Its like this place understands how to make flavorful salsas and sauces but they are afraid to add enough to their wraps to let you enjoy the flavor. Instead I was overwhelmed by the lack of seasoning in the chicken, beans, and corn. I dont expect much from white rice but even that seemed bland. Seems like a pinch of salt would solve the problems and this food would be good.

The food was delicious and it came out quickly! I got a Santa Fe wrap and the loaded fries. The Santa Fe wrap was pretty tasty, but the fries were absolutely amazing. If you go you should really try them out!

Came here just as we were passing through on a camping trip. Genuinely some of the best fries Ive ever had anywhere. Unmatched quality of food of any small town restaurant. The service was quick the and the environment was warm and welcoming. Couldnt recommend more! Only thing that I would want to see improved is expanding the indoor seating its not like we were waiting to sit at all, its just nice to have more options.

Good burgers, cool little place to chill

Fantastic. Stopped on our way to Bend from Rainier. Greek wrap nice and fresh. Fried Pickles cooked to perfection. Great outdoor spot for kids to run around and stretch their legs. Definitely make this a stop.

The food is just alright, I was expecting more for the price seeing as a veggie wrap and small fries cost $18. The lower rating is really due to the bartenders general disdain towards customers. Young guy, with brown hair and beard. I ordered take out in the evening and when I picked it up he just said We close in 15 minutes...what do you need meanwhile there was barely anyone in the restaurant and he had another server to help him. It just rubbed me the wrong way seeing as I was just trying to pick up my food while the place was still open. Ive heard great things about this place but Im not sure if its worth going back now.

A really nice, tasty burger with an aloha theme. The folks were friendly and the diners were all super nice. Seems like a great place to bring kids (welcoming and friendly).Food took a little while to arrive, but that didnt bother me. If you were in a big rush it might not be the fastest. But the food was worth the wait.

This is a really great and fun place to eat when you are in the Mount Hood area. Bring the kids! Bring the dogs! Try the hamburger wrap! Very friendly and attentive staff and tasty food. I would recommend this as a great place to eat or hang out at!

Our favorite post hike spot. Food is always great and big portions. The Rattlesnake is my favorite but I have not had a bad meal here.

I dont live in the area, but worked a job close by for a week. I ate here 4 of those days and was satisfied everytime.The burgers are massive and very well worth the price. Very cool shack style restaurant and the menu had a good variety of food. Will look for excuses ti be back in the area just to eat here.

On Friday night we ordered food online. We came all the way up from the Portland area to have wraps. Apparently the online system was down. The employee said there is NO Food, our system is DOWN. We could only pay cash, which we didnt have and didnt want to pay twice. I love their food, but do NOT appreciate being treated like that.UPDATE: Owner called and sincerely apologized, he reimbursed us and gave us an update on employee. I am going to add stars, thank you!! We will remain loyal customers.

Honestly great burgers and their burger wrap is delicious. Their sauces are definitely something to try. Their fry sauce was great and even their fries are perfect. Very quick and friendly service. Best of all they’re cheap!

Beer is cold, food is good. In Top Gun fashion my wife and I had the Maverick and the Goose. They even had an option for a burger patty for my pupper since we had just completed a long hike.

This review is somewhat temporary until we can try again.There was a new cook and though there were only 4 tables when we originally sat down, 2 already had food, it took 40mins to get our hamburger and wrap.The bartender who was serving us was extremely apologetic and kind. She even comped our drinks.When the food finally did arrive it was marginal. The burger was burnt and squished. The wrap was ok, but mostly rice. We even got the upgraded steak (very little inside) and avocado.Again, this was a new cook apparently so I cant really hate on it yet.Need to go back and give them another shot as the staff was great.They even served someone after the kitchen was closed because he explained why he arrived late, had a tough day, and was really really hungry.I thought that showed a lot of character for their establishment.Ill be back for another round.

One of the best stops you can make for great eats on Mt Hood! Service is phenomenal, atmosphere is fantastic for the outdoor enthusiast. Add to great food and atmosphere outdoor dining with horseshoe pit, live music on certain nights and you have the best Mt Hood locals spot on the mountain! Highly recommend!

I enjoyed the pulled pork taco on a corn tortilla. With the apple and cranberry-topped salad, it was enough for me. The day we ate lunch there, thete was one overworked counter person staffing both inside and the busier drive-through. She still carried all of our food to our table for us.

Wraps are a nice change of pace from traditional sandwiches and burgers. You still get all the yummy items you get with the traditional food but all wrapped up in a tortilla of your choice!

Been coming here for years and one day the lady forgets part of my order.No biggie. So I call and ask if she will refund the part of my order that was missing. She gives me a ton of attitude and tells me the manager will call me in a few days cause she cant help me.Then she hangs up on me multiple times.Never going there again. Learn to own up to your mistakes and make things right when YOU mess up. What a shame, the local spots are usually known for respect and good service.

The hidden gem you need to discover! It’s easy to fly by and miss this place, but don’t. This place has the food, AND the vibes.We’ve stopped twice, and both were delicious. We had the Santa Fe wrap and the Greek wrap the first time, followed by the curry chicken salad wrap and the cordon bleu sando the second. We will definitely be back.

Good food as always. Friendly service and nice seating inside and out. Nice selection of beers on tap. When in Welches, I frequent this place often. I highly recommend the wraps and burgers or better yet put your burger in a wrap. Delicious! Onion rings are must have as well!

I had a burger, my wife had a wrap. Food was good, but it is a typical Mt Hood tourist type of place. You have to order at a counter then they bring it out. Pricing was a little high considering how rustic the place was. Staff were incredibly friendly. A good experience, but not outstanding.

1st time eating here very good drove about 45 minutes to get there very well worth the drive! Had the Burger wrap,ate 1/2took half home and ate at lunch the next day and still tasted delicious!! loved the patio as well

Fantastic little place off 26, an excellent stop for food and a drink when youre on the mountain. Neat eclectic decorations, and a nice big outdoor area with horseshoes and a stage to eat in and play at when the whether is nice. The woman who served us was cheerful, attentive, and absolutely lovely overall.My boyfriend ordered the rattlesnake burger, which was just excellent. We both loved the unusual buns (ciabatta?) they use, and the fries are a little extra but SO worth it! Crisp and delicious, maybe a little battered?My alamo wrap was just as good as his burger. I love that there are options for tortillas (I chose the spinach).Everything was hot and tasted super fresh, and the drink I ordered off the tiki menu (I dont recall the name, maybe lava something? It had strawberry puree) was gorgeous, delicious, and just a little strong. Well definitely be coming back when we visit the area again!

I ordered the Sante Fe Bowl to-go. It came with 4 dices of chicken, 3 beans, and a spoonful of rice. So disappointing for spending $12.00 on a meal. Would not recommend.

Ordered takeout for myself and three friends. A few add-ons to the order but nothing crazy and nothing not offered on the menu. They got most of the order right...Biggest things were the missing drink and added avocado that we still paid for.The food was good and I’d order from them again but I’d DEFINITELY check my order before leaving.

Really good burgers and fries. Highly recommend stopping if on the way or coming from the hood. The outside sitting is nice and can bring the dogs.

I love this place for a casual bite. I come in all the time for wraps, salads, fries and a cold beer. The employees are all very friendly and helpful. It’s a laid-back little spot to go after a hike or otherwise.

As a vegan, this place is okay at best. I was excited to see vegan options listed on their board. However the only option was a bean taco (that they forgot to put the beans on). There are so many amazing vegan veggies burgers that I dont understand places that have veggie burgers with cheese and eggs in them. You should stop half stepping and offer a decent, filling, vegan option.
