Christina was great help in getting my eye exam and prescription! I recommend. It wasnt busy, I was able to get a prescription asap.

Today was my second visit at Eyelab on Vance Jackson. First visit was about 1 1/2 years ago.Last time I purchased 1 pair of glasses and have been so pleased, I returned today and purchased2 pair. The quality and styles I have chosen have been excellent. Now for the staff, EXCELLENT!!I am a Senior lady. Christine, Eddy, and Grace are very respectful and courteous. They act as ateam and are very good representatives for EYELAB. THANK YOU

Yesterday I ripped my contact while I was at work. I called and was able to get an appointment the very next day. From the time I arrived everyone was so kind and welcoming and helpful. Christina especially, went out of her way to be as helpful as possible. She informed me of any deals and specials going on. Eddie also went out of his way to make sure I got the best deals and informed me of my options when it came to picking the right contacts and glasses for me. Overall…OUTSTANDING experience! Will definitely keep coming back and letting these folks take care of all my vision needs.

Went here first time getting glasses estimate excellent customer service I had I had a oh yeah I had a wonderful experience everybody helped me out they helped me pick out the right frames they were all so kind and generous I also had personal service with assistance putting my contacts in and taking my contacts out as Ive never used them before and they were like really patient and they didnt rush me they actually said that they were open till like 8:00 p.m. and I can stay here all day if I needed to which you know of course I didnt but super awesome place I ended up getting a years supply of contacts two frames and eye exam by a doctor and end up costing me right around $1,300 without insurance probably would have been cheaper with but I would definitely recommend it everybody was so nice here!!!!

We had a great experience. They were quick but very professional. They answered all our questions and made sure my daughter had her contacts till her hers arrived in the mail.

After the basic testing, they told me that I had to give them a Google review before they could proceed with my prescription.After the exam, I chose some simple frames for plain tinted bifocals. The price was almost $700 before insurance. I said I would consider it, but I needed to go to a meeting so asked for the prescription. I noticed that the prescription did not list the PD and asked for that information. The clerk refused to tell me, saying I would have to buy the glasses first.

My service today was great. Iliana helped me do my exam while also helping a few others in the store and I never felt like she was rushing me. I really liked how patient she was with all my questions, the rest of the staff were also very kind in helping me with my payment options. I am very satisfied.

Love this place highly recommended. I had an appointment at 10:05 a.m. but took me right in around 9:40 a.m. or so. I didnt have to wait until my actual appointment time which was fantastic. Ms. Kim was very helpful as well as the rest of the staff.

Juan gave amazing customer service in helping me find a great deal and a really awesome pair of glasses. He was very attentive, professional and very punctual with greeting me as I entered the store. He took his time to help me and at the same he was very awesome at greeting other customers as they came inside the store. He is very well at multi-tasking. Very friendly and super professional. Totally an amazing experience. Christina was super personable and amazing. This was my first experience with glasses and she told me about her experience with her glasses and made me feel more comfortable. Tiffany helped me pick out my frames and gave me her personal opinion on how I looked in my frames. She has a good eye for style.

Eddie was able to answer all my questions. He was able to provide us with different examples of glasses for my girls to try on. My girls were happy with the choices. Eddie was very professional yet made you feel like family. He is AWESOME!!!

Mt Grandson broke his glasses which were purchased in Houston at My Eyelab where we live. We stopped in and were helped by Juan who was so very helpful. Wonderful customer service.

People were great. However they need to inform their customers purchasing expensive glasses......that the glasses coming from overseas (China).... that due to the ongoing shipping problems will delay arrival time. If I had known I would never had purchased them. Now Im waiting what could be a couple months. Not good business.

BAD Experience. Tele-Doc didnt address any of the issues I was having with my vision. The prescription I was given for my contacts was completely wrong and I couldnt see. I had to tell them what my last prescription was from 2 years ago and they wrote it in based on my word. Why did I even get an exam if I just told them what my prescription was??? Would not have even left a review but they nearly force you to leave them a 5 star review which Ive now updated based on my experience. Only positive was Chris. He was very friendly and did his best to correct the situation.

Juan helped me find two great pairs of glasses and went into amazing detail on what I was getting! Super helpful and a great experience! I was very comfortable and all my questions were answered. However when I went to pick up my glasses after receiving a text, I was only given a single pair, then had to come back two days later after receiving an email. Then had to wait over 20 minutes at the curbside door even though I called ahead. The curbside service was a bit rude and rushed. I also didn’t get a wipe for either pair of glasses, just a flimsy case. Again the initial service was great, but the follow up could have been better. I’m still confused on why the correspondence switched from text to email and why both pairs were delivered on separate days.

This review is so late! But I just wanted to say thanks to Albert I will definitely be going back. I went in for my first exam and glasses ever. Albert was SO helpful through the whole process. Helped us get the best price we could and he made me feel so comfortable. I would most definitely recommend this location and ask for Albert, hes the greatest!

My whole appointment was a little less than an hour with exams and purchasing. Exams are done virtually now but just as effective. I originally came in for the $129 deal for contacts but my prescription did not qualify - call ahead to make sure. I did however get an amazing price from Christine and Eddie. Christine was extremely sweet and she made the process much less stressful. She made sure to go beyond what she needed to make sure I got what I came in for. I checked other popular, online websites for contacts and Eyelab has the most affordable. Cant wait to receive mine! Thank yall!
