I own an inspection and make-ready company in San Antonio. After calling several glass companies trying to have a small single pane piece of glass replaced on a rental homes window, I kept getting the run around from the bigger companies. They quoted me very high and were rude to me about when they could actually get someone out. When I got a hold of mission, on the other hand, the lady I spoke to was very kind and gave me an estimated cost based off of my best guess at the dimensions. She said it would be two days to get someone out (which I was fine with) but if someone was available sooner she would send them. Within an hour she had called me back to let me know someone was there to fix the glass and it was actually cheaper than expected. Literally I would have paid over 2 times as much to go with thad Zeigler and would have waited who knows how long. Awesome people and great work! I will definitely be using them again

Anna was able to get someone to our house to fix our broken window the same day we called! I had mentioned it was supposed to freeze that night and it would be to cold for us and our dogs . Even though they had appointments filled for the day Anna squeezed us in and took care of us! That is great customer service! Thank you again Mission Glass and employees!

I needed two small glass table tops cut with 1/4 inch bevel. I even provided an example. After several days they called and said my project was ready. I made the 30 minute drive and upon arrival was told they had misread my name. Mine wasnt ready and couldnt be done (1/4 inch bevel is impossible). They could do 1/2 inch at 3 times the original price. Long story short, I declined and found another local business that did exactly what I wanted at 25% less and about half the time. Buyer beware with this company.

I originally called Samuel Glass for an estimate and after not hearing back from them, I decided to try my luck with Mission Glass. Best call yet!!! They came out and gave me an estimate and replaced my glass within a week! Everyone I spoke with from Sydney to the gentlemen who came out and gave me the estimate and replaced my glass were completely professional and courteous. Very satisfied with the time they took to make sure everything was done in professional manner.

Not gonna lie at first I was an edge about an older man that showed up at first, but Roland and randy were able to put me at ease! They were super fast and efficient and made the process super easy! Give these guys a raise!

The man that came to repair my window that was broken due to a hail storm was great. The repairs were done the day after I called. I didn’t get a card but I think the technician was Ronald. The repair looks great. With everything going on with Covid I wasn’t sure how getting work done would look like. The technician wore a mouth cover and was able to make the repair from the outside of the house. Contact was minimal, just a matter of payment. I was super impressed that he dealt with the window without getting much glass in the house. I’m optimistic and would def be a repeat customer.

Worst customer service!! Took an advance payment and never got back. After calling them multiple times, Cyndi said that while shipping the glass broke two times. Mind you two times! We called after another 10 days, this time the vendor had Covid. But no apology and Cyndi argued that our money was non refundable even without service. How convenient is that!! Very unprofessional and Cyndi needs to learn how to talk to customers. We are reporting you to BBB.

Great experience. Miguel was my mobile technician and did a great job. Was very timely and professional. He took the extra time to educate and inform me on how to let the new windshield set and cure properly. First time dealing with this company and with this experience it is easy to say without a doubt I will be returning and referring this company.

We called provided pictures and Cindy gave a bid over the phone . She said someone was suppose to come by between 9-1 the following day. We called at 12:45 on the day of the appointment and Sydney said Sorry no one is coming they cant do it. She also said she couldnt tell us why because we were deleted from their system. My wife asked to speak with a manager and she heard someone say tell them I am eating and Ill call back. After waiting around we got a phone call from Cindy and she said she did call and leave us a message. We had no phone calls or messages but she insisted. Rather than simply apologize for the misunderstanding and let us find someone capable she became argumentative. If this was management I strongly encourage customers to stay away!

I needed them repair to a broken exterior window, it was fairly large and I couldnt find glass that size anywhere. I had given them rough dimensions over the phone, maybe off by an inch at max. They gave me a quote and when they measured in person they confirmed the amount was the same and got to work. I stayed close by in case they had any concerns or questions. From the beginning the services was noting but EXCELLENT.A nice young man came out measured my window and explained the process. Mike and Miguel showed up a week later with the glass. Those two gentlemen were quick, respectful and courteous.The total replacement time was about 20 to 30 min from the time they arrived to the time they left.I will definitely be using Mission Glass again but hopefully not anytime soon!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! Mission Glasss owner Cathy spent hours on the phone doing research on my particular sliding glass door which was broken. Her employees came to the house twice and even though Mission was unable to replace the glass, they did everything they could to help. Turns out my house has Anderson windows/doors that cannot be replaced with any other glass products but Anderson. They even manufacture their products so that they can only replace their glass doors WITH their frame at well over twice the price of just having glass replaced in a frame like most doors/windows. At any rate, Missions service is unsurpassed. Even after knowing they wouldnt be making any money from me, the young man who was here today (Cathys son - forgot to get his name), was sooo apologetic. He even fixed my fence gate when he left - no easy task - just because he knew it was a problem. I told him not to worry about it, but he insisted. And Jennifer who answers the phone is also very helpful and friendly. I will absolutely use them again for any future glass needs. They went above and beyond!!!

Called for a quote to have a panel on our shower replaced. The lady who answered had great customer service. Very polite and straight to the point. I hate being on the phone for ever and going in circles. And she was great at getting straight to it ! Quote was by far the cheapest in town. Scheduled for this coming week. Will update once the job is complete. But so far so good !!

I had a broken window pane in a spare bedroom. My home was build in 1973 and first window ever broken. Thinking it would cost an arm and leg to replace. I always call 3 places. I was victim of a burglary that resulted in a window of my house being broken out. I was serviced by Technician Mike and he was speedy, friendly, and professional. These are all qualities that I would expect from any business providing a service however. My commendations go to Mike for the customer service he provided above and beyond what is expected. The burglar gained access to my property by tearing down a section of my privacy fence which Mike noted. After repairing my window Mike stated I have a board in my truck. Will you let me put a board over the hole in your fence so your yard is secure until you can fix the fence? Mikes thoughtfulness and concern for the security of my home really impressed me and I was grateful not only for the service he provided to my window but for his concern for my home beyond the broken window he came to service. Excellent customer service Mike. Good man.

**UPDATE** the owner obviously didn’t read the post, her tech said his terminal was broken and the owner didn’t trust any other employees with a terminal. That’s the first thing. Second, next time you send a tech out, before we order the window and they can’t see the window then tell the customer before you tell them it’s not a problem and you order the window anyway. Again, no ownership in their error and no customer service, you can see for yourself how she treats her customers. Fair warning, you have been warned. Also, just for your information, once windows are installed they become real estate property and legally can not be taken off, you would have to file a civil suit, so don’t threaten with illegal activity, because you will be referred to an attorney. Also, threatening with police is ridiculous, police will also tell you it is a civil matter which we were attempting to resolve in a fair manner with you. Next time maybe your own techs wouldn’t be complaining about how terrible you are. If you don’t believe me, the Yelp reviews speak for themselves. Please check out their reviews on Yelp.DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! We had ordered windows before and I felt a little uneasy as to how Cindy acted with us. Her technician didn’t have a payment computer because it was broken and I was told she doesn’t trust her other employees to allow them to have one (red flag #1). Her tech called her to explain his machine was broken and she said she couldn’t take payment over the phone without charging an additional fee, even though it is not my fault she doesn’t trust her employees enough. She starts calling telling me she needs a check at her office by 4 pm, I explained I was across town and couldn’t get there until 4:30, she was insisting I pay by Facebook app, I told her I didn’t feel comfortable with that and she started saying she needed check ASAP, mind you windows had only been completed 2 hours prior to hounding me for payment. I sent someone to take her the payment because she literally was making me feel like I wasn’t going to pay her. Fast forward, I needed some windows replaced for a house we are going to sell, she sends a tech out and charges a $39 fee for them to go and measure and see what needs to be done. We agree with price and she request half up front. She was paid the half and scheduled window install for a few days later. When the windows were installed the tech said one of the window frames was broken so they could not install the window, but Cindy refused to take off the charge for the window that they not only install, they took the glass back with them. So basically because her techs didn’t notice the broken frame and just ordered windows it was our fault. Excuse me, I’m not the expert, that’s why you are charging the $39 to go and look at the job when you give a quote. She threatened to call the cops, and then threatened to go into my property and take out all the windows. All because she refused to discount a window that they didn’t even install. Stay as far away from this place, and then to top it off, her techs complain about her and how she doesn’t trust anyone, not even her own employees. BAD BUSINESS ALL AROUND!

My experience with Mission Glass was exceptional. My fiance and I drove into San Antonio from Houston Friday March 23rd, for last minute wedding preparations. We had a 3 pound chunk of metal fly through our front windshield. We needed to find a new front windshield that day. We scheduled an appointment with Safelite, and the experience was nothing short of horrible customer service and way over priced. We called Mission, and front start to finish the service and time spent on assuring everything was done right. I would recommend Mission Glass to anybody who is need of auto glass repairs

Came by yesterday for a quote, which was far below expectations. Delivered the truck for glass replacement and was done quickly, expertly, and with so much care for the customer! These guys are seriously the best ive seen when it comes to installing glass! Miguel was a tremendous help during the whole process, even pointing out additional problems that I didnt notice before! Although they came out here to replace glass on my sliding pretty quick the guys who did the work left a lot of broken glass for me to clean up inside and outside my house...its ridiculous how close the glass was to them to just reach out and vacuum a little further. .I guess they just thought they needed to vacuum the radius their feet was in....REALLY REALLY BAD clean up job...and I have small dogs who can eat that glass up too...not a company I would recommend!!!!!!!! Im only giving them a star because they got here fairly quick otherwise no star.
