We were desperate for help with padding and nice carpet within our means. We came across Floor Depot on Spencer lane and after speaking with them on the phone we were invited to come in and check out the remnants they had that would suit my budget. They could have sold me show carpeting but after hearing my story they went above and beyond to fit the areas i needed for my newly walking grandson with grade A remnants. They were patient, kind, and above all understanding of my situation. They are wonderful guys with big hearts. I will pass my experience along, recommend highly, and continue getting my carpeting from these very kind people at Floor Depot. They even remembered my sister buying carpeting and padding twice... Great place, great service! Thank you so much for helping me keep this precious child safe. You rarely find people with this caliber of caring in these tough days! Id give them zero stars if it would allow me to for the experience I had. Regardless who was right or wrong (owner was wrong) thru possible miscommunication, an owner should never yell at the customer and then proceed to continue acting like a child and refusing to do business with you after not completing the transaction/job 100%. Very unprofessional and the worst experience ever.

Great product options, but if you are concerned about covid safety, especially now that more contagious versions abound, be aware that not one of their employees are masked. Sign on door saying its a must but they dont care. Ridiculous.

Kevin and the team at Floor Depot helped us out tremendously! They were able to locate and install materials within 4 days where as Home Depot took 2 months and then weren’t able to install the material and a let’s-wait-longer approach to remedy the problem. Thanks Floor Depot for taking care of us so quickly and for less AND it looks amazing!

We came here to purchase a carpet remnant and had no trouble finding one we liked. The man who helped us was nice and the selection of remnants was good. After paying, the salesman had us drive around to the side and a young man loaded it into our car. Nice!

Fantastic company. I have enjoyed working with Rob. This is a family operation, even those who are not family are. Fun to play with Sam the dog when you visit. I have been working with them for about 1.5 months now as we renovate our home and have really enjoyed the people that work there and their can do attitude. Trisha is an awesome asset to this company...great at what she does, very committed and works hard to make things happen. They also have a massive selection of tile at reasonable prices. We did not use them for the install as we have a very large job and needed someone sooner than when they were available.

A lovely black dog was in the showroom by the front door. The dog was barking at us as we tried to walk in. A young salesman came to the front door grabbed the dog with his two fists by the skin on the dogs back and neck then, literally, picked the dog up and tossed him into another room. I asked the young man if the dog was alright. He told me the dog was fine and that thats the way their mothers carry them. I corrected him and told him that was not the proper way to handle an adult dog. I suggested he Google how to properly lift an adult dog. The young man blew me off and started happily chatting with another customer. Also, vulgar music was loudly playing, Shes my cherry pie, tastes so good makes a grown man cry. I left immediately. I found Floor Depot to be unprofessional.

If I could give this place a negative I would. Tried to go look for vinyl flooring and had a sample. The salesman was rude, short, and their prices are NOT anywhere the cheapest in town. They are th most expensive place I have been to. He said he can call me with manufacturer prices and get back to me. Couldnt even give me pricing, would not recommend going here at all. Salesman just walked away when I asked him to tell me if he thinks they can come down to match Home Dept. So annoyed I even gave them a chmace.

Absolutely horrible customer service! We requested samples and were told that they would call when they were in; would take 2-3 business days. Almost a week later we had to call them and got oh theyve been in. Liking what we saw (as far as tile) we decided to make a purchase and were told the order would be in before Christmas. Was never offered a delivery service and soon figured out why. WE called them the day before Christmas Eve inquiring about our order. They finally got back to us, via text message, and informed us that our order was at a local distributor waiting to be picked up and that they closed at 3pm (2 hours after they texted us). There was no way to pick up our order in time so our project had to wait 4 days till the next business day. Come Monday I went over to this distributor with a purchase order in hand. The distributor would not release the tile stating that Floor Depot has had credit problems and hasnt paid their bills in the past. After an hour of the distributor trying to establish a credit for our purchase, the tile was released. Very upset, I attempted to contact the owner of the store to explain the situation. Their response was hes at our other location moving that store over here because we are closing it...I will leave him a message and he will get back to you. Its 8pm and still havent received a phone call. I am now glad that we opted to have the tile installed by a more professional service, since Floor Depot quoted more than double the material price. Steer clear of these guys. Dont turn a stressful project into a worse one by dealing with these jokers.
