My oldest and I saw Dr. Nguyen today and had a wonderful experience! Not only did she figure out my kiddo didnt need contacts (after a previous eye doc gave my child a -2 prescription) and it was a separate issue they were dealing with but she was also able to fix a wrong prescription Ive had from another eye doc overseas that Ive been wearing the last six years! The team members were welcoming and answered questions I had since it was our first time and also offered services that I mentioned I was interested in without being pushy about sales or offering things I didnt ask about. Our tech prior to seeing Dr. Nguyen was also super kind, efficient, and knowledgable which was a wonderful first impression for our visit.

I’ve visited Eye-Deal Vision two times for eye issues (Sand in eye after going to the beach and Eye Infection). Each time, they delivered a solution. They inspected the eye, found the issue and addressed it. It was easy to work with their staff and they got me in on the day I called.

Made an appointment because this place was highly recommended and had a great experience. When arriving the front office was very nice and helpful on my questions I had. Dr. Joe was my optometrist and was by far the best at what he does. Mrs. Rebolloso also did a great job helping to measure my frames with accurate technology to ensure the correct fit for my frames and lenses. Also because I work in construction and my insurance covered I was able to receive a great price on sunglasses and only found that out through Eye-Deal. Also to mention I was at ease because of how clean this location was and how sanitized they kept themselves and the equipment. I will continue to make myself a regular here. 🤓

In reference to an eye exam on 4 September 2020 with Dr. Elizabeth Nguyen, I had no problems with the COVID screening and check-in process. Dr. Nguyen was courteous and professional as always in following up with me on a previous medical appointment due to eye irritation. She is especially engaging, and has a gift for explaining in a rational manner the root cause of any differences or problems I may notice. The annual eye exam went smoothly, and I was assisted by friendly front office staff in resolving my payment and ordering new glasses.I highly recommend Eye-Deal Vision and Dr. Nguyen for anyones eye care needs. They have taken care of me for several years, and I anticipate several more years of excellent service and assistance.

Do not recommend. They are now making the retinal imaging mandatory. Price I was quoted was $77 but discounted to $49 with my insurance, and no opt out. I decided to go elsewhere and got a same day appointment with Omni Vision. Here the retinal imaging (non-discounted) is $25 and you can opt out. Dont waste your money!

They do not disclose the required exams when making an appointment and send you note a day before your appointment to let you know that you will have to pay extra for the required retinal imaging. Retinal imaging is typically done at a ophthalmology office when indicated and your health insurance will typically pay for it.Here is the email they send:Exam Copay Including Retinal Imaging: $59----------------------ALL of our doctors require ALL of our patients to have digital imaging of the eye and visual field screening. We are able to diagnose and treat patients with many issues including macular degeneration, glaucoma, retinal holes, retinal detachments, and diabetic retinopathy 2-5 years sooner than with a traditional exam. EARLY Detection is crucial! Preventive imaging is not billable to vision insurance policies.

I took both my boys in for a routine eye exam, and this was our first time here. We walked in and we were greeted with big smiles and hellos. Dr.Joe was able to explain thoroughly with each exam being done. I felt as they treated myself and my boys like family. We then were able to pick out glasses with absolutely no rush and had our glasses for our boys within a week. We were very pleased with the excellent service we received.

I have been going to the Hausman location for the last three years and the staff is wonderful. My daughter always says that they know exactly what to have for kids of all ages. My son gets contacts and both boys love the fact that they don’t have to wait several weeks before they receive them as they already have it in stock. And as for me I like that they know me and are informative with my care. I love I don’t have to wait so long before I am seen and my benefits rock for the cost of what I get.

Hands down the best customer service. I broke my glasses, they were able to fit me in that day. I was in and out in about an hour with a prescription for both glasses and contacts. Everyone was professional, courteous and genuine. They were able to explain my benefits, gave me a quote of my benefits up front to avoid any surprises. My family and I have been going to this practice for about 10 years. We have liked the optometrists we have seen here. That said we are going to start looking for a new place to go. As much as I like some of the staff I dont appreciate the new policy to charge $20 to do PD measurements. I would be happy to not only get exams there but but get glasses there too but their mark-ups are obscene! We have good insurance and its still AT LEAST $200-300 over and above insurance coverage to get glasses there. Zero options for reasonably priced frames. Not everyone wants $250-500+ FRAMES. I love supporting local businesses but I dont love surprise (shady) charges and overcharging in general.With no prior notice they implement a $20 charge for a simple PD measurement. So, to get $20 for a measurement youll lose 4 customers and many more dollars than this simple pupil distance measurement.Smart move *heavy sarcasm*. If Id been told about this policy before the appointment (as I have been with the $30 fee for the diagnostic photo offered) it wouldnt be so obnoxious. The way we were told about it was just tacky and snarky well if you arent buying from us its $20 for the measurement. Very bad business decision Eye Deal and NOT a smart thing to do to (formerly) loyal customers who have sent other folks your way many times. Very dissapointed.

The doctors are great. Theyre knowledgeable, friendly, and overall trustworthy. They are familiar with the products they sell when you have questions, and they value your time.The desk staff . . . not so much. My sister needed re-wetting drops for her contacts that she hadnt gotten used to yet. Im sitting next to my sister during the course of the interaction below.So, my step-mom goes to the desk to ask for re-wetting drops. The first time they were asked, the desk staff gave my step-mom cleaning solution. That didnt help my sisters eyes.The second time around, my sister was asked to go to the back with one of the staff. She returns with a mineral oil based solution that also exasperated her irritated eyes.We had to leave shortly after, so there was no going back a third time. In the end, my sister got home and had to take her contacts out and give them a thorough cleaning.

I totally agree with Michael. The doctor i saw was very nice but the front people were not! I guess it was my fault that i was not fully aware of my benefits. But instead of nicely telling me that they were not in network with my insurance company they just made it seem like my fee would be covered and surprised me at the end!!. I see Dr. Rogalinski every year and every year I receive the absolute best service. I love the Hausman office and its staff! Dr. Rogalinski was very informative during my exam, Jasmin is personable and made me feel comfortable during the pretesting and Janelle helped me order a new pair of glasses that I’m very excited to receive! My exam was thorough and I was in and out in a timely fashion. Warm and welcoming front desk staff also! Always a pleasurable experience.

They forgot a test, took over an hour just to see the doctor because he passed over me. Then they didnt even do my insurance right, so instead of placing the order that same day, which is already going to take at least 2 weeks to get, they placed it the next day when they finished charging me. I was at that office for 2 hours just for basic vision exam and to get some frickin glasses.

Quickly was seen by the optometrist. No wait time. Receptionist had great customer service. After that, staff members need a little more patience and not try to rush you out. Overall experience was GOOD!!

My exam was thorough and comprehensive. My wait was minimal while the staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Rogalinski effortlessly performed my exam. It seemed to only take a few minutes but was actually about 20 min. The optician not only helped me select frames but was knowledgeable about my benefit plan. She was skilled in measuring my progressive lens set up, which is critical to the successof anyonewho wears progressive lenses. As a life long wearer of glasses this is my go to place. They take care of me even after the sale. I have been coming here since 2012 and have not considered going anywhere since. They have frames for any price range and especially love my Oakley wrap around prescription sunglasses. They fit inside my half-helmet with ease. Highly recommended 5 stars

Their customer service continues to exceed my expectations. Went in to get a pair of reading or computer glasses as I had received my last pair of everyday-use glasses from them at the beginning of the year. They were more than accommodating, showed me which would serve best for my application and explained the benefits of each one of the add-ons I could get with the glasses if I wanted. I am now waiting for these new glasses to arrive, but have no doubt they will be exactly what I have been looking for that I could not find in a pair of reading glasses purchased generically from a pharmacy or general purpose retailer.

Ive known and provided my business presence with these folks for many years. Theyve earned it. The office staff AND the doctors have the best professional credentials and humorous personalities that anyone would ever want to encounter and work with. The eye ware products are not cheap by any means, but the professional, personable, sensitive to need response to each patient, and paramount recognition and identification of our specific vision deficiencies and needs make the financial burden worth the time and effort. These super troops presence, response and support are second-to-none.

I have been going to Eye-Deal Vision for years. The doctors are amazing and the staff is very helpful. There was a change in our coverage and they were nice enough to call and ask if I wanted the Transitions lenses. Most places would have dismissed it since it wasnt covered by Ins. Little things like this are what set them apart from just any provider. I had an amazing visit with Eye-Deal Vision. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I was very torn about replacing my glasses but the team helped find exactly what I wanted and getting me the best for my buck! The optometrist was also so friendly and was very helpful. Its like we knew each other forever! Really recommend this place to anyone looking for a new optometrist/eyewear retail or just dissatisfied with their current one. Our Optometrist is great, the staff is very helpful and customer oriented, however, they have implemented an additional eye-exam that is not covered 100% under our insurance. They waived the fee this time but stated moving forward, this exam will be required. Our entire family goes to this office for several years and how unfortunate that we should have to find a new office due to this situation. The additional eye exam should be optional for the patient, not required.

This was my first time using Eye Deal Vision and I was thrilled my the experience. The doctors are fantastic and they make you feel very warm and welcomed there. Even the technician that did the eye puff test and other option vision tests (which I considered to be torture hahahaha) was fantastic and empathetic to the experience. I ended up purchasing some Coach sunglasses and I love them. The person working the frame area was very patient with me as I quickly realized I was very picky. hahahaha She followed me around and kept the ones that were my favorites so we could compare them to each other. Id highly recommend Eye Deal Vision to anyone in the market to purchase new glasses or contact lenses. They are a top notch local family owned company and that was just the icing on the cake.

Excellent service all the way around. The doctors rapport with patients and staff is very good. The online appointments and check in made this trip in that much easier. Only waited about 15 minutes on 12/28/16. Even though I was at the tail end of the day no one in the office made me feel rushed during my visit.

Its a struggle to find a good eye doctor you can trust. If the prescription is wrong, you cant see, its that simple. Eye-deal vision isnt like the rest. I love this place. I have never had a bad experience or bad prescription from here. I wont be changing eye doctors anytime soon.

Be VERY careful here. The Drs are and have always been great, but the front-end staff that deal with insurance seem to lack any of the knowledge needed to handle these scenarios. Its simply easier for them to say they dont accept it, especially when your dealing with premium frames. In spite of the fact that theyve done it 4 years running! Its always a scenario where I need to get insurance reps, EyeMed, and the staff involved. No customer should have to be dealing with issues like this. Note, this year they purposely waited until 5 min before closing on the last day of the year, to contact me about my issue, and quoted me the wrong amount. Long story short I was not able to get my order placed, and 2016 spent without using my benefit. My business and all work referrals will be sent somewhere else.

I came here to get a second opinion from my original daughters eye doctor. They were extremely friendly, very understanding and they called us within 5 minutes of us being there! Super organized facility! And our Eye doctor was super professional, and an angel with my 2 little ones.

Great doctor services... only issue was I felt like (when picking out glasses) that I was being sold to and given the run around by Carmen. They told me they could only sell me what they had... Then she said we could order the color I want but it’s be 4-6 weeks, then it was 3 weeks, then once I purchased they said it would probably be sooner. Seems like they wanted to sell me and not make sure I was getting what I liked and wanted.

I can not say enough about the doctors at this location. I have been on two separate occasions and seen two different doctors. They were both very nice and even found problems that other doctors had missed on my husband and myself. They were even very good with both my kids. Our insurance made buying the glasses affordable, they are pretty pricey. My one complaint is that it takes WAY too long to get your glasses when ordered from here. Both times we ordered, it took over two weeks to get them. They tell you when you order it can take UP TO two weeks, but both times it took longer. In todays day and age when you can get them in an hour almost anywhere else, I do not understand why it takes this place so long. Especially when you pay what you do for these glasses.

The Drs. were great, they were welcoming made myself and my son feel comfortable. The optical technician on the other hand was cold made us feel uncomfortable rolled her eyes a number of times she doesnt have good customer service, she seems like someone who should be behind the curtains not dealing with customers. I dont think Ill return
