Knowledgeable on options for flooring, especially when trying to match a retired product we dont even know the name of. And able to provide useful suggestions for lighting in a bathroom above a tub- make sure it is rated for bath use. They also have very reasonable sales- we will be going back.

Not real happy with Rockwall, TX location. My 83 yr old Dad went and bought a chandelier for over $600 and ask at the time of purchase, if this is not the right size can I return the item. The guy helping him went and ask someone and they told him yes. He never once mentioned that there was a 25% restocking fee. On a $600 light thats a lot of money to loose. He would never have bought the item if he would have known that. Now their telling him that theres a sign on the counter that states that. When he ask about returning that should have been told to him then. To me, thats deceiving. I will definitely not be recommending this store to anyone else.

CW Floors & Lighting company replaced my house’s carpet. They did an excellent job and reasonable price. Oscar, a technician, is very professional and provided an excellent quality work. My family is happy with his work. Strong recommended!

Salesperson was terrific. She did everything just right. However, the installer was horrible. He spoke to himself loudly, cussed profusely, man-handled the material, did the underlayment, left nails sticking out (which were not aware of until later), installed the vinyl planks with glue. It looked nice but then within a week there were nails popping out of the vinyl planks. When asked who did our floors I just have to be honest. I hate giving bad reviews but I would certainly hate for someone else to spend a lot of money with a terrific salesperson and then get horrible installation job.

We were never greeted when we walked in . Never asked if need some assistance in locating the product we were looking for, so after 15-20 min we left, after which we went to another store where we bought $2,000 (cash) of the same exact flooring we saw at your store. As for a rating not even 1 star.

Overall great experience and beautiful results. CW Floors tiled our bedroom and hallway. We had 5 carpet transitions, 2 wood transitions and existing flooring to coordinate with. Kindel has a design eye and listened to my needs. All installers were awesome! Will be using them again for our pool house.

This shop has a great management team. They listened to us carefully and tried to fix their mistake. It took time but eventually they fixed the problem and provided a better service. I trust this business. They are honest and gentle. My family is now very satisfied with their carpet installation at our house.

My wife and I are in the process of remodeling our home so we went into the store to shop for flooring, approximately 1100 sq ft. We walked in and noticed a salesperson with a couple so we walked around. We ran into another salesman, looked at us and said hello and continued to look at his desk. We continued to walked around trying to find the product we had in mind to no avail. The first salesperson walked by us two or three more times without asking if we needed assistance. A gentleman walked in and she greeted him and started helping him. We even walked around the lighting area to see if someone would come to us, nope. At this point, I looked at my wife and said let’s go. We walked out without any assistance. Don’t know if we didn’t present ourselves as potential customers,maybe we didn’t dress the right way or wrong color, Won’t go back.

Overall, we had an excellent experience with CW Floors. Daisy helped us through the entire process, and was very patient and helpful all along the way. Even when she was out for a couple of days she made arrangements to ensure our installation moved forward as planned. We even won a new 65 inch television during the process!

I went to CW Flooring and Lighting for some light fixtures. I have been looking for months. Maggie helped me. She was knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant. She helped me find the right lights for my kitchen. Maggie is the best and made my shopping experience great!

Weve used CW twice for tile purchases. The first time, they sent a contractor to install. He did excellent, especially at matching the grout to our existing area. The second time we just reordered the same tile and added more. We used a family friend to install. Mary is the most awesome and patient sales person. Cant say enough. She went above and beyond to help me match colors, determine how many boxes I needed and even picked up my order early so the installer could finish on time. I will definitely be returning for our next project.

We bought our flooring from CW and paid our contractor for the installation. Nancy Hughes worked with me. Nancy is responsive, a straight shooter and a clear communicator. We negotiated a great price based on a 1600 sq ft flooring purchase. When my contractor messed up and over estimated the amount we needed by a couple hundred square ft, we decided to extend the flooring into the master suite and purchase a couple more boxes through Nancy. Even though the volume was small for the second order, she gave us a very good price. Nancy also helped facilitate the delivery of the first order. I recommend calling her and working with her if you are looking to purchase flooring.

I had been working with Daisy for a couple weeks. I was ready to finalize my transaction and get the carpet ordered and pay half of the amount quoted. Without my authorization, Daisy charged the entire amount and would not reverse and correctly charge half. I canceled the order for lack of customer service or a willingness to abide by the payment arrangements I was initially given. I have been a customer since 2001, have made many purchases for 3 homes and have referred many people to this company. Sales agents like Daisy will be the reason this company loses customers.Note to future customers, make sure they follow thru with quoted info.

Horrible customer service! Walked in looking for a light for my kitchen. A gentlemen came and asked what I was looking for and I told him something similar to what I found at Home Depot. He responded with a rude remark and then said “I’ll be over here if you need me.” Didn’t even try to show me anything or attempt to help me find something similar. He just went to sit at his desk and was on his cell phone. I will never return to this store!!

It’s been 11 days since we purchased our outdoor wall sconces and we haven’t received them yet, spoke to our Salesman Manuel and first he said 7 -10 days, then we called back after the seventh day (btw the customer is the one that gotta follow up in this Company) and he said 10 days, we called today and he said LATE TUESDAY, on Tuesday will be the 17th day, horrible service and delivery!

Went here to look at vinyl wood look flooring. Had our house measured by Troy. He did a walk through then sat at our table did some quick calculations on his calculator. Then circled the price and said hows this?It was a low quote but the problem is he didnt include many of the other needed items in order to put in a floor. I assumed he would give us a more accurate quote at the store. I picked out a floor and he assumed I was ready to buy it right then when I arrived at the store. I told him my husband and I need to discuss the quote he would give us and if he could write things down we could know where all the money is going and if there are things we could do ourselves to save some. So he jotted down some numbers ..... Seriously.... About 5 items and prices on a note pad. So I took a picture of it and to send it to my husband so he could see what he wrote down. I thencalled my husband to talk to him. As soon as I stood up Troy grabbed the paper he wrote the 5 items on folded it up and placed it where I couldnt reach it. Strange?? Most lagitimate places will give you a detailed quote for you to take home. So I told him I was going to shop around. He leaned back in his chair and said Good luck with that! I was really insulted that he treated me like that. I left and will not go back.

The product is great and we love the way it looks in our house but it almost wasnt worth the mental anguish! if you see James coming towards you, head for the hills. to start off after the paperwork was all signed it was difficult to reach him, he said he left a voicemail but I never even had a missed call. he should have walked through all of the nuances of installation that a first time renovator wouldnt know; tile pattern, grout color, grout width, where the pattern should start! these are all things that would have been decided by the contractor if I wasnt lucky enough to stay home from work to be present. twice I had to put the project on hold and had to wait for James to return my phone calls to make sure that things were being done correctly, which of course they werent. James only came by the house to check on things after several distressing calls and me putting the project on hold. on top of that every time something went wrong the contactors would say James told them to do it that way and of course James said no such thing, they should know better. he tried to tell us that shaving doors and removal/reinstallation of toilet wasnt part of the job and we would have to find our own contractors, of course this was said after the project started. we removed all of the carpet ourselves and he tried to charge us for it! after all those problems and all that hassle he repeatedly stated he wasnt making any money off the job and couldnt mark anything down! im dreading the future if there are any maintenance issues that have to be done under the labor warranty.

Just put a deposit on flooring and now they say the store is closing!! Going to have to wait a week to get money back. Horrible experience!!!
