Just bought my first vehicle from them today. I bought my truck from Alfredo and he made the whole process smooth and worked with me to get in the vehicle I wanted. The price was great and service was excellent. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Easiest car buying experience! Smaller operation with great warranties and again they make it as easy as possible. They didn’t have the truck I was looking for but quickly showed me a truck that was more than what I was wanting but cheaper than what I was expecting to pay! Go go go to this dealership!!!!

They sold me a car telling me that it needed minimal repairs and it turned out that the car needed a whole brand new engine. When I called back to see if I could get my money back they just kinda basically blew me off and said that’s how you bought and did not want to refund me my money. I was told the car had a SMALL overheating problem due to the car needing ONLY a tune up and an oil change when in fact the car needed a whole new engine. They told me the car had a small overheating problem but nothing about the car not running nor it having major problems. This place did nothing but LIE about the vehicles condition. AVOID this shady dealership at all costs.

Bought a truck and the AC went out a month later. The shop who fixed it said they had put Freon in it to look like it was working. Had to get a whole new AC put in. No response from this dealer.

After three hours, made a deal with a salesman, Alfredo, and another gentleman whom I assume was their onsite business manager. They provided me what they wanted for the SUV and what theyd give me for mine. Completed the purchase order, signed it, and was on the phone with the bank providing them the info only to be told the owner called and backed out, cant do the deal, and overrode the two people who were actually there. We drove to a reputable dealer a few miles down the road and bought better for less money. A blessing for sure. If you choose to buy here, make sure you ask to speak to the owner on the phone when you walk on the lot or you will waste a significant amount of your time.RESPONSE TO OWNER COMMENT BELOW (a year after my original review): See the pics of your building? That area with the glass on the far left is the office. See that little white door next to the office? Thats your bathroom. Inside the office are random desks and used sofas. You may sell all trucks now (dont know) but at the time you sold all vehicle types. Once again, its easier to deflect than to take accountability. Another reason to proceed with caution with this seller -- does not accept any accountability even when presented with facts -- and will attempt to turn it back on you. Its funny to read his reply and sad that these are his values.

This company was 100% honest with me. I can not thank them enough for their honesty.

On February 23rd 2021 I went to this business to purchase a 2012 Silverado, once I got there we met Alfredo and he showed us 2 trucks. He showed us a Chevy Colorado and said it was $21,000. He had frame damage and salvage yard parts. The motor was ticking and the bed of the truck was damaged. I saw a nice clean Silverado he said was $19,000. He said it was in perfect condition, little did we know he only meant physically not mechanically. So we proceeded with the application process and he got us approved for $3500 with a deferred $500 down and financing the vehicle at $17,000. He and another gentleman named Deandre asked us to lie to the financing company (Westlake financial) about who the primary driver was and told us to tell them we were in possession of the truck when we were NOT IN POSSESSION. I admit it was a bad decision and we agreed, but we left WITHOUT the truck. We were told it was so they could clean it up, do a tune up, fix the switches for the doors and windows and finalize the agreement. Two days later on the 25th we showed up because we herd crickets and kept getting told to hold off. We arrive to meet Alfredo again, and pick up the truck, still no working windows or door locks, but he said he’d order them, so we left. 1 week after we left they pulled half the deferred payment from my bank A DAY EARLIER than agreed, we text and called the dealer and got no response. Another 5 days goes by and they pull the other half A DAY EARLIER than agreed. Over drew my account twice. Fast forward 3 weeks after having this truck the transmission is falling out, the wheels were installed BACKWARDS and screwed up the sensors and tires were shredded on the inside. The hubs are going out, it never got the tune up he said they did, still no switches for the truck doors or windows. I post a review on google and the OWNER finally agrees to fix the truck if I take down my negative review. Seems like blackmail to me. I refused and he offered me to bring the truck back and give me my down payment back, so I agreed and said I’d be there on the March 25th once they opened. We show up and the owner said he never said he’d give me my money back. (I have a screenshot of his comment which he deleted today and it states bring the truck back and I’ll give you your money back so there’s no more excuses) he refused to be civil and said his salesman that sold us the truck sold it illegally..... said deferred payments are illegal(?) I called the police department to come mediate, they arrived and we discussed it, the owner said to cancel the contract with Westlake and he’ll give me my money and he’ll take the truck back, so I canceled the contract, the owner went back and said he never agreed to that!!! So the contract was canceled, they kept my down payment, and told me to leave with the truck. (Which is all on 2 officers body cameras) when I asked about the title they told me to speak to some guy named Matthew, who told me to stop calling him and not to call him again..... I just wanted my money back, like I was offered. I would NOT RECOMMEND this dealer to anyone. They are selling lemons and their mechanic doesn’t know what they are doing. The owner seems to be oblivious to what his salesmen are doing and promising and doesn’t seem to understand basic things like over draft fees or honor or dignity. His comments on other google reviews is attacking anyone who has negative things to say. He holds no accountability for his business and blames his salesmen unless they are standing in the room with him. Now the owner is telling lies because he doesn’t like the review we left and that we called the cops on him. He keeps changing his comments and doubling back and denying he ever said these things. Good thing I have photographs and video of everything that’s happened. Can you say consumer fraud!

Alfredo is so awesome and knowledgeable. Matthew the owner is so great to work with and they were able to get a really low down payment and a nice warranty with my purchase. These guys know how to get people approved and how to make people happy. When I first heard about them,I did my research and saw a couple bad reviews but they are not accurate. These guys put the car on the lift and showed me everything about this vehicle. I was given the opportunity to take the car to my mechanic down the road and they showed me the car fax and if I had any problems they said just bring it back. Thank you Matt and Alfredo.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE THEY WILL ROB YOU! If I could rate 0 stars I would. BE AWARE they don’t have self accountability, I bought a Sprinter on 5-15-20 and on may 5-31-20 not even 15 days after purchasing the van goes bad on the transmission. They won’t respond or give any guarantees on the repairs or give me my 4500 back that I gave as down payment. Even the bank that finance the balance cancel me the loan pretty quick and said that what they were doing was unethical and unreasonable.

Just bought a car from here today! The guys working here are amazing and truly do work with you. Although I didnt get the car I wanted they put me in one that was within my price range and even got me in the payment range I wanted. Will definitely buy from them again in the future! I am writing this in hopes of helping somoone out. I purchased a vehicle from Mathew at AUTO SA Texas. Only two years have passed and I was just told today by a local reputable repair shop here in Austin that the car I purchased is unsafe and not worth repairing. Here I am thinking that the repair shop is calling me to let me know my car is ready. They asked me to come to the shop and take a look at the car while they had it on the lift. Ill let the pictures do the talking. Please be careful!!!! Entire suspension system shot. Multiple missing bolts to engine mounts. One of the main bolts that holds the frame to the subframe had been replaced with a sub par bolt that had broken in half at the frame. I have been driving my family around i n a car that only had ONE bolt at the front of the car holding the frame and subframe together. Here is a list of some of the parts 2 lower control arms, 1 rack and pinion,1 high pressure power steering line,front breaks and rear breaks were gone. THIS is just SOME of the problems they found on the car that I took in for what I thought was a simple power steering leak problem. BEWARE!!!!!
