Rocky Mountain had a great variety of apples and chocolate items. We got strawberries, cherries, and apples here. This was a great store on the river walk and the workers were efficient. They also serve ice cream and had fresh cones.

Since godiva went out of business I have been looking for similar yummy chocolates . This place does have pricy chocolate but at least you get decent size ones for what you pay for . The chocolate balls have a thick shell and nice creamy filling. I really liked the hazel nut and birthday one. The almond bark was to die for ! Will be returning for sure. There was a stair well next to it so if you wanted to access the street above its literally next to the bear.

Great place my husband and I walked in and it was a line but the 3 workers kept the line moving. My husband got two dipped marshmallow milk chocolate and I got a caramel apple.

Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Literally had a staff member look me dead In the face and ask “ are you going to buy something or not” as I was waiting on my boyfriend who was using the restroom. She then proceeded to go bang on the restroom door and yell “ restrooms are for paying customers ONLY”. I understand we didn’t immediately come In and but something before heading to the restroom, but can I not wait on my significant other before making a decision?? Absolutely ridiculous and DID NOT make me want to spend my money there.

I have gone to this place since I was a kid and I have always loved it they recently introduced blue bell ice cream, it is amazing!! The service is just great and the worker was so nice and helped us with samples and helped us with what we should get, it was awesome!

They carry Blue Bell ice cream here! We were from out of town, had already eaten ice cream but everyone said we had to try Blue Bell so we did and there were NO regrets.

The treats are delicious, but the staff are easily forgetful. When we came in a guest came in say they forgot his cookie. We didnt even think to check our bag, but we order six different apples and left with 5...

My experience with the items that I purchased and the return to that shop with the rotten chocolate covered cherries was unpleasant. I felt the manager didn’t care that I purchased treats from them - on the riverwalk- to enjoy.. but instead I purchased purchased ROTTEN COVERED CHERRIES.. I WILL BE CAREFUL WITH THIS STORE AND THE CHOCOLATES I BUY FROM THIS LOCATION

I drove 30 min to come to Rocky Mountain, paid $6 for parking for them to be closed monday’s and Tuesday’s...the least they could do is update their schedule on google!

So many choices ! Wonderful and friendly service. My daughter is 2 years old and the ladies working the ice cream helped her by giving her 3 little spoons of ice cream so she could choose. We got ice cream and a chocolate covered apple . Everything looked so delicious we almost couldn’t choose

Went in to purchase a bottle of water, I asked for a cup of ice for my mother and she said she could not give us a cup of ice. We said we understood that if there was a charge that was fine, we could pay whatever the difference was for the cup and the ice. Instead we had to purchase a DRINK and have NO DRINK in the cup just to get the cup and the ice. Honestly, it was piss poor customer service and the lady was rude. Who charges someone almost SIX DOLLARS for a bottle of water and a CUP OF ICE. Will not be back.

You cant go wrong if youre a chocolate lover. Their caramel apples are to die for. They have a wide variety of chocolates. We highly recommend at least one visit to check it out yourself

Got some chocolates for my mom and every one was a hit!! I bought about 11 or so pieces of different chocolates and it came out to about $35 if Im remembering correctly. Price was worth the taste, and my mom LOVED her present!! The staff helped me pick things out based on what I told them she liked and everyone was super friendly.

I live in San Antonio & had never came to this place until now. I can certainly say that the Candy Apple was delicious but the service by the employees was HORRIBLE!! I WOULD NOT recommend this place!! The 2 girls in charge of the place this day were completely out of line making FALSE allegations to their manager that my husband was threatening them when in reality one of them told my husband This is downtown, u better be ready! U tell me what she was implying..? 😡 When we asked the 2 girls to speak to a manager, one of them stated they WERE the manager when indeed they werent. Finally, the supposedly real manager came out which she, herself was rude. She asked about the incident then completely cut my husband off & said I want u off my premises. We finally left after a small exchange of words. Businesses downtown need BETTER employees because the San Antonio Riverwalk is a place of tourism & employees like them make our city look BAD! 😡 I am disappointed! 😡 BEWARE RUDE EMPLOYEES!!!

Selection of chocolate candy is vast. But not a whole lot in the fudge department. Their fudge is pre-wrapped in half pound pieces. So dont come here for fudge. The Alamo had more fudge varieties. Ended up buying a 6 dollar peanut butter cup that wasnt bad but wasnt great. Shop at your own risk.

Got a white chocolate apple and there wasnt much chocolate on it, very thin coat. I always got them in Raleigh, NC and they were all made great every time. So disappointed as we just moved back to San Antonio. And so excited they had one on the Riverwalk. 😢

YOUR BATHROOM IS SUPER GROSS. IT SMELLS LIKE A PORTABLE TOILET AT A CARNIVAL AND IS VERY VERY DIRTY!!!! AFTER GOING IN THERE I COULDNT EVEN THINK OF EATING ICE CREAM, OR ANYTHING FOR THAT MATTER, WITHOUT FEELING SOME STOMACH CONTENT CREEPING UP. SERIOUSLY, HOW DO YOU EVEN PASS A HEALTH INSPECTION?!?!? FIX THAT!!!!

This location makes their own caramel apples and candy from scratch! Their delicious creations will even have local San Antonians brave downtown traffic to come back.

Visit here frequently - spent $25 in. Ejetrthe store on fabulously delicious Carmel apples and the manager closed the restrooms as I was waiting for one. Rude! This local will be going else where
