Wonderful, great service and quick. Fixed our mothers LG Leon. So many sentimental things on her phn. Unfortunately she passed away 5 yrs ago due to health reasons. The phone is obscure, obsolete. It started off rocky at first, only because they wanted 120 bucks to unlock my phone. That is extreme in my book. Especially for something that takes about 10 minutes and the computer does the work. But after I walked out a gentleman came out and offered a discount to help me out. The only reason I cared about the phone was for the pictures of my brother that were on it. He passed away last year and I wasnt sure if they were backed up. *Couldnt login to Google either* Anyway he was able to reset my phone and get my Google account back on it and my pictures. Didnt get all of my contacts but oh well. Thank you for helping me.

I came into the store after my carrier told me that my phone was damaged. The carrier stated Youre screen is damaged and cannot be fixed! My recent experience with this business was beyond any expectation I had. I had an iPhone 7 Plus that needed a new battery and he not only completed that task, but also did everything he could to salvage the broken camera in the internal board. I highly recommend InstaPhone they unlocked a phone I brought in. I had trouble activating the phone through my carrier because the carrier was giving me problems. InstaPhone took over on the call with my carrier representative for about an hour til the carrier fixed the problem and activated my phone. Also that 1 hour phone all lasted in InstaPhone staying open an hour later than their closing time. Thank you InstaPhone for all your help and patience!

My iphone was beyond repair... the motherboard was badly damaged and no one would bother to fix it because they said it was too risky, but when I came to InstaPhone on Culebra they offered to fix it with no worries! I was so relieved. Saleem said it would take a few days, but gave me an extra iPhone to use while he worked on repairing mine. I was very surprised with howquick he was! Me and my mom went in bc I got my phone screen fixed at the mall but it was on the disabled screen and after I finished the itunes part I couldnt finish the process bc part of my screen still wasnt working and the guys at instaphone fixed all of it in like less than 30 minutes !

Horrible service and a bunch of thieves, I took my iphone to get the screen replacedAnd they gave a 3 months warranty but the screen went bad 29 days later so I took the phone back and they refused to change the screen saying that there was a scratch on it.I don’t really think they changed the screen the first time around,Beware they will scam you for sure you will be better off taking your phone somewhere else.They are a bunch of unprofessional starving thieves.They install very cheap parts.I will report to BBB if they have one.
