Fir see t time in this place and it was not very busy but with 4 employees the dine area was a mess. Nothing was swept or wiped down. For $ cookies and and $5 coffee I somewhat expect a clean well kept eating area.

Walking in and just the smell is amazing!!!! Honestly everything was good cookies and tried the pineapple and peach smoothie and was refreshing. It seemed like they may have been understaffed when we visited so did take longer to order and check out.Overall was delicious and great place for your sweet tooth fix!

We went there to get dessert. Got there at 8:45pm and they had already closed down their ice cream, crepes and everything containing ice cream ingredients. For them closing at 10pm, their selection of cookies which was the only thing they had available was very limited. I understand shutting things down 15 minutes before closing time, but not over an hour in advance.

Pricey! Veteran owned so worth the cost to support a small business.

I was lucky enough to walk into national ice cream sandwich day👍🏼😀and got to pick from a verity of freshly baked cookies and ice creams. $2 for a hefty size ice cream sandwich.Menu was pretty impressive with items that I didn’t expect. They had crapes, panini’s, wraps as well as espresso and hot/cold coffee.Establishment was very clean and inviting. Next time I’m in the area I’ll have to make this stop!

If you are looking for cookies, it will be better to get the frozen dough from HEB and bake it at home. Their other desserts were just ok, nothing to rave about. Sorry we probably wont come back though.

Today I tried the chocolate cherry ice cream sandwich with one chocolate chip and pecan cookie on either end. Delicious! Ive tried the brownies and theyre good but a bit too sweet for my taste. Have tried bits of just about every cookie and theyre all perfect. My ice cream sandwich was under $5.

Had a macadamia nut cookie ice cream sandwich. Very sweet. It was not busy when we were there. Wasnt able to finish the sandwich as it was very sweet and it gets messy if you take too long.

Just discovered this place and SO glad we did! They have a wonderfully varied menu; from paninis to coffee, to ice cream, and of course toll House chocolate chip cookies. The menu looked so good we had trouble deciding what to order. We asked the lady working there what her favorite menu item is and she recommended the Tuscan chicken panini. It was amazing!! It is quite a large serving, my husband and I shared one. The filling is very generous and the flavors are perfect. We will definitely make this one of our regular places to visit.

It is understood that one will over pay for a cookie at this establishment however, it doesn’t seem to be a common practice to warm up said overpriced cookie. The cookie itself was average (would have been better if warmed up). Staff and environment are nice but picking up the Nestle dough at HEB and warming it up in the oven is comparable to purchasing in store and much cheaper.

Very friendly place to drop in and get a quick desert cookie or ice cream. When you walk in, the delicious aromas will make you hungry for desert. You can also get you a batch of cookies for later. If you are a DIY type of person, you can get either a kit or a recipe book. Just writing this post is making me hungry.

Long wait (due to amount of patrons) but its the only one in town and its brand new so thats to be expected! Staff is super friendly and everyone in my family loved what they ordered! Great people, great food, great atmosphere = well be back!

They dont know how to make their products. I ordered an upside down milkshake. It was suppose to have brownie in the bottom and sprinkled on top but i got a regular milkshake with brownie blended in and nothing on top. My spouse ordered a smoothie and got ice and fruit that want even blended well so the ice chunks would not even fit through the straw. My son got a cookie sundae but not a cookie was in it. Disappointing place to go to.

Wait time is bad and staff doesn’t appear to have a sense of urgency for the line of customers standing outside the doorway or the wasted AC flowing out the door that remains wide open because of the line. Definitely need roped off area inside for long line. The cafe should have prepared for first few months being the only Nestle Cafe in San Antonio. A total of 45 minutes standing in line. This review is not about the food which I have yet to taste and drooling over as i smell the cookies for over half an hour, but more about the wait.

If you like standing in line for a long time, drooling over cookies you can smell inside the place, but can’t seem to get up to the front to order because the line doesn’t move, this is the place for you. 25 minutes in, I can see the counter finally, and it’s starting to look delicious. I wish I could taste it, but it’s going to take forever. I’d post a review about how good any of this stuff tastes, but I fear we’ll never make it. Annoyance is starting to set in, but that upside down chocolate shake on the menu in the distance looks delightful. Perhaps in a few hours I’ll post how that turns out...Roughly 35 minutes in, we’ve ordered!! Woohoo!! A couple free tiny cookies for the wait, so that was cool. Now we wait once again for our order. This better be a baller chocolate shake...

I finally decided to order from Uber eats to enjoy some warm cookies and milk at home. They had a burnt taste. We were all disappointed. We were expecting tasty quality cookies.

Any one going, the location is on the right hand side past culebra but before shaenfield.It was a bit busy when I went but the staff took care of me within minutes. There is some inside seating and a small play area for children. I was advised that the buy 3 cookies get 2 free is a better deal than the military discount. They offer a small selection of discounted day before cookies.

No diet zone!!!!!

These cookies are off the chain....A++ delisioso and a nice variety. Try the turtle brownie, yum yum. Staff friendly and accommodating. There is a Leggo table for the children. Its not all cookies ; you can have a nice brunch with various wraps, crepes, and paninis. There is a nice coffee bar. The iced mocha latte is quite refreshing on these hot days. Just a really nice place to stop and have your sugar and or caffeine craving soothed😁

Showed up at 7:05pm on Sunday and the door said they were closed. So I looked up the hours online and it said they were open till 8pm. I seen a girl standing behind the counter. She just sat there and watched us looking all confused. As we started to walk away she walked outside to get in her car and I turned around and asked her if they were closed. With an attitude she said yeah. I said why? She said thats what time we close. I said but the internet and your door says 8pm. She says well my manager needs to change that!. Extremely rude! Never been here and will never try to go again. This business wont last long if thats the kind of staff they are going to hire.

The sweets are great but one worker is way too chatty and slow. The rest are good and nice.
