Candy and I got very lucky when we walked into the showroom and got Christine as our sales person. We have purchased several thousand dollars with her on several occasions and found her to not be pushy and very knowledgeable. She gone beyond our expectations. Christine has kept us abreast of delays in our orders and when to expect arrivals etc. Christine is truly an advocate for any buyer of fine furniture. We have found prices at Louis Shanks to be in line or below other quality furniturecompanies. We feel that we are getting permanent quality and not revolving door items that have to be replaced every few years.

Instead of spending our day driving to every store in town, we called and asked a sales rep about their inventory. Jorge was super friendly, sent us texts of pictures on what he thought might work for us, and then when we showed up he answered all our questions and gave us a great price. My experience with Louis Shanks was wonderful!! I got a great deal on a Baker dining table thankfully because of our awesome salesperson Laura. She took her time in understanding what I was looking for and also educated me on materials and designs. It is a huge store so be prepared to take your time whenever you visit. They stored my table for over 30 days (while we were moving and renovating the house...) and then pick up was smooth and straight forward. Staff is friendly and unassuming.

Although we walked in just half an hour before the closing time on Sunday, Jorge Fernández helped us out patiently answering all our questions about the product we were looking at. This is my go to furniture store. Clay Stone has been the key factor in getting me the furniture that I was wanting for my new home. Delivery has been above and beyond expectations. They show up when they say they will, take great care in positioning the furniture and have been very polite and professional in the process. When they say that they provide white glove delivery, they mean it. I am very grateful to be a return customer.

Louis Shanks sells furnishings, floor coverings and more.. carefully curated and coordinated with professional sales advice. We couldnt be happier! We arrived 30 minutes before end of the store hours, with interest in mattresses. Designer Christine provided quick overview and made a follow-up appointment. We tried different mattresses in different positions, guided by the designer. Other staff members helped us understand the process.Eventually purchased a mattress, bed, hardwood floor, and rug. Each was something we had planned to do for years. Louis Shanks guided us through inertia into a more comfortable present.
