I nervously spoke with Rick about oil change for my 1991 Figaro, he said he would find the parts I needed and with no issues he did.. Drove in a few days later, again nervous about my little car (parts are hard to find), Everett put me at ease and said he would take good care of her..He kept me updated, he and the shop guys did great job even storing her in garage safely until I picked her up.. I have been in San Antonio since 2013 and I have been a loyal customer of this dealership since then. However I wouldn’t have given them any rating at all due to the treatment my wife and I received when my truck was brought in for the turbo boost had gone out. My truck was in the service department for 11 weeks I was told I would receive a call from the service advisor with a update which never occurred however the service manager call me after calling him he was somewhat helpful. The other issue that I had was they gave me a loaner car which was a rouge after 3 weeks of having it there was a lady that called from the dealership and asked to speak with me about the rouge my wife had the phone on speaker so the lady stated in a very rude tone that they needed the rouge back I tried to explain to her that I need a truck to transport my equipment. She then stated she didn’t care what I needed the truck for if didn’t get it back to the dealership she will have someone come to my home and pick it up and she hung up in my face. I went to the dealership to give them their truck back and they gave me a replacement vehicle which was a Altaima with no gas in it. The gaslight was on. My wife asked the same rude lady if they would put some gas in the car and she stated no they don’t put gas in the loaner. We went to a nearby gas station and filled it up. My wife and I have bought 5 vehicles from world car however we will never buy anything from them ever again. We encourage others to not shop there as well overall the customer service SUCKS.
Always a great experience. The work was done swiftly. I got a thorough review of my cars needs. They even cleaned my car, which was great. The staff is always friendly. Thats why I keep coming back for service and when its time for a new car.

Had to wait a really long time (over an hour) to go into the financial office. My new car was not clean…there were spots of pollen, the opening of the hood was covered with dirt, when you opened the trunk it had dirt, there were stickers on all the wheels and the floor mats included in the price of the at were not in my car. When I called about the floor mats they said they would have to order them. Hard to believe that none of the altimas on the lot had floor mats that I could have picked up and they orders floor mats for a car that had not been purchased already!
Went there for a recall for my 2017 Altima. They repaired it quickly and I even got a free oil change with a coupon I received. I was out within an hour so I was happy.
This was the best dealership experience I have ever had. Service contact Van Evans was fantastic. Van answered all my questions and kept me informed during all repairs. My vehicle was ready ahead of promised time. When does that ever happen at a dealership?Would like to congratulate the entire service staff at World Car and particularly Van Evans. His level of customer service is awesome!
Waited on hold for 10 minutes to talk to the operator who said the Nissan service was not available. When I did get through I was told to bring my car in by 3 pm or they would turn me away because they want to leave to go home by 6 and not a minute later. If that’s how they are rushing me I wouldn’t imagine they poor quality rush work they would do on my car if they are in that much of a hurry to go home. I would rather take my car elsewhere and be treated like a real customer who spent over $30k on my Nissan, I should be getting to quality service.
We are still waiting on them to release our vehicle… our bank is having to step up and check on the funding for us because they haven’t bothered to call us with an update, if it weren’t for me texting the sales girl we wouldn’t know anything…… not classy World Class Nissan……..

I found a 2018 Nissan Titan XD Platinum Reserve 4WD Diesel on the World Car Nissan website. Based on the pictures and description, the truck looked pristine and was priced as such, as well (~$47,000). So I went down to the dealership only to be seriously disappointed. The truck was in good condition - definitely not excellent as priced, and not great either. I looked up fair market value based on actual condition, and it was ~$43,000. The salesman was significantly lacking, as well.The truck has a lot of imperfections (scratches, chips, dings, and a small dent). Some of the chips had started to rust. The tires were close to bald and needed to be replaced. The batteries were significantly leaking battery acid that caused the battery tie downs to start to corrode (rust). The battery acid and corrosion had started to leak on the surfaces below them promoting more corrosion. The interior had a lot of scratches on plastic pieces. The leather had several rub marks that needed to be worked out with leather specific cleaning/conditioning products.While discussing the issues with the vehicle to the salesman, his eyes and body language gave off the you are annoying me vibe. I stopped and asked him if he knew anything about the vehicle, and he responded with No. Im in sales not the technical department. Seriously! I am at a Nissan dealership looking at a Nissan. This guy needs some serious training. At this point I decided he was a waste of my time, so I asked if I could drive the truck. He said sure and took my DL. When he came back from making a copy and getting a temp plate, I decided to see if driving the truck was going to be a waste of time. I told the salesman that based on condition, the actual value of the truck was only about $43,000. His response was this: Let me stop you right there. We price our vehicles at fair market value (lie) and will not come down on our price.I walked away.
My most recent experience was amazing. Kristen, the advisor constantly communicated with me. Always provided updates. I didn’t have my truck from August 20 - September 15th. Kristen worked and got me a loaner in a timely manor. Nissan diagnosed my truck properly and I had a new transmission put into my truck. It no longer judders.
They were able to make a copy of my car keys and texted me when it was finished. They kept in touch. Theyre reliable.
Brett was the greatest of help this past visit. He attended me right away and was wonderful about keeping me updated with my vehicle service. The other World Car members are just as great as Brett. The customer service employees were very nice and polite. The work they provided was great but the downside was the long wait. However when I called to schedule my vehicle the time slot available was 3:00pm so I expected to be waiting due to other cars ahead of me.
I took my Nissan pathfinder in for a recall notice. Brett is the one that helped me get my appointment set up. When I arrived someone greeted me immediately and got all my information. I dropped my car off at 8:15am and I’was ready by 11:30am! Excellent service!
Very poor customer service and a giant waste of our time and fuel. We had an appointment to look at a vehicle at 1600 on Labor Day I told them we were driving from almost an hour away. We showed up and got put at a waiting table. We spoke with a salesman and waited for 45 min before I asked what was going on. It took almost another 20 minutes before they told us the vehicle wouldn’t start. I made the appointment that morning so I would have thought it would make sense to make sure all was set to go for the test drive. I was told they would call me the next day. I started calling them for information about the vehicle around 1400. I was passed to multiple different people with no answer. I called 5 times until 1800 and was given excuses as to why no one had returned my call and why I couldn’t talk to a manager. The next morning the a manager called me around 1100 to let me know they hadn’t had time to get the vehicle looked at and he would keep my info and let me know when it was fixed. So I waited 11 days later and still no phone call so I called and left a message; no return phone call. So we ended up purchasing a vehicle somewhere else 13 days later.
Called about a 2022 pathfinder. Was told car was available and when would I like to see it. I said be there ten minutes. They said awesome when you get here ask for Brandon B. I showed up at 1155 am 8/14/2021. Walked in and told a nice lady we were told to ask for Brandon. She went and told someone and said Brandon would be right with us. My wife and I sat down. No one ever came to talk to us. We sat there till 1230. Never received a check in or a hello or anything from Brandon or anyone. Finally we just got up and left. The car we wanted to see was parked right by the front door. We were there to actually buy the car. We will be going to Ancira to buy a similar Pathfinder now. Thanks.
My wifes car broke down and was towed to World Car. I called ahead and was transferred to Kristen. After explaining what happened, she called back several hours to inform me of the diagnosis. I was prepared for in excess if $1000 repairs. To my surprise, it was covered under Power train warranty. Needless to say, I was happy, but mostly because it was to be done the following day! The next day came about and I was picked up by a really cool shuttle driver and retrieved my car as promised. Kudos to Kristen and the service staff for their excellent efforts! I will definitely be back, and am giving sales a shot for a new car shortly.
The wait time seems to fair. I make appointments ahead of time. I usually wait, depending on the work done to the car, an hour or more. Last time I went they seemed pretty busy and I was there for about 2 hours. I dont think thats bad because most car places take that amount of time. They have complimentary drinks as well I believe. I dont mind waiting if I know my car is being fixed for a fair price.

I made an 8:30 appointment for an oil change and a recall on my hoodlatch. When I arrived at 8:20 I was told there would be a 2.5 hour wait. What is the purpose of scheduling an appointment? I received a call after 12pm letting me know my car was finished. I had to have someone pick me up to run errands that I needed to take care of. I was expecting to wait atleast an hour, bit not 4 hours. Definitely going somewhere else for my next service.
The best part of the entire experience was our salesman. Virginia T. was personable, friendly and a total joy to work with. She wasnt pushy and listened to what we were looking for and helped us each step of the way. She continued to be helpful and answered all our questions even after the sale was complete. She said if we had any questions at all to just contact her and she would assist us. She has kept true to her word. Thank you Virginia for being so wonderful.
Kristen is awesome! She did a great job communicating status updates and setting realistic expectations for repair completion. Although there were delays in getting the part she always communicated next steps and worked to get the repair completed as quickly as possible. Great overall experience. It was good service but I noticed that two of my tires did not have the little tire caps. It is a little thing but I don’t like to see my tires without the capsI’m planning on calling to see if they can be mailed to me. They were on the car and were not replaced when they rotated the tires
My salesman, Jonathan was the primary reason I had an excellent experience. He was personable, knowledgeable, and attentive. Im not a fan of the whole in person car buying process as it takes way too much time. I recognize that Jonathan had no control over that process. If it were not for him, I probably would have opted to do something totally online. Big kudos to Jonathan.
Fast service. Friendly staff. But I think they recommend services that are not needed just for sake of selling. Fir example they recommend an oil change, if I go by miles since I use synthetic oil Im nearly 4000 miles away since I hardly use the vehicle, by date it would be some part of July. They recommend tire rotation, the tires are about 1 mth old, they recommended the cabin filter, I just got it replaced 2 weeks ago and I can keep going down the list. The vehicle has only 42000 miles driven and is a 2016 fairly very low mileage and they gave a list of 13 items that required my attention and other that vehicle might need in the future. Other than that I dont have anything bad to say about the service.
I just recently purchased a vehicle at world car Nissan. I love the car, but the service sucked. Our salesman did his job, but the sales manager is the worst. He mixed up vin numbers and had us financing the wrong vehicle, so then we had to go back and get the correct vehicle financed. Then the vehicle we wanted to purchase had a recall that they could not fix, so they told me that there is the exact same vehicle that we could get instead but was $100 more then the one we picked out. I told the sales manager that we are not paying that because you cannot fix the other vehicle but he still made us pay for that. Then when we went to sign the papers the finance guy messed up on a lot of things and we had to keep coming back to re-sign the papers. Between the sales manager and the finance guy messing up, this will make me really think about every coming back to this dealership.

Now it’s been over 2 months and I got a recall notice for the door hinges on my lift gate . When I called to schedule the appointment on 18 SEP 21 to bring my Rogue in I was told Nissan North America requires a service department employee to get a visual reading of the odometer before parts can be ordered and I would need to “swing by” the dealership so she could write down the mileage. I explained that I live in Seguin and “swinging by” was a 45 minute trip for me. I called Nissan North America and was told no such policy exists and that I could have given that information over the phone. I later received a text from her apologizing for the inconvenience of having to come in and that the person who misinformed her no longer works in the service department. On 22 SEP 21 I go in to have some spots removed from my seats having purchased (during Patricia Martinez’s sales pitch)the Appearance Package Protection. It’s supposed to protect paint, windshield and interior. She told me it would help with resale value and if a rock broke the windshield, a windshield replacement alone would pay for this coverage. It would be worth the $1998. She said if anything gets on the seats bring it in right away and we’ll take care of it. The 2 front seats were shampooed and a spot on the back seat and the spots are still on the passenger seat today. Later that day, I call the dealership and speak to a Lauren on the phone. I tell her I had just had my car detailed and the young man who did it found bug etching and several paint chips on the hood. I have the Appearance Protection could she help me and I decide to go ahead with my first oil change too.She tells me she get some information and call me back. She calls me back in a couple minutes and says if I can get there by 5 they can do my oil change and the manager will look at my hood and decide if it needs a paint pen or to be redone. I tried to make it by 5 but traffic did not allow so I was 20 minutes late. Not enough time to change my oil…understandable. However, I asked 2 men sitting desks in the service department if I could see Lauren, told them my name and that she knew why I was there. The middle aged heavy set man never would get her and said “she only answers phones “what do you need. I’m fuming at this point. I show him the hood and he immediately says it’s not covered but then he’s not sure he’ll have to check but he’s pretty sure it’s not. (Wait a minute, a rock can break the windshield, but if it damages the hood in the process the paint’s not covered?)

I was told that my service oil change on my 2021 Rogue was going to take between 30 to 45 minutes. We were there for over 2 hours. It would have been fine if we were told the truth in the very beginning.
After checkup and recommendations for work needed, parts were not available at the time of inspection. Have to schedule a different day to get job on car done. Great staff. Very polite.

Worst dealership I have ever been to. I would not recommend this place to an enemy….. their vehicles were dirty, they sold us one with a broken window, which was fine we were going to fix it, but then they with held the vehicle for the broken window like what you sold it that way lol, they couldn’t even find us a lender we literally had to do our own financing through our bank, told us the vehicle would be ready in the morning the next day, and nope it wasn’t, so I said cancel it then, after not hearing from them for hours I call and they attempt to smooth things over but still won’t release the vehicle to us smh… Will never buy a vehicle here again, I feel so bad for our sales girl Amanda she was amazing, she deserves to work with better people… Brandon, the finance lady allll of them… worthless if I could give negative stars I would

I recently had the absolute worse experience trying to get my car serviced at Nissan in New Braunfels where I bought it. (Paid cash! Guess they didn’t want the $$ for service no communication or assistance to even set up an appointment ))BUT,I prefer to get my car serviced at the dealer. Apprehensively I made my appointment with World Car. I was so nervous.Wayne and the entire service department super exceeded my expectations !I definitely will be going back and telling my friends about them!Wayne really cared and appreciated that I was a customer. I was greeted buy a very nice young lady who brought up my vin number and got me in and out in about 45 min. thats nice. She also told me that i should change my engine air filter next oil change. Ive had numerous oil changes over the last 5 yrs at World Car and this was a real nice one, thanks World Car!
In January and February I had significant problems with service at this dealership. Work was done to fix an issue which did not remedy the problem. I eventually found adequate information in the owner’s manual to resolve that issue myself. I originally assigned a ‘1’ rating to this review. About two weeks after posting my review, I discovered that the dealership had replaced the service manager in an effort to elevate that department’s performance to be a positive opportunity for customer experience. The new service manager addressed my issue quickly and took steps to restore my faith in the dealership. The revised rating of ‘4’ reflects the dealership’s attention to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Everybody was super helpful and professional assisting me with my new car purchase. Especially Andres went above and beyond! He made things very easy for me and things went smooth and fast. So thank you Andres and the rest of the team!
I was helped by a young lady (I’m so bad with names) but she has Hispanic with a long ponytail. She was so nice and honest with me during my whole visit. I came in for a oil change and Ofcourse Nissan does a complementary check on the car and she came back with what needs to be done now and what can wait till later. She was so a patient and gave me as much information she can. At the end of the visit she also drove my car through the car wash for me ! When I tell you this was the best service I ever had in my 5 years will Nissan, it definitely was. I will be coming back soon to get the rest of the recommendations done. Looking forward to seeing her .
My truck was brought in on June 19th to have the appearance package done. While you had it, I ask if they could check out a issue I was experiencing when driving. I spoke with Sam a week later and He told me that the technician was able to replicate what I was experiencing and there was a part on order. I waited, I call to check on Tuesday the 20th. I was told they give the message for Sam to call me with update. I didnt her from Sam. I call back on Wed the 21st waited for another advisor to call. He did call to say my truck was ready. I told him I would pick it up on Thursday. When I arrived, I ask what was done to the truck. The young lady. Stated that the Tech cleared a code that showed up that had not been cleared from manufacturer delivery. The Tech drove it 3 different time and couldnt replicate what I was experiencing and there was no part ordered or replaced for my truck.
I went to World Car Nissan because it was the closest Nissan dealer to where my car died. The service dept told me I had problems due to prior improper installation of an engine air filter that caused over a thousand dollars in repair. I called my trusted oil and vehicle maintenance shop who said that was not possible. I towed my car to my mechanic. My car only required a new battery...other than that it was fine. I will never go to World Car Nissan again.
I always feel confident that my car will receive stellar treatment. If not for the long wait, it would be absolutely perfect. But I guess a lot of customers feel the same way about the quality service, hence the considerable wait time.

Well see depends if My Tundra truck and Maxima. Then Ill know. I already order them . They are my devices u do use the Apache license to run your establishment. I mean Experian already told me my vehicles were paid off 2021 and 2020 Nissan Altima. Ill be looking forward for the delivery I believe it was scheduled today at 3pm thanks

Always great customer service in the Service Department. Wayne helped me get back home while there was over a 2 hour wait and their courtesy driver called out.
