Ive been obtaining my glasses from Dietz-Mclean for years and truly miss the Seguin store. However, Linda at this location goes above and beyond to satisfy her customers. I have to get 3 pairs of glasses: regular with reading bifocal, computer glasses with bifocal, and sunglasses with bifocal. I like my sunglasses with a specialty reflective coating that is pink on purple...really very cool! They always get it just the way I like it and I get compliments every time I go out wearing my sunglasses and wanting to know where I got them...so I tell them, Dietz-Mclean!

Linda and Cliff are very friendly and knowledgable! They helped repair a pair of glasses I thought would not be able to be repaired. I will definitely come back in the future on my next pair of glasses and eye exam!

What a great place..Customer service is astounding..I had a eye glass emergency and was unable to go to my own optician and they graciously repaired my glasses at no charge..even when i didnt but the glasses from them..If i could give more than 5 stars I would..

What great customer service! We went to get new glasses today and from the moment we walked in until we left the manager was outstanding. She had several styles of frames set aside for my mother-in-law to try on, and took great care to make sure the measurements for the glasses were perfect. She explained in detailed all of the choices that were available for frames and lenses. This store and it’s great employee put their customers first.

Ive had my new Dietz-Mclean glasses for four days now, and I am thrilled. My last pair of glasses from a big chain were never right; neither comfortable nor effective for reading.Linda at the 300 W Bitters location helped me choose the right frames, measured carefully, and was happy to adjust them when they came in.Im so pleased to be able to see clearly and not have my nose or ears hurt.I wish I had known to come here sooner.

This is a L-O-N-G overdue review for a recent experience that assures me I made an excellent choice with Dietz McLean for my latest pair of frames since my previous optical go-to-specialist had retired after 50+ years. I was already familiar with the integrity of the McLean family from a mutual business standpoint, so the professional and friendly service I received was to be expected; however, Carissa Reyes initial attention to choice and measurements AND THEN Linda Hartungs input regardinga transition to the look I was going for as well as her precise measurements and fitment will have me recommending them in the future. Lindas follow-up after the purchase was the polishing finish.

Ive bought glasses at other companies in the past but once I purchased glasses here I realized the difference! The quality of craftsmanship in the lens is superior to any other company. Fantastic customer service by Linda!
