I have tried to deal with several dealerships that fall under the Kahlig Auto Group and must say buyers should beware. North Park Lexus is the one that really stuck out. One member of their staff carries an umbrella on sunny days. He walked over to deal with me and immediately started with the tricks. Picked up his phone and appeared to be talking to someone only to get off the phone to tell me someone else wants the car I was looking at so I need to act fast. I decided to test drive it with him only to be given the bank APR pitch. We can get you done today if you open with Randolph Brooks. I know my FCU was the lowest but he kept pushing for their banks. Oh, then he informed me that they could send vehicles over to their other dealerships in Dominion to get full price so their price is firm. I ended up leaving and not wanting to deal with them again. Asked another dealership that was a part of the Kahlig Auto Group to bring the car over from Lexus only to get the run around. Lexus did not want to release it. Also be advised North Park Toyota is on their site but not an actual Kahlig dealership. They just didnt want to take the time to split from the site. Lastly if you find a certified pre-owned from North Park Volkswagen ensure that you check everything before you leave the dealership. I bought one from them and two moths later still have yet to hear about a fix to my issue. It wasnt owned by anyone, said they purchased it from the factory and I was the first owner. Yet it still has some issues and the one service tech that deals with certified pre-owned vehicles seems to never be available.

Hands down the best run auto dealerships in San Antonio and maybe in the USA. They want your business and it shows in how they operate.Thanks to Mr Kahlig for the way he has put his group of dealerships together and the way that they are managed.

North Park Lincoln and related businesses are consistently excellent. I purchase and service my cars there and recommend them to anyone that is looking for a vehicle or vehicle service. Turned in my Navigator for warranty work. Service department was swamped..however, my usual service provider, Mark, quickly checked me in...assessed vehicle condition...arranged to get me a rental when he learned there were no courtesy cars available. On-site Hertz was all over it. LJ was super! Though they were short on vehicles and the one vehicle readily available was too small for my 6 5 frame, LJ worked some magic with the dealership and they authorized me a luxury SUV. I was in and out in 30 minutes!! Northpark Lincoln is THE go-to for me!!

After going back-and-forth with several Kahlig Auto Stores. I came across the best sales person ever Nancy Galyon at Bluebonnet Jeep. I had my eyes on a particular type of truck and reached out to 2 other Kahlig stores both of which gave me the run around, didnt call meback, I had to reach back out to them.Plain and simple they dont make them like they used to. I reached out to Nancy and she got back with me within the hour with sales details. The following morning I was in their store making a purchase. She is great and emulates what every sales person out there should strive to be.The other folks at the Blubonnet Jeep store were also incredible, very welcoming and courteous! I will never do business with this entire group. I dont agree with how they do business and how they go about appraising your trade in vehicle. I told the Castroville location salesman where I needed to be on my payment and he told me that he did inform the finance lady. She then called me to tell me what my payment would be after my trade in. I was disappointed to hear that I I did not get the payment where I needed it but more disappointed that the salesperson I was doing business with did not have the courtesy to call me himself and tell me that they could not get to the number I needed to be at. He did not have to tell me anything about the amount. I wouldve had more respect for him and this company if he had called me himself and not a person I never spoke with before. I wouldve accepted that and probably told him to keep looking for another vehicle for me, but not anymore. It seemed like a cop out and very discourteous and disrespectful. There are many other dealerships I can purchase a vehicle from w/my credit. Then the sales manager calls me and asks me how things went, like he didnt already know. I told him what I thought as well. People dont care anymore about customers anymore, they just care about the dollar. Im moving on and leaving this place behind me.

One of the most amazing dealerships I have ever encountered. The staff is 1st rate, service actually has customers best interest first and they really do want you to return. After the warranty is up, I usually find a mechanic that costs less than deal for my cars. I am well past my warranty and will not be leaving Kahlig. I will buy my next car from them. I’ve include the picture of our certified preowned (CPO) 2015, $40,000+ car, sitting on a tow truck in our driveway—less than a year after we bought it at the North Park Lincoln. This is actually the 2nd time the car wouldn’t start and had to be repaired. There was also a battery terminal issue they admitted to missing in the CPO inspection, causing the 1st issue with our car, less than TWO DAYS after purchase.We paid more than $1,100 for the most recent repair, not shockingly it wasn’t covered under the CPO warranty. After being towed to the dealership, they couldn’t even diagnose it for 8 days, and initially told us they didn’t have any loaner cars. In the end, we got a smaller loaner car that wouldn’t fit all 3 of our car seats.Manager Trey Horner assured us that he would take care of us, “Mr Kahlig was involved,” they were going to help us trade it in for a better car, on and on .... Over a month later, they hadn’t even had the decency to call me back.In my opinion, this dealership is no better than any smarmy used car shop you pass on the side of the road—and Trey and the rest of the staff are dishonest and only looking to sell you something. I will tell everyone I possibly can, for the rest of my life, how awful an experience we’ve had with Trey Horner, this dealership, and the Kahlig auto group. Hopefully others can avoid the frustration, and wasted money, that we’ve experienced.

Several phone calls went unreturned. Then when I went my service appointment the service consultant was unable to answer a straight forward question as to whether a defect was covered under the manufacturers warranty even though he knew THE ONLY REASON I WENT THERE WAS TO GET AN ANSWER TO MY QUESTION. Instead I was given a phone number I should call to find out for myself. You couldnt have given me that info over the phone and saved me the trip? The only reason Im giving two stars is because the service was much better when I went last year. Nothing about todays experience gave me much confidence that they care whether or not I return.

So you sit a wait for your car to get fixed or wait to get your papers process and in the meantime enjoy free gummy bears, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, chocolate covered raisins, apple juice, orange juice etc.PS. I scheduled myself for my Subarus 24K mileage and a state inspection. I have done this in the past and I have waited for no more than two hours. I was at the dealership from 1000am to 01:45PM, almost 4 hours. Thats a little ridiculous. What I was really frustrated with, based on the communications I received, that I wasnt asked for my insurance card. The crew in the shop found an old one that I had taken out and put under my visor and assumed that was the only one in the car. It took almost a half hour for me to be consulted to be able to direct them it was in the glove box. I was then told that they could not find it after awaiting another 15 minutes. Since I couldnt go back to my car to pull it out of the glove box, I took a picture of it and gave it to Jeff, my service advisor. It took almost another hour from that point to get my car back. Low and behold when I went in the glove box, which mind you all the contents were dumped on the floor of the car, I found my current insurance in my leather subaru binder.I will never come back to North Park again. This is not the first time I have had issues with having my vehicle serviced in your department and I will go elsewhere.
