Went in around noon on Sunday and unfortunately most of the pastries and some of the ingredients for some drinks were sold out, but really enjoyed the Iced Horchata Latte! Very friendly, and loved the LGBTQ+ friendly atmosphere! Will definitely return next time Im in San Antonio!

Mexican Vanilla and Abolita coffee. Whoa. Game changer for me and they offer milk alternatives (shout out to Vegans out there). Great friendly service, they roast their own beans, a small business trying to put out a quality product, and offer a free book exchange...sold. They also sell high quality grinders. I’ll be back guys, you are worth the extra 10 minutes in my daily drive

Café Azteca is puro and deserves all the praise they get. Tyler brings a passion and positivity that truly adds to the atmosphere of the shop. I havent had a drink that I didnt absolutely enjoy and the food Ive had so far has been great! Hes a true professional and so is the rest of the staff. Really is a great example for a lot of our future entrepreneurs here in San Anto, especially our inner city youngsters.

Coffee is good but watch out if you get something flavored (ie horchata latte) because dang they are sweet!!! also have to mention that google still lists this address as coffeecionado as well (and their logo is still on the windows) and yet when I asked the lady working if they still had cbd nitro cold brew she looked annoyed and in a flat voice said “we’ve never carried that ever” instead of just kindly explaining oh yeah google still lists this location as coffeecionado but we’re cafe azteca now. I love good coffee and I love to tip but decent customer service should be the bare minimum come on!

Covid 19 safety measures in place including sanitizer at ordering station. The business is new but promising 🙏 The products are definitely the real deal. Ordered a non menu CORTADO and it was perfectly done. Ordered the CARAMEL LATTE and that also was on point - delicious. Tried the CONCHA, it was freshly made, served warm and an absolute delicious addition to my morning coffee fix. Recommend every one try this cozy coffee shop on the Southside and you will be impressed with the selections and service 👍

Great experience, amazing coffee. I talked with Tyler he was really friendly and helpful. Ordered a vanilla Mexican latte based off his suggestion and it was amazing one of the best lattes Ive had. Their pour over ( chemex ) was broke so didnt get a chance to try their pour overs but Im sure they are amazing looking forward to trying my next visit. I would highly recommend and I will be back for sure.

Found this little gem tucked away close to the Mission. The guy behind the counter was helpful and knew his coffee, but wasnt to sure about Keto, which was fine. He gave me a suggestion and told me his beans were good. He wasnt lying. They were wonderfully roasted with a slight nutty flavor. I ended up with a latte sticking more with a keto option than not, but they have a wonderful menu full of flavorful Mexican coffees. Because of the Pandemic barstools are stacked on the tables, so dine in is sparse, but they do ask if it is to go are for there. I highly recommend this little hole in the wall coffee house. You cant go wrong.

Tyler was incredibly friendly and a huge pleasure to have a conversation with. We signed up for a class where he showed us how to make a few different coffee drinks and over two hours shared a lot of stories over 3 different drinks. He even gave us a bag of coffee to take home! Im a coffee enthusiast and Tyler had a high level of coffee expertise that made me really appreciate the tastings. The experience was great and I highly recommend this shop.

The owner is very friendly. Neat little place. However... very hard to find. We were originally parked right out front and didn’t even realize it was here. Ended up pulling around to the back to figure out this was the building. The owner greeted us a few minutes after coming in, but was busy giving a coffee class... and thus took a while to even take our order. It also took over 20 minutes to receive our order of one black coffee (which had grounds in it), one latte, and two kolaches (which are ready to go in a display case). I wanted to like this place more... but given that we were in a rush and had a hard time finding it, this was just not the day for us, I guess.

First time going, had a terribly awkward experience . We saw the advertisement for cafe de olla, we showed up and the event wasn’t explained to us, no where to sit, The crowd wasn’t being included in the tasting . (Why would I go to a tasting to watch the judges drink the coffee?) anyway, we left in the middle of it because it was awkward, we weren’t included, we weren’t acknowledged and it was terribly hot in there on top of that. Everyone had a shot of something for the toast but we weren’t offered anything. In fact they told us they where closed until after the tasting . Wouldn’t go again because customer service was terrible .
