Johnny & Sonnys is The Best glass company we have ever dealt with, and weve been around a while. We have called them over the past several years three separate times: first, to replace some fogged glass panels next to our french doors & a long narrow glass panel near the ceiling in a bedroom wall; then, to replace broken windows & torn screens from a hail storm; and finally, to replace several fogged double-hung windows. Our 2-story house with high ceilings and odd-shaped windows might scare-off or slow-down some people, but not these guys! Appointments are easy to make, and they show up on time with big smiles, great attitudes and ready to get to work. They are professional, energetic, efficient and we Highly Recommend.

Replacing some hail damaged snap- in glazing. Reasonable price, they explained how to remove old and snap in new. Job completed for $12 and couple hours. They made it simple and economical for me.

I appreciate the fair pricing, quick response time, and professional installation by Ed! My realtor had recommended another glass company do repair a broken window we had to get fixed for the buyers of our house. They came out Tuesday to give me an estimate. The original estimate over the phone was around $170. When I received an email on Wednesday, the estimate had TRIPLED to $477!!! I could have a whole new window installed for that! I was furious!Well, my contractor came over that afternoon and I shared my experience with him. He said he knew a lady who had just had a window repaired and he would call her for me. He did and she recommended Johnny and Sonny. My contractor called them right away. They gave an estimate of $90 and took my information and told me the installer would contact me about an appointment. A little while later, Ed called me and said he could be here the next morning. I explained that he would have to take the exterior frame off the window to get to the cracked pane. He said that might cost $20 more.Ed showed up a few minutes early and 15 minutes later, my window was all done! The total bill? $107!!I highly recommend using them!

I called the number listed on Google to request a custom window. Not only did the representative not seem interested in helping me but she did not provide any other solutions. When I told her that I was still interested in Sonnys installation services she replied, We are backed up and a week out. She then hung up the phone. I will not recommend this business to any of my contractor peers.

My home was broken into and I called them the following morning and they had the glass I needed in stock and other companies would have to order them and wait 2 -3 weeks!! Johnny and Sonny showed up the following day after placing the order and show up during the time frame they gave me. The installer recommended simplisafe alarm systems I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Thank you guys for having what we needed in desperate time!

Unprofessional. Acted half asleep and started breaking glass and getting it on my living room floor with no warning. Very dismissive of my concerns. Made me nervous that they wouldnt do a good job so I asked them to leave.
