This store is by far the best Boost store ever. I went Saturday evening 10 minutes til they closed n Ms. Natalie n Ms. Brenda ma gave me the best customer service ever. They both stayed til my 2 phones were on n working. This is n will b my go to stote as long as my 2 friends r there!+

Worst service in all of San Antonio not only did my daughters phone malfunction since the time I bought it but the fact that theres only a 7 day warranty for things like that to be fixed on phone even though we bought the phone from that location and my daughter called and let them know it wasnt working still after the seven days on the phone she was told to bring the phone in its the only way they can fix it why tell us 1 day its going to be fixed then not fix it we waited up there for almost two hours to have them tell us about a 7 day warranty they knew from the very beginning we were past if you want a good working phone and nicer helpful customer service people go to Metro and save your time and money for a company that actually does whats promised on TV.
