Cellular Zone Potronco staff are amazing, especially Jared and Jacob. I took my phone there to get a screen replacement and they made me feel very welcomed. After the repair, as a detailed person, I was looking for any flaws, and I couldnt even figured out where they entered the phone. In the end I took my spouses phone the next day to have them replaced her screen as well, just because of the great job they did with mine..Exceptional professionalism, knowledgeable, better warranty, and the best service. Lastly, no hidden costs, their website is straightforward.

Great service! Over the 4th of July weekend I dropped my IPhone in the water and it got water damaged. The phone was still working but I could not see anything on the screen. Took it here and he got my phone fixed. iPhone is working just like new. Got my phone back in a couple of hours. Quick turnaround!

The worst experience ever. Was sold a used I Phone with a known bad hardware defect per the apple website. I purchased the phone for way more money than other places online were selling them because I needed a phone ASAP. Bad choice.. They offered me a 30 day guarantee of if anything goes wrong with it apart from me dropping it they would reimburse me in full and/or replace the phone. At first everything was great, then on day 30 my cellular went non existent. Being that it happened after work I was unable to bring it to them that day. The next day I was waiting at the store before they opened up. I went in there hoping to return it no questions asked but because I was one day over the 30 day guarantee they would not work with me. They then offered to fix it for me at my cost of labor and parts. 1 day people!!! for a known hardware issue that is on phones that they sell that they should not be selling. I have since purchased another used phone off of the internet and they gave me a 12 month guarantee. The employee behind the desk would not work with me on anything. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. Horrible business practice.Update: One day after I wrote this review, I received a call from a manager at this sorry excuse for a business. To be fair the manager apologized and tried to fix the phone with the known defect. After many attempts by technicians to fix it, they ultimately failed. I was called and told the bad news expecting them to go further and refund me the money or just upgrade me and I pay the difference etc. I would have been erasing the review if that happened. But I was told the manager above this guy stands by the 30 day rule. Complete BS. Then when I asked if there was anything else they could do, I was told that I would get an enormous discount. Naturally I asked what the discount was and they told me If I ever needed to get anything fixed they would only charge me parts not labor. I am NEVER going back to this place. I suggest Everybody stay away. I used this phone for 31 days. 1 day over the warranty with a known defect that they probably knew about. Horrible Company! My review stands :)

These guys are awesome! From the beginning with customer service speaking to Jessica prior to our arrival to the time we walked in. The store was nice and led to a good first impression. I was greeted right away and the crew was very professional. My sons phone wasnt charging, so the reason for our visit was to get the charging port fixed which Jessica confirmed they could do before making the trip. In the end, my sons phone was only dirty. Caleb and Jon were so honest. They cleaned it and gave it back to him within minutes and told us no charge. Its so hard to find people in this younger generation with the integrity Caleb and Jon has. They even gave my son a complimentary charger so that he didnt mess up the port again. This just let me know where to bring my phones from now on, because if something is wrong, I know theyre going to fix it right. If youre for a clean, honest place to take your phone, this is the place to come to. My son just finished paying his tuition and then his phone did that. Youll never understand how much we appreciate your honesty. He needed that break. I will send everyone I know your way!! A few days ago I got my screen and back cover fixed by another phone service and my phone couldnt connect to a network.I took my phone in at this location and they almost immediately found the cause of my phone not connecting to a network and fixed the issue.

I took my phone 4 to 5 times already to this place and again my phone screen keeps lifting off my phone my screen aint even broken its just keep lifting off my screen. They told me every time i went they are going to use stronger glue but somehow it still not holding my screen down. I want my refund or my phone redone again my camera dirty from inside because they didnt even clean the phone before replacing the screen as well. Please do something about this and transfer over to more quality glue. Poorest and sloppy work as well I can see the glue coming out of the phone when it was placed under compression

These guys do a great job. I use an old iPhone 6 for a back up phone and I could barley hear out of itThe guy here took my phone and told me it probably just needed and good cleaning, which is much cheaper than replacing the speaker. He only had to clean it and it works perfectly. No up sales here, they just get that job done.

Took my laptop to get a power board fixed and the broke the hinge on the computer screen and now the computer has started smoking due to the screen wire that is now exposed. They had told me the hinge was already broken when the computer was brought in when it was not.

I was needing my wifes Google Pixel 3XL screen repaired (Cracked screen) so I called local phone repair companies to see who offered the best price. UbreakiFix is an authorized Google repair company and had the parts on site but charged nearly double what I paid at this location. I called Cellular Zone and was given a quote I was comfortable paying but had to wait 2 days for the part to arrive which wasnt an issue. Once the part was received, I came to the store and was told by the technician it would take 2 hours to fix the device. 2 hours later my wifes phone was fixed and working properly. I will definitely consider this location again for any repair and I want to add the technician had great customer service.My only issue is that as of right now all calls are forwarded to a different store location and not this specific one.

Bait and switch company. Will tell you they have something at a certain price and then try to sell you something else when you get there. If that doesnt work, theyll tell you they have it at another location, and the exact same thing will happen again.

Took my daughters iPhone with cracked screen to get repaired at this place. Upon picking up the phone it was given to us dead. As soon as my daughter got home she started having trouble with the touch screen in certain areas so I took the phone back and the guy stated it had warranty and it should be covered so I dropped off the phone mind you he looked at the phone prior to accepting it and said nothing about a crack in it. He calls me a about 30 min later saying the phone wouldn’t be covered because it had a hairline crack in it which is causing the dead screen issues. Mind you the screen was shattered completely prior to repairing and the screen still worked well was just visibly hard to see anything. Now he states that it has a hairline crack. Now this place wants to charge me another $100 to get it repaired again!! When they should’ve properly done the repair correctly the first time. Beware of this place and do your do diligence. You’ve been warned this place is a joke. Going to get my daughters phone repaired at another reputable location with experience professionals unlike this place.

This business gives exemplary service. Ive had an issue with my phone for sometime and they worked on it numerous times until the issue was resolved. They were very empathetic, understanding, and concerned. I had to speak to five different people on different occasions and all had the same level of above and beyond customer service. I am very appreciative of their professionalism and will be using them for business from now on as well as recommending them to all of my family and friends. I didnt remember all of the workers names but I do remember Adam who I probably dealt with more than everything else. Hes very professional and knowledgeable, they all are, tbh. Good store if you want the run around. I was quoted 210 for a device they were going to buy. When I get there Im told they do not have the funds to buy the device and get sent to their other location. When I go out of my way and get to the other store, I get told they dont have the funds to go to a different location and got a completely different offer. I ended up selling the phone elsewhere for double what they offered.

GO HERE AND ASK FOR *ROLAND*!!!! After 7+ repair shops of being told my phone is unrepairable or motherboard issues this guy got my phone going !!!! Great Fix! Fast and easy. Came down to Texas to visit, and this was the closest shop. Was looking for something near by and not worrying about quality so i took a 50/50 chance. Luckily it exceeded my expectations, and would definitely choose this shop over a lot of the ones back home in Miami.

OK folks, I inadvertently washed my iPhone 7. It was DOA and I was freaking out!! I brought it to the Potranco store and they told me my options and made no promises. Within an hour and a half they called me to inform me that my phone was working. I couldn’t believe it. Additionally, customer service is NOT dead in this establishment, which is quite refreshing in this day of quick fix and fast food. Don’t go anywhere else! These guys know their phones!!
