Gill did an outstanding job! After shattering one of the glass panes on our french doors while weed eating, I thought how hard could it be to have a glass company come out to my house to fix it right? Well, after calling numerous other glass repair companies in the San Antonio and Medina County area I came to the realization that I may have been wrong. Im still on the waiting list at one of the glass repair companies and I called them back in May! Luckily, I came across 24 Hour Glass. I called Gill, and he was able to come to my house and replace not one but both panes of glass at a very reasonable price, all within a short amount of time. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and completed the job quickly!

Very professional, came out in a timely manner, affordable, and expeditious with great quality work. Was able to text Gilbert and he quoted me and was out to my house within 30/45 min. He did all the work from outside and not only cleaned up any mess he made but also any mess I had made as well. Was given a military discount and made the forms of payment easily convenient. Highly recommend to anyone and will definitely use him again if needed.

Update: Adding a star because within 2 hours of posting the review Gil reached out to me to return our screen. I wasn’t able to reply at the time, but his partner arrived with our window screen the next day. Not 5 stars though, because as mentioned in my original review, it shouldn’t take over a month and half to get your window screen back.The service and price are good, but the communication is lacking. Gil took one of our screens for repair in the last week of March, rescheduled our repair date, and then never brought our screen back when the windows were fixed 2 weeks later. He said he’d bring it within the week of repair and then ghosted. When I contacted him the following week he said he’d try to have it dropped off the same day and then never showed. I’ve tried contacting every single week since the first week of April to get it back and repaired only to find he left town suddenly but would have his crew member drop it off and whatdoyouknow; no show. Now he just doesn’t reply. So if you want a good repair at the expense of one of your window screens being looted; call him.

Very impressed with the affordable and prompt service. I called about 10 other glass businesses and he gave me the best quote. I called and got an answer and Gil came out that same day to start the repair and A week later came back to finish the repair when my glass was delivered. And they did a great job. Very friendly also. Thanks Gil!

Called and spoke with Gil. Very nice and responsive said will be able to come later in afternoon. Other places will be a week. He was also a hundred dollars less than others. Came and replaced the glass fairly quickly. Cleaned up and even took away cardboard I used to cover up open space. Recommend him highly

Great service! My house window broke and they came out the same day to fix it. All I had to do was send a picture of the broken glass and they were there at a convenient time for a very reasonable price :)

I have to change a glass for condensation and he did an excellent work. He and the person that clean my windows before him, take care together to leave a perfect window and Glass.The big point is that he was the only guy in all San Antonio that have the glass ready for me . I got someone who answered the phone at 24 Hour Glass, came out and finished the repair before I got the return call from the original company I called.
