I inquired about a vehicle I saw online and received a call back. I live 141miles one way from the lot location so I placed a 200.00 hold without signing a purchase and sales agreement so that I may get a ride from a friend to see the vehicle in person. The vehicle had a few more issues than I wanted and I changed my mind. I wasnt given back the 200.00 Im sure the car sold to someone because I was told I wasnt the only one who inquired. I realize business is business but we are in a pandemic a lot of people are living hand to mouth.🙏🏽 God Bless you

Not only did they go over and above to make sure everything went smoothly but they also made us feel like part of the family the moment we stepped onto the lot. I’m one of those people who prefers used cars versus new, as I think every imperfection adds to the car’s character. I picked a 2008 Ford Fusion and the car was absolutely pristine, I was able to take it home that day and I’ve loved it ever since.I took a few extra cards so I could recommend them to my coworkers. If you are looking for your first or even second car give them a call! I went in to look at a potential vehicle and the owner was extremely rude and had a pretentious attitude. I wanted to test drive it and he told me I only had 10 minutes to drive it, as if he thought I was going to be gone for a whole hour or something. His tone of voice was condescending and he made me feel like he had better things to do than to be there assisting me with questions I had. This man has a nasty attitude and should work on his customer service. Just because he is the owner does not mean he has to act like he is better.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. I tried to buy a vehicle and they did the credit check, let me know about the down payment and I agreed to it. Turns out the vehicle had problems and was taken to the “mechanic” to get fixed before I bought it. I was told it would take 3 days at most... Meanwhile, I gave a $500 payment to hold the vehicle, I had the down payment ready and even went out to get the insurance on the vehicle so I could take it home when the day came... 3 days passed and I didn’t get a call or anything. I had to reach out to get an update. I was told it would take another day and that they would contact me when it was ready. I waited again and nothing. This went on for about 3 weeks! Every time I’d call and ask to be updated, I’d be told “It will be ready tomorrow after 3 pm” or the owner was very rude and would get mad that I was calling to ask about it and made me feel like I was bothering him. He even said that he had someone else offer him $1,000 more than the listed sale price. Making it seem like he didn’t have to sell it to me. VERY STUCK UP, VERY unprofessional, and gave me the run around too many times. At the end he told me to go get my refund and tried to make it seem like I was in the wrong. He ranted in the office and just literally walked out. Did not apologize for anything or show any empathy. I regret wasting my time here.

Took my mother in law in to look at a car that she was interested in, a 2014 Chevrolet Spark listed at $6450. They tried to sell it to her for $1500 more than that (before taxes, title, etc) at a 23% intrest rate for 66 months. She has never bought a car before and I feel like they were trying to take advantage of her. Dont recommend unless you know what you are doing. The total financed price would have been almost 3x the list price.

I left with a beautiful 08 Nissan Sentra in my budget she gave me the price in my budget including the price of title and license plates. Had Zero accidents she showed me before I even asked. Very quiet and smooth when I drive it which is important. Also all vehicles come with unlimited oil changes for free for 2 years. It came total 4680 and I only had 4550 she still gave it to me with no problem even though others were trying to offer her 300 more then the price. She still handed me the keys with no problem. Definately be back when I upgrade in a year. I am a very happy buyer.

Update to my previous review. I bought a car from Nory yesterday and was mistakenly charged for an extra documentation fee. I didnt discover the mistake until today - a full day after I had signed the contract. I was sure I was stuck. However, I contacted Nory and she quickly refunded the difference.Wow. You cant ask for better service or for a higher level of integrity. If you need a car, go here. They really will treat you right!!

Vehicles are way to over priced for the mileage they have when i went by everyone seemed busy doing nothing stood there for a good 20 minutes without assistance and when i finally got help the one who helped me seemed rude and unprofessional would not recommend this place to no one, took my business elsewhere and got a better deal on a vehicle.
