Wow! Superb Customer Service at North Park Lincoln. From the moment I called to make my service appointment to the day I drove my vehicle in. The customer service is outstanding. The day I drove my vehicle in, I was greeted by Mark W. His courtesy and professionalism really made me feel that he was genuinely concerned about the issue my car was having. After he typed up my work order, he was very informative on the potential work that my vehicle may need. He made me aware of the fact that it would take a couple of days. Everything I needed to know, he made sure to inform me of. Again, very professional! And very courteous! My next stop, the Courtesy Vehicle that was arranged for me. I cannot express in words how important this was for me. My vehicle was in the shop for 4 days, the loaner was in my possession for those 4 days. When I was notified that my vehicle was ready, it was via text with the business hours listed and no pressure on returning the Courtesy Vehicle. No Stress, No Worry was my overall experience with North Park Lincoln. Thank you!

This place is just amazing... I came in on July 21st for routine maintenance and my service advisor was Arturo F. He was very professional, on time, courteous, and he even recommended extra services that I didnt even know I have on my Black Label vehicle. I was a little confused about how the extended warranty that I purchased with my vehicle, so he answered all of my questions about it and he even recommended that they can check my car for small dents and fix it if I had any. He came back with the iPad and showed me 2 tiny dents on the right side of my fender and door (I was definitely shocked b/c I didnt even see this). Apparently, you can only see these tiny dents under a special light, which makes sense why I didnt see it. They fixed both dents, and they even fixed/replaced my Black Label wheels b/c they also had some road rash on them (I scraped the curb a while back). All of these things were covered under my warranty, which is just amazing. They even detailed my car on the inside, outside, AND they put a ceramic coat on my car!! They did an amazing job, and I want to give a shout out to that team over there (I dont know their names). The complete list of things that I had done that day is astonishing... and I didnt even pay for anything.Oil filter change, tire rotation, replaced wiper blades, multi-point inspection, battery inspection, fixed 2 small dents, replaced my Black Label wheels, detailed my car, added a ceramic coat, AND THEY EVEN FILLED MY GAS TANK!! Im really glad I bought my car from this dealership, and Im even more glad that I bough my Black Label car from this Black Label dealership. Im looking forward to seeing the newly renovated place when its all done!! Thank you to everyone who helped me out, I really appreciate it!!

Stephen Castro is amazing at the car purchase process, we purchased 2 vehicles from him with in a weeks time and he took great care of us. The first car I purchased I was on call from work and he even took time out of his day to drive the car to my house to test. Service like that is lost now days but he still shows that there are great people out there to work with. For my second car I was going to look around at other car brands but loving my wifes new Lincoln and Stephens customer service I went back to him for my purchase. We are happy with our MKC and MKZ and glad the experience with Stephen was easy going.

Amazing service from Veronica Flores in Service. They do a complimentary car wash free with your oil change service. They take good care of us. Had an Appointment to take my car in for a check up and to my shock the battery was completely dead. The service manager, Joe Gonzales, sent out a very nice gentleman To replace the battery. I failed to get his name but the Gentleman was very efficient and very courteous. My car was still experiencing problems, so Joe had me to bring it in and I am now I am driving a very nice rental car A Lincoln continental. My North Park experience has been quality and professional from day 1. Scheduling is relatively convenient, service is top notch. I haven’t had that “They’re trying to gouge me”, sensation yet. They’ve added a video review option, where the technician films some of the various aspects of your service call. Nice.

I recently bought a used F150 from this dealer. The experience was smooth. My salesman Clayton had a client already coming in when we showed up. Rather than juggling two customers (unprofessional) he allowed another salesman, Ramon, to assist us with the test drive and work up the deal. Nice, clean, comfortable waiting area with TV, magazines, snacks, drinks if you want to wait for your car to be serviced. If you want to return home, they will give you a ride home and then pick you up or deliver your car when the service has been completed. Zach is my service representative, and he keeps me informed by text while my car is being serviced. He is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient.

My Mechanic Supervisor, Carl, signed me in for Driver Airbag Recall & Brake Mechanism Recall right in time, for my appointment and set me up for a courtesy ride home, with the kindest man and great vehicle, (I am sorry I forgot his name) because he was so kind and pleasant. Also Carl made arrangements to leave my keys at the Sales Office Window so I could pick up my car after the shop had closed at 5,by 7 P.M. on a Saturday evening, which I also appreciate getting my car repaired on Saturday, this is definitely a value added service. When I picked up my 2010 MKZ at 7 P.M., it was shining clean from the courtesy car wash; thanks a million!, as my car really needed a good wash and vacuum. Also, I received a printout of work and vehicle checks from the pleasant and kind Sales Clerk. Having this done really is invaluable for me to learn of work needed on the front axle rods. As a single car owner I appreciate knowing issues that needs attended to on my car as I drive it at least 50 miles everyday and no one else in my household with a secondary vehicle. As always I get first class treatment at North Park Lincoln.

After damaging a tire beyond repair I called Northpark for emergency service. I liked that John took his time, not only to hear my concerns, as always, but to be sure and verify that everything was working in the way it should. I even got a video of my car being checked and working on a seat that we had problems before.He also kept my car for extra 2 days to verify that, a sound I was hearing, wasnt a problem or potential problem for my car.Having a loaned car from them gives me a lot of calmness and peace, since I know they are taking care of my car in an excellent way. They are very good listeners. They take their time to make sure everything is done right. They also will send you texts to let you know where they are in the process. You can xall them at anytime to check on your car. I was having alot of wind noise and this was like the 3rd time. They replaced all the seals around the doors. Now ut has a tight seal and i do not hear any noise. They all are very polite and I love that they come to you to pick up your car and leave you a loaner. I would not take my Lincoln anywhere else. I want to share my experience with North Park Lincoln. I was in the market for a 2018 Navigator Reserve but not just any Reserve, wife requested the Ebony/Russet interior with entertainment package. Did my nationwide research and fell upon North Park Lincoln. San Antonio is a good drive from Iowa. Called and was greeted by Robert Wright. This sales rep went out of his way genuinely to make this deal happen for me. Truthfully, if it wasnt for him.. I wouldve went somewhere else to purchase. Im not going to go into detail is in why I almost cancelled this purchase. Robert did a PHENOMENAL JOB! Make sure you ask for this gentlemen. My wife and I couldnt be any happier with our purchase! The level of service and hospitality is astounding!In particular, Cameron in Service at the Dominion location and Derrick in Sales at the San Pedro location. I am a 150% completely satisfied customer. These 2 employees are exemplary and phenomenal!

The worst customer service, not helpful and dishonest. Had to run around town and do the financing ourselves and the communication between them and my bank was non existent. They gave a completely wrong credit score, which I have proof from my bank that I have excellent credit score. The finance department made this buying experience a nightmare and DO NOT recommend this place and will tell my family and friends to avoid this place at all cost. I still do not understand what they got out of it, other than causing myself and my elderly mom distress and panic.

I had discovered that the wiper blade on my rear windshield wiper had come off of my MKX. I called to make an appointment but was told to just come to the Service Center. When I arrived Art Farias helped me out. He told me that the wiper blade replacement was under my warranty and would be replaced at no charge. Art also told me they would replace the front windshield wipers. He also noticed that I was soon due for an oil change and service check so I agreed it be completed. After a 90 minute wait my car was ready to go, washed and vacuumed! They also sent me a video narrated by my service tech showing the condition of my tires, brakes, filters, etc. and recommended areas that need service. I rate the service on this visit as exceptional! Thank you NPL!

The employees at North Park Lincoln are reliably friendly, efficient, informative, and dependable. This can be expected from employees in scheduling, service check-in, and pick-up after service. The service dept seems to run “like a well oiled machine”. Never disappoints.

Folks let me tell you, if you’re looking for the best experience you could ever hope for in a dealership North Park Lincoln is the place to go. Great Lincoln dealership. Kent (Casper) Kasperski was a great salesman along with Dalton who gave us a 5 star delivery with a bottle of wine.
