We got estimates from three local companies. All had good reviews and offered free estimates. SASD came the quickest, gave the best explanation of options and also bid the lowest cost. The installation went well and was right on schedule. No issues and a very good experience. The new door and panel look great. Definitely recommend.

Im really happy with the work they did. I tend to go to the places with more reviews on google, so I checked a couple places in my area. The first one scared me with their outrageous quote even though they were the most reviewed. Then I went to San Antonio Shower door which was closed, twice. I gave it another try and finally got through. Theyre not the cheapest but their prices were not ridiculous. The work was great, the people were on time, they even followed up and made sure everything was perfect.

Not there anymore and phone disconnected

This company installed a shower door for a bathroom remodel late last year (about 4 months ago), after what seemed like a significant delay from time of order to install (but not too concerned about that at the time). Install went relatively smoothly except that when installer was demonstrating bi-directional swing, the sweep had a significant pop. Installer wasnt concerned about it, just trimmed it a little and reinstalled. Okay, maybe it is forgiving enough. Fast forward to 3 weeks ago and the sweep completely broke and fell off. Thus begins the real trouble with the company.First call (1/17) in the morning was answered but they were with a client so asked if they could call back in a little bit. Six hours later, I call them again because I havent heard a peep. They set me up an appointment time for them to come out and replace the following week. Appointment time (1/22) comes and goes with no one showing up. Call number three (1/23) left a voice message in the morning that is not returned. Call number four (1/23) later that day get through and am told they tried to call me the day before our appointment (maybe they did) to see if they could come by then, but I didnt get it and so apparently they just decided not to show up at the scheduled time. However, they tell me they will come out the next day to drop of the piece for me to install myself (not what I wanted, but as long as I get the new sweep). Next day, nothing is delivered.Now, begin the repeat. Call, no answer so leave a voicemail, never get a return call, call again until get an answer, get promised the part will be dropped off on front porch, never get part. Including the first missed appointment, this has happened four (4) times.I even got the general contractor involved again. The owner promised my GC they would call me and deliver the part, but still no part. So far (today is 1/31), at least nine calls, most of them were voice mails that never got returned, and still no replacement part.In summary, seems like once this company gets your money, they dont care about you or their products. Only reason for two stars (instead of one), at least the shower door is nice...for now.

Who gave this company permission to run a shower door business? When you visit their showroom ask to see their inventory of mis-measured shower doors. Two of the doors will be from my job.They came out to my house 6 different days (sometimes multiple times per day) over a 3 month period. I had to follow up with them continually regarding the status of my job (including reminding them to add Clear Shield).I think the owner could definitely benefit from customer service education, employee satisfaction education, project management education, and a better measuring tape. This review won’t cause them to go out of business, their mismanagement will.

Thank you San Antonio Shower Doors for the amazing work you all did this past weekend. From the get Go the people at the shop where very sweet and knowledgeable when I asked my 100 questions. Prices are very reasonable and let me tell you attention to detail is a must for me, and the installers reached my expectations! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to change your shower/ restroom or anything in particular. These guys are willing to make your dreams come true!

Great job! they took out the old gross metal frame and glass, and in its place is a shiny, spa-like frameless piece of art! Very Happy with the quality and the look. Highly recommended

You can find better! Not the least expensive in San Antonio and not worth paying more. Had to come out three different times to correct measurement issues. I still wasn’t satisfied with installation, it looks like I hired high school students to do the job but I actually paid $1500 for DIY looking job. I would highly recommend you check out other companies. I am still waiting for them to come back and make the job looked finished and I have yet to hear back from them.

I have never heard of this place I spoke to Jessica she was very knowledgeable and helpful very kind person she help me find the replacement piece that I needed great place great service. You will notice sometimes that there are badd reviews in Google most of the time it is a descried told customer and its usually a one sided story make sure you review the positive reviews on this business

My husband and I used San Antonio Shower Doors to install two showers, and mirrors in our house. Jorge came to our house to give us an estimate and measure for the glass. He was very knowledgable and showed us a variety of glass samples. We met with two other glass companies and decided to go with San Antonio Shower Doors. The office was very helpful to work around my schedule for the installations. The guys did a great job and kept us informed throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for shower doors and mirror installation.

I contacted this company for an estimate and they came out and gave me a price which I was okay with, ordered the glass and had to wait two weeks for it then another week to get it installed. When install day came there was no 24 hour reminder given and I had to call to confirm. When the techs finally arrived they discovered that the first guy who came to measure did it wrong so they were going to have to reorder the glass and I would have to wait two weeks again to get the new glass in. Total waste of time. If they were professionals they would of measured correctly the first time. I dont suggest this company at all. I realize people make mistakes but they should have a faster way to fix them. I cancelled my order.

This is a company that does not follow through. I got my shower doors heavy glass that were unevenly cut. We have spent the last three years trying to get it fixed to no avail. I will never purchase anything from this company again

I GIVE THEM 0 STARS!!! They gave me the run-around for over 2 months. They came out to measure & to prepare an estimate. Price seemed fair, so I gave the go-ahead to order the glass. Thats when everything went bad. After waiting 3 weeks, they showed up for install, but one piece was cut incorrectly. They said they would reorder the piece & would take another 3 weeks for install. The day of the 2nd install, I got a call saying that the glass had been thrown away by mistake. The manage, Mike, GUARANTEED my glass shower enclosure would be installed in 7 days, he said hed make The Call to the manufacture to get it done for sure. They never reordered the glass in the first place and they wasted 2 months of my time. I left a message for the owne to call mer, but he never called me back...it figures. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, CALL ANOTHER COMPANY!!!

Anthony and frank did an excellent job installing our custom shower doors. With in an hours they were done which means they are experts at their job. I strongly reccomend anyone who is looking to get nice shower doors call san antonio shower doors.

Hired in June and they are still trying to get the glass panels in my shower cut correctly. Customer service is horrible.
