I came in to another store for phone issues, jennifer v was very helpful and amazing. She was very kind enough to help me with my old flip phone. Today I drove all the way to whatever location she was at just so she can help me again. I was able to walk out today with a amazing deal! She understands exactly what I wanted. I don’t know what type of customer service they have in training for this store BUT I MUST SAY I LOVE IT! From the time of entry I was met with a great rep by the name of Joshua whom helped me find everything I was looking for in a phone for a great price. He was great at explaining all the new features and at the same time keeping me within my budget. The cleanliness was also appreciated as well as the social distancing. They only offer you the highest price products rather then informing you about the many other affordable ones. Don’t buy a $60 apple watch screen protector when you can pay $15 for a whole apple watch screen case at Target.
We got new phones for our sons and Andrew helped me with the best options. He got both my sons new phones for for a very low cost. When you go in ask for Andrew and he will go over everything. 10/10 customer service.

Not only did he help me understand the benefits of my plan, he showed me new features and solutions that make a huge difference in the way I handle daily operations for my business. Virgil’s confident communication skills can and should be utilized at a much higher level in the company. Sales rep Jayden Newman was very dicourteous and umpleasant to say the least. From being on a personal phone call from the moment we were engaged and throughout the process of adding a 3rd line to my account. To giving several mis-information and then lying about it afterwards. Not giving his name when asked politely was weird. Giving feedback in hopes that incidents like this dont occur again.
Andrew took good care of me. I got a new iPhone 12 and he threw on the screen protector and case for me. I traded in my old phone and he helped me out and made it easier transferring everything from my old phone. 5 star service.
I should have checked the reviews for this store. An individual by the name of Diego wrote down the numbers indicating payments, discounts, etc. Today we picked up a $1200 cell phone and traded in a defective phone. Virgil insisted on “I will figure out the $25 loyalty discount Diego offered” of course that never happened. I can tell that Diego should not be making promises on writing and then change his version. Worst experience ever. I would not trust Diego if you go onsite!!!

I been a Verizon customer for over a decade, and by far this is the best store I been into. The second I park my truck and got out the employees were already making eye contact with me, Mr Dan greeted me at the door and right away make me feel welcome. I had a unique issue that required deal with my phone, IT and other advance technical support elements that unless you work on communication its very difficult to understand. Mr Dan worked his phones and didnt took a no for an answer, he made several calls untill my issue was resolved. I been in other stores and they just tell you to call technical support, but not this store. They took ownership of my issue and fix it! So if you looking for outstanding customer service, this is your store. Guys thank you so much for your help!!!

The customer service here is the Best. I switched from old samsung phone to a phone my son gave me for under $100. Diego was able to transfer everything for me and did not force a new phone on me. I told this is all i needed when he politely asked if i was ready to upgrade. His team and himself are professional and by far the best Ive been treated. Im not lying this is true. I went to this location today to pay a bill and Josh immediately met me at the door. He was super polite and helpful and was able to answer all my questions. After completing my bill pay and he advised me that I was eligible for an upgrade and let me know about the current promotion and deals which I would have had no idea existed if he wasn’t so helpful. I will definitely be going back to him in a few weeks when I’m eligible for my upgrade. Thanks Josh!

This location is updated and new, the seats are not the best, but Diego is GREAT he went above and BEYOND for me. I went in interested in 5G Home I recently received a message saying I qualified for home internet he assisted me and ordered the Hub, we decided to go with a LTE home internet instead. This store deserves 10 stars and Diego deserves a raise!!

Went in today, and the location is updated and the staff is extremely generous. I came in with a HUGE problem that I thought could not have a solution, I was overwhelmed. The gentleman that helped me went above and beyond and was able to get me a new phone and new Apple Watch. I had some credit issues but Diego never gave up! Worth the money, calls drop but not often! Once or twice a year
I went to the store with my wife for the simple goal of just changing both of our mobile phone numbers to a local number after our move. I was told I would be charged $15 apiece if they helped me in the store that I went into for help. I was told I can go on the Verizon app and change both of our numbers. My biggest reason for going into the store is because my wife and I wanted to get phone numbers that were only one number apart, they told me that was impossible to do. I changed both of our numbers as they help me do it on the app which makes no sense they can’t do it with their computer. In addition, my wife was told if she bought a screen protector they would charge her $40-$50 to put it on, any other time or every time I should say they have put the screen protector on the phone for us at no charge. I have been with Verizon since the early start at 21 years right now. And since we can’t get close numbers I’m highly considering giving AT&T a shot at our business since this was my most disappointing visit ever into a Verizon store!! Don’t go here, they are lazy and don’t want to help the customer.
I called ahead of time to make sure they were open and was told they were open until 5PM. Showed up at 4:15, and they were closed. Please do not waste my time.
Went in just to pick up a charger. Tanya greeted me as soon as I walked in, gave me time to look around on my own. At checkout, she applied my company discount and took the initiative to research a better plan for me. I had the same plan for years and Tanya was able to increase my data plan without increasing the cost. The store was recently remodeled and resembles a Starbucks more than a traditional mobile phone store. Plan on being in store for quite a while though due to pretty good customer service wait times are a bit high but they are thorough.

Ive been going to this location for 2 1/2 years, and will continue to be a repeat customer. Every time Ive gone in Ive gotten all my questions answered, received recommendations to cut my costs, and never had to wait long. Sure if you go on a Saturday afternoon you may have a wait because 30 other people are there too.. but these folks are worth going to. Got my new 7plus today and they took the time to make sure I was totally set and ready to go. Great service.

Predatory sales practices.I purchased a new phone here on a Saturday afternoon. With it I bought a screen protector at the convenient store mark up price of $40. That’s perfectly fine, I accepted the overpriced product in exchange for not having an unprotected screen for any period of time. The screen protector did not stick to one whole corner of my phone. I did not have time to make the drive to return it that day so I bought a reasonably priced protector elsewhere and returned Monday to get a refund. I was informed that since the package was opened it could not be refunded. This makes no sense as I have no way of knowing the merchandise is useless without first opening its packaging. Instead, I was expected to contact the manufacturer directly for a replacement. However, I no longer needed a replacement. I’d taken care of that since. Additionally, during the exchange the rep told me “we never have problems with these not sticking” and stared at me waiting for my reply, implying strongly that I was dishonest in any way, as if I could somehow benefit from buying and returning faulty (or any) merchandise. I consider this predatory because, at no point in the sale, did the rep let me know that this $40 screen protector was non-refundable in the event that it was a lemon. If I had this information I would have likely not made the purchase. Even if I had I would’ve known to contact the third party before purchasing a replacement to use that weekend. I feel I acted rationally and reasonably, and in exchange for my purchase of a $1000 phone with a $40 case and $40 screen protector, I was met with a complete unwillingness to assist with a legitimate problem that could’ve easily been written off by the company. If you work for your money I recommend against making any purchases in this (or likely any) Verizon store.

Great Cell Provider, but this outlet location had a very small selection of goods.
They upgraded my data plan and took my payment in full then my service was interrupted the next day. They apologized but offered no fix for my loss. The representative promised me this would not happen when they upgraded my plan. I dislike Verizon and deal with this often. Their billing system is built around charging customers more and their systems are not integrated properly.
We had an awful experience yesterday. The man who helped us was incredibly condescending to my mother and gave incorrect information about the products. He also mislead us on the deal we were interested in. If this is the way you run a business, I don’t want anything to do with it.

Though they tend to try and sell new products beyond your focus, they are very customer service friendly and will do everything possible to get your issues fixed. Many people on staff with good knowledge of the products.
They did an amazing job working with me to get every promotion that was available and practically let me steal the phone. I highly recommend working with Jennifer to get exactly what you want and more. Well done!!

I called twice. I let the phone at this store ring 21 times on 1/3/2015. No one answered the call. Typical for Verizon. This is supposed to be a Communications store ?????????????????????????? I also read the reviews for this store. This store does seem to Suck big time from the reviews. Unfortunately, I must give it a one star because their system does not allow me to give it a 0 rating.

Came in close to close (20 minutes till) and I got put off immediately when the employees all looked at their watch and I heard a sigh. I can wait for a new phone. One of the most rudest gestures you can give a guest is a look at the time it is like you arent clocked in supposed to be working. I wish I didnt order my NEW 700+ dollar phone to this location because I am disgruntled by their behavior. Hopefully their UPPER management looks to fix this.

The customer service was pretty weak, not knowledgeable about the products he was selling and just didnt seem happy to do his job. Trying to help my 74 year old father get a new phone, the only thing helpful about the guy was that he suggested we might find the phone cheaper elsewhere. So we went elsewhere and got a person with a great attitude and it was about the same price but I would have paid more not to give this store business after the lack of customer service in the store. The store itself was setup horribly if your looking for an iPhone or a samsung its right there with no info next to phones or price. If your looking for accessories or cheaper phones they are hidden in the back area near the service counter. It would be nice if they had the price description of phone like megapixels of camera, storage and a price.
Small store, I was greeted when I came in. I looked around the phones hardly had the tag next to them saying what type of phone it is. Phone selection seems smaller than other locations.. I walked in and out in about 2 minutes.

Horrible experience!!. I hope this review will make someone take their money and business to another store that cares a little more about their customers.I Bought a invisible shield screen protector for my S9+ in the store, went home and installed it just as the instructions explained. During the bubble removal squeegee process, the screen protector cracked on the edge by the phones speaker. I figured I must have gotten a defective product since I was doing exactly what the instructions said to do ( with minimal pressure I might add). I immediately took everything back and asked for another protector or my money back. I was told I would have to get a replacement mailed to me from the manufacturer even though I just bought it 30 mins ago. They also said that THEY crack them as well when they have installed them in the store. Since they didnt install it at the store they wouldnt do anything to help. Nobody offered to install mine when I purchased it and now I can definitely see why.I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I was as already speaking to the supervisor. I asked for his manager and he told me he wasnt there but would just say the same thing. I left a message for him with no response. Now I have to pay an extra 6 dollars shipping charge for the replacement. That is on top of the $55 I already spent.If it was my store, I would have gladly installed another protector free of charge and would call the manufacturer to tell them about the repeated cracked screens. I bought 4 or 5 phones from them before but I will never go back. And I hope you dont either .
I have been at this store and have purchased products at least three times. I have been treated with respect and courtesy. By the way Josh you were a great help.A week ago I had problems with my android. Nelson was the worst customer service agent. He did not know what he was doing, he was rude, espousing erroneous information and just plain stupid. His female counterpart was just as rude. Maybe they were having a bad hair day, but please do not visit this store if want proper service or just talk to Josh. He is the new guy but he is not tainted with a horrible attitude.I am thankful that Nelson and his female co-worker do not exemplify the Verizon customer service phone reps that handle my account.
