Store rep was truly uninformed and almost cost me 480$ on my bill. When I went back the other rep said he was unable to help me, and proceeded to close the store so he could go to lunch. If your needing help do not go to this store...

Very pleased with the service I received at the medical center location. I went in with a billing concern and David took the time to break everything down to me and explain my bill in a way I could understand. He was very upfront about both discounts and fees and I appreciate that. Very prompt and professional service and I appreciate the cleanliness of the store and practicing social distancing. I recently went into this location because I had a cracked screen on my phone. I was hoping to have someone look at it and let me know how to get it repaired. I was greatly disappointed. The young man named David who was to assist me with my concern was of no help. In fact, I felt as though I was inconveniencing him. He didn’t even bother to look at my phone and read off the name and address of a location where I could get my phone repaired. When I asked if he could write down the address he sharply and sarcastically said “you have a smart phone.” While I do have a smart phone, I’m an older individual who isn’t the smartest at using the technology.I thanked him and immediately left.I then went to another AT&T store on Military and I35 where I was treated very well and they helped me solve my problem on the spot. Which wasn’t in fact a cracked screen, but a cracked screen protector. Not only did that store help me with my issue, but they gained a trusted and loyal customer.

Not satisfied at all with my visit with Sandraann. I had prepaid services and was trying to get a new phone. She insisted that I needed to change my phone number if I wanted to get a new phone since I had a phone number from out of state. All she had to do was take my SIM card out of my old phone and stick it in the new one so that I can maintain my current phone number and plan...

This is Ashlee Edwards I visited the store located on medical drive. I just have to say Michelle and Alyssa were so helpful. They helped me walk out with a brand new phone that I am very satisfied. Also the whole time I was there it took quite awhile to get my phones switched they both were multitasking helping all customers didn’t leave anyone waiting too long. Very pleasant individuals it’s not every time that you get a good representative and they helped me get my info switched to new phone. Thanks to great people like Them.

The manager Alyssa was AMAZING! We walked into the office with full intentions of canceling our family plan cell service. However, Alyssa was able to ask many questions & make things right! It was simply updating to a current family plan with a military discount, and explaining we were in a grandfathered account that was charging us way too much! Alyssa is an amazing manager & is a irreplaceable asset! Please reward her accordingly! Thank you again Alyssa, please continue being an amazing manager, you are appreciated by customers like us!

We tried to contact the At and T customer service by phone but the line was overwhelmed and you would need to wait forever to get someone to solve your issue. Since we were nearby the At and T shop, we went to to confirm our mobiles locking status and the lady there -Jessica who was totally unfriendly and unwilling to help- said that our mobiles are unlocked .I told her that I tested that in their website and the mobiles are locked but I need confirmation since we got our devices from another country not through At and T. She then checked if we can unlock them and told us that we can unlock them mobiles only after 5 days which was difficult for us. When we could finally reach the customer service by phone to confirm this information, they said that they can do it within 24 hours! Again false information. Last thing she was almost pushing us out of the shop and we did not know why. We learnt later that it was the shop closing time but it was easier and more proper to apologize that she cannot provide services now than giving FALSE information and acting so IMPOLITELY! I think they act so friendly and nicely when you are a new naive customer but once you get into the system, you are not important anymore. Anyways, we are terminating our contract with AT and T after two months and the number 1 reason is the customer service weather on phone or the high school teenagers kind of level of service we encountered today.Update: thank you so much AT&T for your reply on my issue. How would you make it up to me? I hope that it is not just an automatic response for any complain on google.

The curious customer service at AT&T medical was phenomenal. Michelle has a luxury I dont quite possess. Patience, that is. She and another young lady with glasses were so helpful, so polite, very knowledgeable with every phone. And just took their time, as I took mine of course. A big purchase especially in these times. The store was super clean. I would know, because Im in Healthcare. And the young lady was so understanding as she kept me company., as Michelle was on her break. Well, Im a very loyal customer, and had spoke with Michelle a little before I had made my way, and had already provided me with really good information. So just had to go and finalize. I would strongly recommend this particular location. If you would like the royalty treatment. Im not royalty, but they sure did make me feel that way for the time I was there. Thank you ladies and kudos to management for hiring such valuable employees to this company. May God bless us and keep safe.

The Sales Rep David C. was a wonderful AT&T employee! He was very attentive. Unfortunately for him, he was by himself that day, due to an employee emergency. There were 4-5 customers in the store at all times, yet he was still able to greet everyone that walked through the door, explained he was happy to help as well, even asked what brought them in today. David was amazing at multitasking! He had AT&T tablets running as well as the computers to take payments & explain account information to multiple customers at one time. He never once was flustered, never rude, remained calm and even made customers feel at ease with his confident answers & unbelievable knowledge of the AT&T products! I was truly in awe of his personality, performance, knowledge and multitasking skills! I hope to see him at management level or higher one day! He definitely deserves it! David C. is a true Rockstar and AT&T should be beyond proud of having an amazing employee!

We walked in and immediately Shawn welcomed us & invited us to sit down and gave us his full attention for two hours.Each time another customer walked in, he greeted them, invited them in while still focusing on us, making sure everybody was taken care of. Shawn also had encouraging words for his fellow team members, when they assisted him, answering questions & helping others.Shawn did a lot of work for us and I felt he really gave us amazing customer service and personal attention and solved our issues, also offered us options and specials. Shawn is very knowledgeable! I don’t know how he did it, but he just made everything seem so effortless, it would’ve been very complicated,if we had been left on our own!We walked in and wanted to change from Sprint to AT&T, we should’ve never left AT&T...if you live in Texas, you need AT&T!We were not expecting to upgrade our phones, but we left the store with the most amazing phones and new cases!Thank you Shawn, for all that you did for us, we are very happy customers and AT&T customers for life!Throughout the remainder of the day, we said several times, we are so thankful we walked into that store and met Shawn, best decision ever!

Had to replace my iPhone after my screen died. The employee who helped me was Shaun. He was extremely helpful. He helped me with paying off my old phone, picking out the new phone and even got me more on the trade in value for my BROKEN phone then the computer told him it was worth. I was able to get an upgraded phone and with the trade in value had to pay nothing and I got a phone case and screen protector free. He even threw in a wireless charging pad for free! While I waited for my phone to reinstall my setting he put the screen protector on for me (no bubbles and better than I could do) and put on the case for me too. This was honestly a way better experience than I could have hoped for and I walked out with a new phone (and free case, screen protector and wireless charging pad) in less than an hour. Shaun was very helpful. And I don’t write reviews but I did for this guy.

Horrible customer service. The representative was very unhelpful & acted like I was bothering him. I just got a new Samsung phone shipped to me & went in to get it activated & ask some questions. He activated it but couldnt answer any questions & kept saying I only know iPhones. He told me to go to You Break It We Fix It (or something like that) & they could help me. I just switched from Sprint & so far am regretting it. Hopefully another store has better customer service.

Best experience I’ve ever had at an AT&T store...the Sunday morning manager was informed, knowledgeable, and patient with this non-tech type. After my horrible experience at the Huebner Oaks store, I was ready to quit AT&T altogether, but this guy fixed my problem (on two devices!) and saved me money!!! The Medical Center store is now my store of choice!

Ive been to this location multiple times and have had a pleasant experience. A few times there was quite a wait, but I dont think Ive been to ANY phone retailer that wasnt busy. Ive been helped by Jasper and Glenn. Both gentleman were polite and very helpful. Answered all my questions and if they didnt have an answer they referred me to someone who would. Ive been to another location off 410, they had 6 people working and the wait was well over an hour. This location is by far the greatest location. :)

Employees were all sitting around and didnt seem to want to be there or help. I was told they couldnt finish porting my number in and I didnt need a new sims card but I bought it anyway. Ask the girl to put the new one in and the glass protector. She wasnt very friendly but I appreciate that she did do it.

I am filing a complaint with the FTC and BBB. Your technicians came to my house and destroyed my yard and my neighbors yard, trying to run cable for WIFI. They ended up damaging my property, and not even completing the job. Your customer service is absolutely a waste of time and a joke. For one, none of them speak English, secondly, none of them know how to do their jobs. I’ve been without services for three days now and the technician who came Tuesday will not be out until next Thursday. I will also file a lawsuit for damaging my property. I will not pay for services that I am not even getting. I will also expose your service to the entire military through the military times. Finally I will also send a copy of my letter to the news.

Ask for SHAUN. No one else. S-H-A-U-N. My mom and I came into the store hesitant to get new phones and having to pay off our old phones. Shaun helped us soo so so much by letting us know about the most recent promotions, UTHSCSA employee discounts, and phone trade-ins. He really went out of his way to help us have a great experience, and even helped my mom set up her phone 😭 a true blessing. I won’t be going back to the old store, only here, only Shaun. Periodt.

Walked up to door and it was locked the gentleman (Henry) unlocked it and stated he didnt know what happened. A previous customer walked in behind me amd started stating that the line is still on. The rep (Henry) proceeded to the desk and logged into the computert and helped the man and ignored me. He helped the man it took 10 minutes. Onve the man left Henry stated youre mot with him? No you assumed but you never asked. I asked who the manager was and he dtated he was. Never offered an apology but stated how can I help you. I told him that it was rude of him to assume and next time ask. I did inform him I was going to do a review and also put in a complaint.

I have got a SIM card and prepaid plan for $45. The SIM/phone didnt work because there is no funds in the prepaid plan. I called 611 to activate it and they asked for a PIN number that I couldnt find in any of the 5 pages receipt!! I got back to the store but forgot the phone with SIM at home. When I asked the manager to help, he said I need the phone. I asked that I need the PIN only. The manager said I dont want to argue either you present the phone or I cant help you. I went to a corporate store and they confirmed I shouldnt go through this and the PIN should be on the receipt. So, you can judge if this authorized dealer deserve any stars. The manager was rude, and it took about 3 hours from my time to fix the issue. Thanks to AT&T corporate store who agreed to credit my account and deal with this dealer!

The overall experience was not very pleasant. We went into a store on a Sunday and they had one employee - the store manager, no less - working. She indicated they were short staffed and had lost a number of employees due to former management, so they didnt have enough people to have multiple employees working. This meant she was literally assisting every single customer on her own. The in-store phone could not dial where she needed it, so she was on her (work?) cell phone on one line helping one customer, and flipping over to another line to help us. She was having to go back and forth between the two. In addition, there was someone there to pay a bill, several people there for other things, and at one time, a schizophrenic guy with his dog just hanging out. I am surprised the guy was allowed to stay. He actually made some remarks to my husband before eventually leaving the building and checked out our car on his way out. He was likely harmless, but we were a little uncomfortable, none-the-less. Several customers came in and left during all of this due to the wait time and only one employee. I eventually had to leave so I could get to work, and my husband had to take an Uber home after he finished - TWO HOURS LATER. It is beyond ridiculous that she should have to be there alone on a busy day. The employee was very helpful and she was very sweet and apologetic about the whole thing. I understand it was beyond her control, but something really needs to be done so that doesnt happen again. The whole ordeal has caused us to reconsider whether we will stay with AT&T much longer. If they cant take care of their stores and employees, how on earth can they take care of their customers? Very disappointed.

My experience at this location was very confusing. I went theretto add a line to my plane ans the staff didnt know exactly what they were doing. They didnt explain the details and pricing properly to me and told me that you will see the bill later which usually is higher than what you expect.This location has a loud TV which distracts you from what you are doing and hence helps ATT to make a decision with your minimal attention.Please be fully prepared whenever you go there

This place sucks. Ive called here twice already for help and all I get is you can do it online. I was contacting them about the open enrollment for insurance and I wanted to go ahead and move forward about it and was told that I called at the wrong time and that I can do it myself online because Id have to give them authority to look up my account. Obviously I am but this people here are so lazy. Yeah his name is Glenn? I use the chat online to help me with this issue and got my insurance. Over all this place wouldnt there help you unless youre buying a phone from them
