I’ve been looking for a place to cut these mirrors for this 1923 antique vanity that I redid for our grand daughter. I walked into B & T glass & told myself that this job might be to small for them. But to my surprise they treated my small job as if it were their only job. They treated with with professionalism, gave me a fair quote & completed job timely. Great job& our granddaughter will love it. Highly recommend this company.

Our hutch shelf broke before our move. B&T gave us the most affordable quote of the three places we called. The shelf fits perfectly and we couldn’t be happier. They did a fantastic job making it to our specifications.

It was a challenge to complete, but Tommy and his staff completed the work and it looks good. There are two reasons I’m not giving them 5 stars. First, they made mistakes with the glass, took them 3 times, but they did fixed them, it just took so long. Next, they took a chunk out of my ceiling when they installed the glass, kinda a parting gift ! I wasn’t home when it happened and my wife didn’t notice, but it was the first thing I saw. Of course the B&T people knew they did it when it happened, but they never said a word, now that’s quality, not. Frankly, I’m just glad to have it over with, I’ll fix it myself.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY DO NOT CALL YOU BACK, TO INITIALLY SCHEDULE APPTS.WHEN APPOINTMENT WAS FINALLY SET, I WAS GIVEN A WINDOW OF TIME THEY WOULD BE AT MY HOUSE AND WHEN IT WAS PAST THAT WINDOW, THE TECHNICIAN DIDNOT FIND IT IMPORTANT TO CALL ME TO TELL ME HE WAS RUNNING BEHIND.WHEN I GOT UPSET FOR WAITING FOR 2 HOURS ON THEM, THEY TOLD ME TO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY, THEY DON’T DO RESIDENTIAL WORK...THAT’S NOT WHAT THEIR WEBSITE SAYS.IS MY TIME VALUABLE?OH EVEN THE RECEPTIONIST SAID, “I DON’T KNOW WHY YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH US.”AGAIN, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!

Professional glass company with good people.

Paid deposit on 6/24, window finally installed today, 8/18. This was a complete debacle. After my deposit was paid I was told it would be 3 weeks (window maker backed up) before someone would contact me for scheduling installation— I had to contact them 4 weeks after to see what was going on. Then someone calls to schedule; day of scheduled install I get a call from installer saying the window was received without the bars and someone would contact me the following week for rescheduling. I wait 2 weeks contact them, and told my new window had been received and someone would contact me for installation. Again I wait, then after I send several emails and request a refund, I get a call to schedule installation. Installer shows up removes and breaks my window (even more) thennnnn the wrong size window has been received, so no installation again. I request a refund and receive a call saying they will rush my window and install today 8/18 and my final invoice would be discounted; you guessed it, they “forgot” about the discount. After all this only offered $50. 👎🏾 To their customer service and scheduling. The installer was more than apologetic however there is no way a replacement window should take 2 months to install. I only had a crack in one square anyway!

I called to order some glass for a picture frame I made. They had it ready within a few hours and it was a perfect fit. Ill definitely come back and refer them to others!

Worst company to deal with. I paid the deposit on the glass it took them 3 months to come and replace. I couldn’t even get ahold of someone to come out. The glass I needed replaced ended up shattering and I had to clean it up, the guys that did the job said it wasn’t that big of a job and when I tried to talk to them on price they tried to claim they guys wouldn’t have cleaned the glass anyway... needless to say I won’t be using them again and I don’t recommend them unless you want to wait months and over pay, I went with them because a friend knows the owner. Should have gone with the lower bid I had from another company. If you go with them beware and have patience.

Delivering Windows to these good old guys

This company did a fantastic job replacing the stationary panel on my sliding glass door. Several other companies gave quotes hundreds of dollars higher or said Id have to replace the whole door again.One team measured twice and another team replaced and all 4 men were pleasant and professional. As a residential customer I would recommend this company to anyone looking to replace glass in their home. They also know their commercial uses as they noted the builder used something on my door that is typically used in a commercial setting.

Horrible customer service! Even when I asked to speak to the owner (Brian) he never apologized for the experience I was having all he said was “he would call me back” he did not acknowledge anything I said. And worst of all he never even called me back. Everyone, down to the receptionist is rude here. I would not do business with them again. A McDonald’s employee has more customer service training than these people do.

Some time ago, I had some work done by the company of Tommy and Brian Moon. The work they performed on mirrors they had initially installed needed to be repaired. I called their office and I was informed that the work that was needed had to be paid in advance. So I did. After several weeks, workers came, and did the most unprofessional job imaginable. I called mr. Moon, requesting he would come to the house. When he came he was very disagreeable and refused to acknowledge the shabby work that had been done. I was very unhappy by his unwillingness to admit that the work was not acceptable.when I later called him at his office he screamed at me in a very loud voice and threateningly screamed...Don’t ever call this office again and slammed down his phone. I don’t think this could be considered good service to a 90year old widow.

I should have read the reviews here and on yelp before calling this company... at least I’m not the only one. Brian had someone call and give me a timeframe between 12-2. That morning Sam called and said he would be here at 1. At 1:30 I called Brian to check. He told me to call the office. A nice girl told me Sam shouldn’t have given a specific time and that it would be 45 minutes. I explained I had to pick up my son by then but I would have him come home in an Uber if she was sure Sam would come by then. She said someone would have to call me back on Tuesday ( 5 days later). What? So she had me call Brian. He rudely told me they work mostly in the Dominion( I live in Hunters Creek) and that they are very busy. He said he would talk to Sam and call me back. Instead I got a call from the girl in the office saying Brian “felt they couldn’t satisfy my needs”. No apology from anyone for the inconvenience. Just a rude brush off.

We recently had a glass top made for our kitchen table. They were extremely helpful and were able to make the glass quickly. Id definitely recommend them.
