Great place to grab a brew - especially if you are transiting on 410 near New Braunfels. They know their beans and stock surprisingly good pastries (which go fast). Also a nice place to sit under the trees. Definitely one of the top coffee spots.
Was on this side of town for my sons appointment and wanted to find a coffee place close by and when I read the reviews I just had to come by and try it out. First off the staff has great customer service. They really made my first experience there amazing! And second the coffee I got...iced honey cinnamon latte was just as great if not better as the reviews that brought me to this spot. I will definitely make this my go to coffee stop whenever I am on this side of town! Thank you Theory coffee staff🤗☕
I love supporting small businesses and this one did not disappoint! I tried the iced vanilla honey oat milk latte and it was so smooth and not overly sweet. The service was friendly and fast. This is a must visit for great coffee and pastries.

I think the atmosphere is worth the hype for a visit, Ive only been there once but its always busy and they do a great job getting people served quickly. Its conveniently located off of 410, especially if you work anywhere near the airport or the north side of Fort Sam Houston.

I literally waited for a week to go get some coffee and doughnuts here 🍩I ordered a Honey Latte, it was on point! The taste was smooth and well balanced between honey, cream and coffee. I highly recommend it if you are accompany it with the maaaarvelous doughnut this coffee company offers (only on saturdays tho and you better be there early before they fly away)I paid $14 for two doughnuts and a cup of honey latte.I am a bakery connoisseur and these doughnuts blew my mind. Definitely some of the best I’ve ever had in San Antonio. Crazy flavors such as chocolate chip cookie dough, lemon blueberry, cherry, the homer doughnut and more.Since it is located at an open area you can bring your pets and sit in the grass, there is parking space available and other little business around.
The staff is very friendly, especially to a newbie out of the area. They hooked me up to what I like. It was delicious! I asked about the donuts I saw online. They told me that is Saturdays and be sure to come early. It is a VERY busy place. This will be my go to coffee spot when I need to be in the area.
The coffee is so good! And the people who work there are super nice. Feels very Covid-safe; everyone wears masks and you can order online.
Theory is always my very favorite go to coffee, it is of course the best coffee in town! Great guys that run the bells and whistles around there. Their perfect cup of brew is bound to be a bright spark in your day. They have also paired up with a couple fantastic bakers! I recommend their choice of pastries 100%.

Dear owner,Was trying out a new spot based off a friends recommendation but I disliked it. Went to the pickup side first and was rudely told I was on the wrong side of the truck, first timer and all. Ordered two different lattes, didnt like either of the drinks, I thought they tasted burnt. Also got a donut that was pretty tasty but I felt overpriced. Then you were very rude on this platform. Rather then reaching out and just asking why I was disappointed in your business, you kind of attacked me.
These guys are on the grind 6 days a week. Unlike most coffee shops in SA, these guys serve coffee at the decent hour of 6 AM (7 on Saturdays). Coffee and drinks are all top notch. Mark is one of the most loved coffee slingers in the area. Go get some, you won’t be disappointed.

I pass by Theory Coffee every day on my way to work! I finally stopped to get a latte, it was perfect! Super quick, in and out and made it to work on time! Another morning, I stopped to get a large cinnamon coffee.... Amazing!
I found this little cool coffee truck last week. The only draw back is...it was hard to find because I was expecting a brick and mortar store, so I literally drove past it. Word of warning...its on the corner of 410 and Nacogdoches...and its A FOOD TRUCK!!!! Thats the only thing that was a draw back. If you want to consider that a draw back. Now onto the review:They are an Austin based company, but everyone in the coffee truck is from San Antonio. And oh man, the coffee is good. Beans are nice and mellow, they arent acidic and arent to strong. The service is pretty quick since you have to get out of your car to order. They do have a limited menu since its a coffee truck, so its mainly just coffee...drip, lattes, etc. No blended. They did ask if I wanted my latte iced. They do have pastries. I tried the chocolate scone and didnt care for it. But who ever made the Pecan Praline Pop Tart needs to locked up for life and made to mass produce those. O.M.G!!! Those were next to heaven. They were homemade and WOW!!! Honestly, they were too good. Very sweet and sooo not Keto friendly! So, if you need to kill yourself with a sugar coma...get that, you cant go wrong. And if you find yourself jonesing for some coffee and your by the airport, swing by Theory Coffee and hop out. Excellent coffee, service and Pecan Praline pastries!

A small truck on the corner of 410+Naco, they serve up Wild Gift coffee featuring Lattes, Cappucinos and the occasional CBD cold brew 😁💕 they also have pastries most mornings, and have a few flavored drinks. These guys are super friendly, and the coffee has always been perfect. Definitely a hidden gem.Pro tip: go early on Saturday to get your hands on some Pink Flamingo donuts!

Absolutely love this place! Have consistently good brews of coffee & tend to be knowledgeable on the Flavor profiles too. Although I wish theyd get more stock on their weekend donuts because theyre sold out by the time I get there. Regardless, highly recommend this place for your Coffee &/or Espresso needs!

Took a 10 minute detour on our 5 hour trip back home to grab a cup of coffee for me and my husband. The guys were really chill and fixed us up great lattes based on the very vague preferences we gave them. 10/10 would recommend. Ill definitely stop back by here on our next trip to San Antonio.

Updating my review with words because these guys deserve them. Hands down the best and most consistent coffee I’ve had from a shop (trailer). It saddens me to only be able to stop by when I’m passing through San Antonio, however, when I do there is no question...I’ll be by at least once if not more.Bottom line: I live near Seattle and these guys put many of the shops up here to shame.

Using a micro-roaster out of north Austin, he brews up awesome espresso-based drinks, and the drip coffee is great too. He loves to tinker with every pull to try to get the best flavor out of every bean.Also, if you a are facial hair aficionado, then go check out his supply of beard oils.Go check Theory out. You wont regret it!

Stopped here with my boyfriend for a quick cup of coffee. I had no idea what I wanted, and you selected a coffee for me and made it exactly how I asked. Not too sweet, with a load of caffeine. It was so delicious! My boyfriend even loved his coffee, and he does not even really like coffee. Definitely going back for another cup before work today!
