Update*Changing the rating since they finally came in and rectified the problem today, so changing the review to reflect the rest of the work that was done without issues.This is after the first day of installation. I called them and told them its coming off and they can come and fix it any time, dont have to rush. I followed up after couple of days, made another few calls. The customer service did acknowledge and told me the installers would call me. This is probably third or fourth time I had called and followed up and no one called me back and my friends has been asking me why didnt go with Costco or some reputable organization. I went with CSC through a referral and now I feel like I should have gone with a reputable organization so they are committed to come back and address any issue promptly. Pretty frustrated that theres no perfection and with lack of perfection and accountability with CSC floors!

We just got our carpets replaced upstairs and CSC floors did a phenomenal job! Patti was a joy to work with, and they quoted us such a great rate. The installers showed up on time, moved our furniture for us, were very polite, and also speedy! Will definitely use CSC Floors again should the need arise.

We recently faced the challenge of preparing our home for sale. Renovation of the master bathroom was the first priority. Shauna Stephan with CSC was highly recommended by a trusted associate of ours to address the flooring issue we faced. We reached out to her, and she promptly responded. He carefully protected the rest of our home. His craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. And he finished the entire project in one day! Once on the market our home sold in less than one day!
