The name suggests this place does not roast the beans. While a rare thing in the coffee world, its suppose to be very different and have its own unique benefits/flavors some folk like. This was my first time trying it........I thought.Its not green coffee at all. I even asked, just to make sure before I ordered. Nope. The cashier said the beans are roasted. She did not know why the name was Green Beans though. I figured Id try it anyway. It was one of the worst coffees I have ever had. It had no flavor, no kick, and but all the boiling burn myself resemblance of the stuff we call Folgers (fake - or at least grossly mishandled and mass produced junk coffee).

Great coffee spot in SAT Terminal B!Located right after security and better coffee and friendlier service than Starbucks also in B. Highly recommend the Cold Brew.After multiple work trips, remembered me and my regular order which was an unexpected personal touch!

I’m not sure how you can give it a good review when no one was working for 20 minutes at 10:15 am in the morning. A line of people and NO ONE behind the counter. Who’s running this place?!

Folks were all super nice and willing to answer questions about caffeine content and such with good will and humor. The military connection is also super cool, I was surprised to see the shop in a civilian setting.Definitely the place to get coffee in B terminal.

Good stop to caffeinate and grab a snack

Ordered a plain coffee and was told it would take a while to finish brewing. The coffee I got was burned and bitter definitely not fresh brewed or enjoyable to drink. Coworker waiting for her pastry which was given away to another customer. 2 stars since the folks were nice and muffin was ok.

Great coffee and it was prepared very quickly. Nice caffeine fix before boarding my flight to Charlotte. Would recommend if paying $6 for a cup of coffee is your thing.

Terrific coffee!! Great staff! Much better all around than Starbucks, time and time again!They also support Snowball Express, a charity that does wonderful things for children of fallen service members, of which my own chd has been able to partake in.The only drawback is that this is their only location in SA, so if Im not flying, Im not buying. :/ Need another SA location!

We were stuck at the airport due to a canceled flight and among other issues were having a really rough day. Elizabeth (the manager I assume - if not she should be) went out of her way to show us kindness and grace in ways we didnt expect. Well use green bean coffee in the future just because of her. Thank you Elizabeth!! Ps - mango smoothie, cappuccino, and danishes were delicious.

Coffee is good but the company philosophy is what I really like. I received many gifted cups of coffee while in Afghanistan through their program and in turn sent many upon returning to the US - glad they are in the satx airport!

Excellent service. I ordered the spiced chai latte over ice. The drink was delicious and they even gave me the extra bit that most coffee places just throw away. Even with our little interaction, I was impressed by their integrity, service, and genuine kindness. If youre in the airport, make a stop here!

Was very impressed by Elizabeth, I think shes the manager.. my wife and I were having a tough day and even though weve had no sleep in the last 24 hours, her kindness brightened our day. Thanks Elizabeth!

Good coffee to start off a vacation

Coffee good. Burrito was horrible. The tortilla was raw still. It made my stomach upset after one bite.

I ordered a protein smoothie. What I received looked nothing like the photo. I was told thats chocolate but I wasnt told I had any choice. Grainy, overly sweet discussing protein drink for $6. Yuck!

Today, May 3rd 2014, I was trying to buy a coffee at green beans in San Antonio Int. Airport. This gentleman behind the counter just ignored me, turning around, giving me his back, pretending not to see I was there waiting and kept texting on his cell phone. After 5 min he got my order, touched the money, DID NOT WASHED HIS HANDS, and believe me he started cutting some bread with bare hands and texting on his phone, of course !!! 3 min passed and he did not served my coffee or said anything!! I asked for my money back and went down to the hall to buy a Starbucks !!! I hope nobody ate the bread he touched!! Disgusting!!!

Not only is the woman working this morning slow she let myslef and at least a few others waste time standing in line. If you cant make cold drinks, you should probably make a sign or something. Give some ort of warning. Please, thanks.

The sandwich with cheese and ham was good, but coffee (brewed and cappuccino) were really bad, taste like bitter and burned liquid. Not the best place for coffee.
